Contents

Wheat (boiled): 250 gr
Yogurt: 1 / 2 kg
Water: 6 cup
Chard: 5 leaves,
Salt: as much as needed

.

Directions

1 – Boil the wheat. When it’s almost cooked, chop the washed green part of the chard, and add it to the pot.

Cook up to 5 minutes.

2 - Whip the yogurt to make buttermilk (Ayran), and add it to the pot. Add salt and stir the mix.

3 – Serve in soup bowls.
