Osetyal\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu orta Kafkasya\u2019da ana s\u0131rada\u011f\u0131n her iki taraf\u0131nda ya\u015farlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bir da\u011f s\u0131rt\u0131 b\u00f6lgeyi iki ana b\u00f6l\u00fcme ay\u0131r\u0131r. Kuzey B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Kuzey Osetya Cumhuriyeti, g\u00fcney ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc G\u00fcney Osetya \u00d6zerk Cumhuriyeti\u2019ni olu\u015fturur. Ayr\u0131ca Kabardino-Balkarya\u2019da da Asetinler ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Asetinler \u0130ran as\u0131ll\u0131 bir Kafkas kavmidir. K\u00f6kenleri konusunda \u00e7e\u015fitli teoriler ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131 ancak en fazla kabul g\u00f6ren g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, onlar\u0131n \u0130skit ve Sarmatyan kabileleri ve \u00f6zelliklede yerli Kafkas kavimleriyle kayna\u015fan Alanlar\u0131n neslinden gelmi\u015f olduklar\u0131 \u015feklindedir. 1888\u2019de 941 y\u0131l\u0131na ait ve \u00fczerinde Yunan karakterleri bulunan bir mezar ta\u015f\u0131 bulundu. Bulundu\u011fu yerin ismi ile an\u0131lan ve Zelen\u00e7uk yaz\u0131s\u0131 denilen bu ta\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerindeki yaz\u0131da kullan\u0131lan dil Alancad\u0131r ve modern Asetin dilinin kayda ge\u00e7mi\u015f en eski a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 temsil etti\u011fi kabul edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Alanlar\u0131n as\u0131l ya\u015fam b\u00f6lgesi G\u00fcney Rusya ile orta Asya aras\u0131nda bir yerdi. Ancak 6.y\u00fczy\u0131l ortalar\u0131nda Kafkasya\u2019ya yerle\u015fmi\u015f bulunuyorlard\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k yine bu d\u00f6nemde H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011fa girdiler. (Belki de Bizans etkisiyle ya da ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 G\u00fcrc\u00fclerin etkisiyle) ve 10.y\u00fczy\u0131lda da kendi Piskoposlar\u0131na sahiptiler.<\/p>\n<p>Osetler devlet olarak 10 ve 12.y\u00fczy\u0131lda da zirvede bulunuyorlard\u0131. Mo\u011fol istilas\u0131n\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda tekrar da\u011flara s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fcler ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131lma\u011fa ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Yerli kabilelerle kayna\u015ft\u0131lar ve kendi kimliklerini kaybetme\u011fe ba\u015flad\u0131lar.16.y\u00fczy\u0131la gelindi\u011finde Alan ismi tarihi kaynaklarda ge\u00e7mez oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdiki Kuzey ve G\u00fcney Osetya\u2019ya yerle\u015fenler Oset olarak isimlendirildiler.16.y\u00fczy\u0131lda Osetler, K\u0131r\u0131m Hanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunan Kabardeylerin y\u00f6netimindeydiler. Kaberdeyler 16.y\u00fczy\u0131lda Rus egemenli\u011fine girince Osetlerde ayn\u0131 sonucu payla\u015ft\u0131lar. Kabardeylerin etkisi ile Osetlerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc islama girdi. Ancak Rus misyonerleri 18. ve 19. y\u00fczy\u0131lda olduk\u00e7a faal idiler ve Osetlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu yine H\u0131ristiyanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Osetyan\u0131n end\u00fcstrile\u015fmesi k\u00f6m\u00fcr end\u00fcstrisinin 19.y\u00fczy\u0131l ortalar\u0131nda geli\u015fmesi ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Sosyal demokratlar 1903\u2019te Vladikavkaz\u2019da (Ordzhonikidze) bir \u00fcs kurdular.1909-19017 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Bol\u015fevik te\u015fkilat\u0131 Kirov\u2019un y\u00f6netimindeydi. \u0130\u00e7 sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda (1918-1920) Osetya, Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n di\u011fer b\u00f6lgeleri gibi Beyaz Ordu ile K\u0131z\u0131l Ordu ve Men\u015fevikler aras\u0131nda \u015fiddetli \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalara sahne oldu.1920\u2019nin sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru Kuzey Osetya\u2019da, bir s\u00fcre sonra da G\u00fcney Osetyada Bol\u015fevikler d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na galip geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Kas\u0131m 1920\u2019de kuzeyde Osetya b\u00f6lgesi olu\u015fturuldu ve Gorskaya (da\u011fl\u0131) \u00d6zerk Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne ba\u011fland\u0131. 