Anavatanda kalanlar\u0131n, ba\u015fka \u00fclkelere g\u00f6\u00e7 etmeyi becerememi\u015f sefiller olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve aile ya\u015fam\u0131 olmayan kom\u00fcnist d\u00fczende art\u0131k insan da say\u0131lmayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirirlerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kampanyalar\u0131nda anavatan\u0131 ile daha bar\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrecini tamamlamam\u0131\u015f olan diaspora \u00fczerinde fevkalade olumsuz etkiler yarataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Kampanyay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctenlerin \u201cD\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f Hareketi\u201d ve \u201cKafkas Federasyonu\u201d ile bir hesapla\u015fma i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 ortada. Halka demek istiyorlar ki: \u201cBak\u0131n onlar size y\u0131llarca Kafkasya\u2019y\u0131 pembe g\u00f6sterdiler ve yalan s\u00f6ylediler. Kafkasya pembe de\u011fil kara.\u201d B\u00f6ylece kendilerinin daha do\u011frucu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyacaklar. Bu hesapla\u015fman\u0131n hen\u00fcz anavatan\u0131 ile bar\u0131\u015famam\u0131\u015f olan halk\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde yarataca\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etki onlar\u0131n umurunda de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Peki \u2018\u2019Kafkasya\u2019daki bu a\u011f\u0131r sorunlar\u0131n diasporaya veya Avrupa kamuoyuna ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde olumlu bir etki yaratabilir mi?\u2019\u2019 diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde hemen tarihimiz akl\u0131ma geliyor. 19.y\u00fczy\u0131l Kafkas Rus sava\u015flar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda \u00c7erkes heyeti Avrupa\u2019ya giderek zaman\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck devleti olan \u0130ngiltere parlamentosunda konu\u015ftu. Davit Urguart ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131 Avrupa \u015fehirlerinde \u00c7erkes davas\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131lar. Daha bir\u00e7ok eylemler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak vatan\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fgal edilmekten, halk\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcr\u00fclmekten kurtulamad\u0131. Bu nedenle d\u0131\u015far\u0131da yarat\u0131lmak istenen bu f\u0131rt\u0131nan\u0131n da bir faydas\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019ya faydas\u0131 yok, diasporaya faydas\u0131 yok. Peki neden kopar\u0131l\u0131yor bunca g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc ve neden diasporada kara bulutlar estiriliyor?<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu \u00e7abalar bence Kafkasya\u2019dan intikam almak i\u00e7in yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Halk\u0131m\u0131z ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkeye entegre olmu\u015fken, asimilasyon s\u00fcreci tamamlan\u0131p \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n dosyas\u0131 kapanmak \u00fczere iken tam son anda Kafkasya ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131verdi. Ben sizin vatan\u0131n\u0131z\u0131m, yurdunuzum, \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netimlerim var; dilinizi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc ya\u015fat\u0131yorum, koruyorum, sizde yok olu\u015fa direnin, bana d\u00f6n\u00fcn mesaj\u0131n\u0131 verdi. Bu konuda da ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldular denemez.<\/p>\n<p>Ormana \u2018\u2019balta seni kesiyor\u2019\u2019 demi\u015fler. \u2018\u2019Sap\u0131n\u0131n benden olmas\u0131na \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr\u00fcm\u2019\u2019 yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Say\u0131n Hatujuko kuyuya bir ta\u015f at\u0131p gitti. K\u0131r\u0131p d\u00f6kt\u00fcklerini toparlamak i\u00e7in epey \u00e7aba gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Anadilde televizyon yay\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n haftada bir saate indi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmi\u015fti. Ge\u00e7en ki yaz\u0131mda haftal\u0131k televizyon program\u0131ndan yararlanarak ger\u00e7e\u011fin b\u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcnde bir saat yay\u0131n oldu\u011funu anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Birazda kitap sorununa de\u011finmek gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu tart\u0131\u015fmalarda anadilde kitap say\u0131s\u0131nda yar\u0131ya varan azalmalar oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re anadilde \u00e7\u0131kan kitap say\u0131s\u0131nda azalma oldu\u011funu tespit ettim. Ancak bunun sebeplerini iyi bilmek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Adigece kitaplar Sovyetler zaman\u0131nda devlet taraf\u0131ndan arz talep dengesi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcbvanse ediliyor ve \u00e7ok ucuz fiyatlarla okurlara sunuluyordu. O d\u00f6nemde Adigey\u2019de mevcut olan kitap\u00e7\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 50 iken bug\u00fcn 10\u2019u ge\u00e7miyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kitaplar pahaland\u0131, kitap bas\u0131m giderleri artt\u0131, okurlar azald\u0131 ve kitap\u00e7\u0131lar kapand\u0131. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc durumda azalan sadece anadilde \u00e7\u0131kan kitap say\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil. T\u00fcm Rusya genelinde \u00e7\u0131kan kitap say\u0131s\u0131nda Sovyet zaman\u0131na g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler ya\u015fand\u0131. Ayda 50-60 Dolar maa\u015f\u0131 olan insanlar\u0131n bir kitaba 10-15 Dolar \u00f6deyecek durumlar\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortada. Kitap bas\u0131m masraflar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u0131llarca bas\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131 bekleyen kitaplar var. Bunu devlet ve y\u00f6netimler taraf\u0131ndan anadilde \u00e7\u0131kan kitaplar yay\u0131nlanm\u0131yor \u015feklinde diasporaya sunmak yanl\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Burada diasporaya s\u00f6ylenecek olan \u015fey: T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bas\u0131m masraflar\u0131 daha ucuz ise bas\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131 bekleyen kitaplar\u0131 g\u00f6nderelim siz bast\u0131r\u0131p bize g\u00f6nderin ya da bas\u0131m i\u00e7in s\u0131ra bekleyen kitaplara finans deste\u011fi sa\u011flay\u0131n olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tabi ki bu