Bu t\u00fcr ulusalc\u0131l\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ilk kez Frans\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr Ernest Renan taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Renan 1882 y\u0131l\u0131nda verdi\u011fi \u201cUlus nedir? (Qu&#8217;estcequ&#8217;une Nation)\u201d adl\u0131 konferans\u0131nda yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u00a0 ulus ve ulusalc\u0131l\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor: Ulus bir ruhtur, ruhsal bir prensiptir. Ulusta fert gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, fedakarl\u0131k ve sadakat dolu bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fin sonucudur. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ortak zaferlere \u015fimdiki durumda ortak karar ve gelece\u011fe sahip olmakt\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte hep beraber b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fler yapm\u0131\u015f olmak ve daha da yapmay\u0131 arzulamak&#8230;.\u0130\u015fte ulus olmak budur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu esaslara g\u00f6re d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Kuzey Kafkasya topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Kuzey Kafkasya ulusu olu\u015fturdu\u011funu kabul etmemek olas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019da bir birlik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrenlerin en \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde durduklar\u0131 \u015fey dil ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Oysa burada konu\u015fulan diller (Kas k\u00f6kenliler) aralar\u0131nda keskin leh\u00e7e farklar\u0131 bulunmakla birlikte, ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kene ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131rlar. Ari ve Turani k\u00f6kenli dillerin Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019daki Kas k\u00f6kenli dillerden etkilendiklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kald\u0131 ki bu dil farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kuzey Kafkasya birlikteli\u011fini ortadan kald\u0131ramaz, kald\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir neden olarak g\u00f6sterilemez. B\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7e\u015fitli dil, din ve mezhep gruplar\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde ulus olmas\u0131 niteli\u011finden ku\u015fku duyulmayacak bir\u00e7ok toplum vard\u0131r. Bunun en g\u00fczel \u00f6rne\u011fi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt k\u00f6\u015fesinden gelen insanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu; \u00e7e\u015fitli dinlere b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olan ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara kar\u015f\u0131n bir Amerikan ulusunu olu\u015fturabilmi\u015f ABD&#8217;dir. D\u00f6rt dilin konu\u015fuldu\u011fu \u0130svi\u00e7re, y\u00fczlerce mahalli leh\u00e7enin konu\u015fuldu\u011fu Hindistan di\u011fer \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rneklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019da bir ulus vard\u0131r. Anavatan d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 45 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkede az\u0131nl\u0131k ve vatanda\u015f konumunda ya\u015fayan \u00c7erkesler, ileride olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7 edindikleri Birle\u015fik Kuzey Kafkasya Devleti\u2019nde olabilecek az\u0131nl\u0131klara t\u00fcm haklar\u0131n\u0131 vermenin bir insanl\u0131k gere\u011fi oldu\u011funun bilincindedirler.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi \u00c7erkes ulus\u00e7usu fanatizmden uzak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ulus\u00e7uluk anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) \u00c7erkes Ulus\u00e7usu Her Dine Sayg\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nKuzey Kafkasya\u2019da Abhaz, Asetin ve Adigelerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, di\u011fer bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc H\u0131ristiyan d\u0131r. Da\u011f\u0131stan\u2019da Yahudiler az olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok say\u0131da M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u00a0 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca 72 y\u0131ll\u0131k Sosyalist ya\u015fam sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ateistleri de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemelidir. Yani Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019da \u015fu an dini bir birliktelik yoktur. \u00c7erkes ulus\u00e7usu oldu\u011funu iddia eden herkes bundan dolay\u0131 \u00c7erkes ulusunu kendi i\u00e7inde b\u00f6lmemek i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc dini g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe sayg\u0131 duymak zorundad\u0131r. Ulusumuz ola ki dini birlikteli\u011fi yakalam\u0131\u015f olsa bile insani nedenlerden dolay\u0131 bu nitelikleri kendi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r.
