Ankara&#8217;n\u0131n bu\u011fday\u0131, kom\u015fusu ve Anadolu&#8217;nun tah\u0131l deposu Konya&#8217;dan de\u011fil, Karadeniz \u00f6tesindeki K\u0131r\u0131m&#8217;dan geliyordu (Lazlar bu nedenle f\u0131r\u0131nc\u0131 ve pastac\u0131d\u0131rlar). T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de OEP&#8217;nin kurulmas\u0131 ise ancak 1980 sonras\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00fcretilen \u00e7okobilmemne Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da ve Mardin&#8217;de, Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;\u0131n i\u00e7li k\u00f6ftesi ve Mardin&#8217;in telkarisi \u0130stanbul&#8217;da 80&#8217;den sonra her zaman bulunmaya koyuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa K\u00fcrtl\u00fck bilinci bundan \u00e7ok \u00f6nce, en ge\u00e7 60&#8217;larda kesin yerle\u015fti.