7 Temmuz 1924\u2019de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir \u00f6zerk il, 5 aral\u0131k 1936\u2019da ise \u00f6zerk cumhuriyet oldu. 20 Nisan 1922\u2019de G\u00fcney Osetya, G\u00fcrcistan Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne ba\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Osetya bu g\u00fcn Rusya Federasyonu i\u00e7erisinde Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n orta b\u00f6lgesinde bulunur. Benzer alanlarda faaliyet g\u00f6sterilmektedir)<br \/>\n<strong>Tar\u0131m<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c7o\u011funlukla tah\u0131l \u00e7ift\u00e7ili\u011fi (m\u0131s\u0131r, bu\u011fday, arpa), \u015feker kam\u0131\u015f\u0131, meyve ve sebze yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi, s\u00fct, s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve s\u0131\u011f\u0131r besicili\u011fi (G\u00fcney b\u00f6lgesinde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak tah\u0131l \u00e7ift\u00e7ili\u011fi ve koyun besicili\u011fi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ulusal dil Oset\u00e7e\u2019dir (Asetince). \u0130ran dillerinin kuzey-do\u011fu grubuna ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r ve bir \u0130skit-Sarmatian dili olan Alanca\u2019n\u0131n geli\u015fmesini temsil eder. \u0130ki leh\u00e7e grubu vard\u0131r, \u0130ron ve Digor. Digor leh\u00e7esi daha eskidir ve yaln\u0131z Kuzey Osetya\u2019n\u0131n kuzey ve bat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde bir ka\u00e7 yerde konu\u015fulur. \u0130ki leh\u00e7e aras\u0131nda hem fonetik, hem morfolojik ayr\u0131l\u0131klar vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1920 ve 1930\u2019larda her ikiside yaz\u0131n dili olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu ancak sonra Digor leh\u00e7esi terkedildi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Digor leh\u00e7esinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekli yoktur.<br \/>\nAsetin dili \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lan ilk yap\u0131t 1844&#8217;te St.Petersburg&#8217;da yay\u0131nlanan A.\u015eegren&#8217;in Ossetian Grammar&#8217;iydi. Bunu Rus dilbilimci V.F. Miller&#8217;in 19.ve 20 y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131ndaki bir \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 izledi. Sovyet d\u00f6neminde de Oset dili ara\u015ft\u0131rma konusu oldu bunlar\u0131n en \u00f6nemlisi V.I.Abaev taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netim, hukuk ve di\u011fer resmi prosed\u00fcrlerde Rus\u00e7a kullan\u0131l\u0131r ancak teorik olarak gerekirse Oset\u00e7e&#8217;de kullan\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim<br \/>\n<\/strong>1958&#8217;de baz\u0131 okullarda 1-4 .s\u0131n\u0131flarda Oset\u00e7e e\u011fitim dili olarak kullan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131.1972\u2019de hi\u00e7 bir e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyinde Oset\u00e7e kullan\u0131lmaz olmu\u015ftur. Yaln\u0131z 1-10.s\u0131n\u0131flarda se\u00e7meli ders olarak okutulmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcney Osetya\u2019daki durum hakk\u0131nda pek fazla bilgi olmamakla birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla 1.4.s\u0131n\u0131flarda yerli dilde, di\u011fer s\u0131n\u0131flarda ise Rus\u00e7a e\u011fitim verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Osetya\u2019da madencilik, metal\u00fcrji ve t\u0131p \u00fcniversiteleri ile enstit\u00fcleri; G\u00fcney Osetya\u2019da ise bir pedagoji enstit\u00fcs\u00fc bulunuyor. Bu kurulu\u015flarda pedagoji enstit\u00fcs\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Oset dilinde e\u011fitim verilmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Osetya\u2019da Oset dilinde radyo ve televizyon yay\u0131nlar\u0131, gazete ve s\u00fcreli yay\u0131nlar bulunmaktad\u0131r.\u0130lk \u00f6nemli gazete 1923&#8217;te Rastdzinad (gr\u00e7ek) \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. G\u00fcney Osetya\u2019da ise ilk yerel gazete 1924&#8217;te \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Soveton \u0130riston (Sovyet Osetya). Kuzey Osetya\u2019da s\u00fcreli yay\u0131nlardan biri olan Ma\u00e7 Dug (Bizim D\u00f6nem)1934&#8217;te \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk Oset s\u00fcreli yay\u0131n\u0131 1906-1912 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130lk \u00e7\u0131kan \u0130ron gazetesinin 1917\u2019de yeniden yay\u0131nlanma giri\u015fimi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda di\u011ferlerinin yay\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Oset bas\u0131n\u0131 as\u0131l yay\u0131na i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131n bitiminden sonra ba\u015flad\u0131. Digor bas\u0131n\u0131 ise 1930\u2019larda kayboldu. 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 150.000 kitap yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak 1930 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra Digor leh\u00e7esinde hi\u00e7 kitap bas\u0131lmad\u0131.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nHarfler ve alfabeler<br \/>\n<\/strong>Oset dilinde ilk yap\u0131t olarak 10.y\u00fczy\u0131lda Yunan karakterleri ile yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Alan dilindeki Zelen\u00e7uk yaz\u0131t\u0131 kabul edilir. Alan\/Oset dilinin Yunan alfabesi ile yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bundan sonra devam etmedi\u011fi kabul ediliri. Zira bundan sonra hi\u00e7 bir \u00f6rnek bulunabilmi\u015f de\u011fildir.