davran\u0131\u015f; ba\u011fc\u0131y\u0131 d\u00f6vmek isteyenlerden de\u011fil \u00fcz\u00fcm yemek isteyenlerden beklenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>10 \u015eubat 2005<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKafkasya\u2019dan \u0130ntikam Almak\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m yaz\u0131dan dolay\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerini bildirenler oldu. Bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z da yaz\u0131n\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirerek a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmemi istedi. Bu nedenlerle konuyu tekrar a\u00e7\u0131klama gere\u011fi duydum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n 19.y\u00fczy\u0131lda u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn nas\u0131l ki tarihinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketi ise; s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden sonra Kafkasya ile diaspora aras\u0131nda bir asra yak\u0131n s\u00fcre meydana gelen ileti\u015fimsizlik de bana g\u00f6re ikinci felaket olmu\u015ftur. Bu ileti\u015fimsizli\u011fin nedeni Osmanl\u0131-Rus, T\u00fcrk-Sovyet ve Do\u011fu-Bat\u0131 ili\u015fkilerindeki gerginliktir. Bu olumsuz ili\u015fkilerin T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkesleri \u00fczerinde y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkisi olmu\u015ftur. Yaz\u0131mda da belirtti\u011fim gibi insanlar; Kafkasya\u2019da kalan soyda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u201c\u00fclkeden \u00e7\u0131kma ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterememi\u015f sefiller\u201d, \u201caile hayat\u0131 bulunmayan kom\u00fcnist \u00fclkede insanl\u0131ktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f yarat\u0131klar\u201d olarak g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum, T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkes insan\u0131n\u0131n gelecekle ilgili umutlar\u0131n\u0131 yok etmi\u015f, bulundu\u011fu \u00fclke toplumuna entegre olup asimile olmay\u0131 tek se\u00e7enek olarak b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1960 Anayasas\u0131\u2019ndan sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fen sosyo-politik \u015fartlar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkesleri de kendi yollar\u0131n\u0131 aramaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131nda yeniden anavatanlar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma yine so\u011fuk sava\u015f d\u00f6neminin zor \u015fartlar\u0131nda olmu\u015fsa da \u00f6nemli yararlar sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131s\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc,tarihi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve entegre olup erimekten ba\u015fka yolu bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131r\u0131lan halk yeniden Kafkasya ile tan\u0131\u015f\u0131nca, yaz\u0131s\u0131, dili, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, m\u00fczi\u011fi, dans\u0131, mitolojisi, vatan\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlam\u0131\u015f, bu olay\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkesleri \u00fczerinde R\u00f6nesans etkisi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sonu\u00e7, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den anavatana giden baz\u0131 ayd\u0131n ve ulussever insanlar\u0131m\u0131z, Kafkasya\u2019dan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen, dans guruplar\u0131, yazar ve sanat\u00e7\u0131lar, Kafkasya\u2019dan getirilen kitap ve kasetler sayesinde, uzun bir u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 ve emek sonucunda al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkesli\u011fi i\u00e7in R\u00f6nesans olarak adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 hen\u00fcz tamamlanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada belirtmek gerekir ki, so\u011fuk sava\u015f d\u00f6nemlerinde anavatana ilk gidi\u015fleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirenler de orada bug\u00fcnk\u00fc sorunlardan hi\u00e7te a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kalmayan sorunlar\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve farketmi\u015flerdir. Ancak burada sorunlar var diye davul \u00e7almam\u0131\u015flar, ulusumuz ad\u0131na g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri iyi ve g\u00fczel \u015feyleri \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmak suretiyle insanlar\u0131m\u0131za umut ve cesaret a\u015f\u0131layarak, anavatana duyulan so\u011fukluk ve g\u00fcvensizli\u011fi giderme \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Onlarda, oradaki bask\u0131c\u0131 rejimi dillerine dolam\u0131\u015f olsalard\u0131, anavatan ve diaspora aras\u0131ndaki k\u00f6pr\u00fcleri kurmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Anavatan da ya\u015fayan insanlardan da ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde soyda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu uzun y\u0131llar gizlenmi\u015fti. Onlar\u0131n da d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki soyda\u015flar\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki kanaatleri \u00f6nyarg\u0131l\u0131 ve olumsuzdu. Anavatandakilere g\u00f6re diasporadakiler: \u201cSava\u015f esnas\u0131nda \u00fclkeyi b\u0131rak\u0131p ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015flard\u0131\u201d, \u201cZengin burjuvalard\u0131 ve tekrar geri d\u00f6nerlerse kendilerini k\u00f6le yapacaklard\u0131\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fcp ya\u015fayanlar olarak; geldi\u011fimizden buyana bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterdik. Bug\u00fcn itibariyle anavatandakilere g\u00f6re diaspora ve d\u00f6nenler: \u201c\u00dclkeye yararl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapan, ekonomiye, k\u00fclt\u00fcre ve sosyal ya\u015fama katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan, vatanlar\u0131na tekrar d\u00f6nmesi gereken ki\u015filer\u201ddir.<\/p>\n<p>Anavatan ile diaspora aras\u0131nda, yar\u0131m as\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde i\u011fne ile kuyu kazar gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck emeklerle olu\u015fturulan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcven duygusu sayesinde, bug\u00fcn \u00c7erkesler i\u00e7in s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri vatanlar\u0131n\u0131 tekrar elde etme yolu a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yol halen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir patika gibiyse de, hep birlikte omuz verilirse geni\u015f bir otobana da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir.
