Ger\u00e7ektende Kafkasya g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc delecek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen y\u00fcksek da\u011flar\u0131 ve bu da\u011flar aras\u0131ndaki yemye\u015fil ovalar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir b\u00f6lge olmas\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra insani b\u00fcy\u00fcleyen m\u00fczi\u011fi, asaletle dans\u0131n nas\u0131l birle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6steren folklorik danslar\u0131, neredeyse k\u00f6yden k\u00f6ye de\u011fi\u015fen dilleri ile ender bir b\u00f6lgedir. \u0130\u015fte t\u00fcm bu g\u00fczelliklerin bir arada bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan baz\u0131 olumsuzluklar\u0131n devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde bu g\u00fcnde kan ve g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131ndan bahsetmek, -b\u0131rak\u0131n yazmay\u0131- san\u0131r\u0131m g\u00fcnlerce konu\u015fmay\u0131 gerektirir. Bu nedenle sadece bir b\u00f6lgesinden \u201cOsetya\u201ddan bahsedece\u011fim. Ac\u0131mas\u0131z bir diktat\u00f6r\u00fcn ruh halini yans\u0131tan uygulamalar neticesinde binlerce insan evlerinden al\u0131narak kilometrelerce uzaklardaki farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na monte edilmek istenmi\u015ftir. 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan Oset-\u0130ngu\u015f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bu kez hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmak pahas\u0131na yollara d\u00fcsen insanlar\u0131n \u201czorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7\u201d\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bitti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen d\u00f6nemlerde \u00fclkelerine d\u00f6nen insanlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorluklar ise tahmin edilemeyen boyutlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kendilerini kar\u015f\u0131layan eski akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6teleyici, d\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 tav\u0131rlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fanan hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, yokluk, fiziki ko\u015fullar gibi zorluklar\u0131n verdi\u011fi ac\u0131lardan daha fazlas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmet Yusupovi\u00e7 Pogorov\u2019un \u201capiam.narod.ru\u201d adl\u0131 internet sitesinden al\u0131narak \u201cajanskafkas.com\u201d\u2019da yay\u0131nlanan h\u00fcz\u00fcnl\u00fc hikayesi bunlar\u0131 \u00e7ok g\u00fczel anlat\u0131yor. \u201cAhmet 1929\u2019da \u00c7e\u00e7en-I\u00e7kerya Assrin Prigorodnii b\u00f6lgesindeki Mo\u00e7ki-Yurt (\u015fimdiki \u00c7ermen) k\u00f6y\u00fcnde do\u011fdu. Hen\u00fcz gen\u00e7 bir delikanl\u0131yken halk\u0131yla birlikte 1944 de Kazakistan\u2019a s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Okumak yerine a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 so\u011fuk ve s\u0131cakta kolhozlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda kald\u0131. Kendisi belki b\u00f6ylece a\u00e7l\u0131ktan korundu ama anne ve babas\u0131 ayni \u015feylere dayanamad\u0131: Onlar Kazakistan\u2019da, Mo\u00e7ki-Yurt\u2019taki evlerine geri d\u00f6nemeden ya\u015famlar\u0131na veda ettiler.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmet Yusuvapi\u00e7 Kazakistan\u2019da evlenip yuva kurmu\u015ftu. 1957\u2019de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fe ye\u015fil \u0131\u015f\u0131k yak\u0131lmas\u0131yla ailesiyle vatan\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Hayat standard\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015ferken Yusupovi\u00e7\u2019in evinde fakirlik b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar aileden ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Ahmet Yusupovi\u00e7\u2019in ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi k\u00f6yl\u00fcler federal g\u00fc\u00e7lerle erken temasa ge\u00e7ip ate\u015fin Mayski\u2019ye s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyebilmi\u015fti. Kuzey Osetya\u2019n\u0131n Prigorodni b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fayan \u0130ngu\u015flar yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 ay \u00f6nce hayat endi\u015feleri dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Uluslararas\u0131 toplumlardan yard\u0131m talebinde bulunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, bu olay\u0131n \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ile ilgisi nedir\u201d ve \u201cT\u00fcrkiye bu b\u00f6lgeye bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l g\u00f6t\u00fcrecektir?\u201d Kafkasya konusuna biraz vak\u0131f olan herkes bilir ki; de\u011fi\u015fik zamanlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen zorunlu ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc g\u00f6\u00e7lerle T\u00fcrkiye, t\u00fcm Kafkas halklar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal bir uzant\u0131s\u0131, bir akraba \u00fclkedir. Kafkasya\u2019da bulunan etnik gruplar\u0131n neredeyse hepsinin g\u00f6\u00e7le gelen uzant\u0131lar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki di\u011fer topluluklarla kader birli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015flar, istiklal sava\u015f\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 kanla \u00e7izilmi\u015f bu \u00fclkeye can\/kan vermi\u015flerdir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Mu\u015f, Bitlis, Bal\u0131kesir, Manisa, Kayseri, Amasya, Sakarya, Konya vs. illerinde ya\u015fayan ve \u00fclkenin idari yap\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli mevkilerde hizmet sunmu\u015f Kafkasya halklar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, Kafkasya\u2019da \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma halinde olan \u0130ngu\u015f-Oset, Abhaz-G\u00fcrc\u00fc, Kara\u00e7ay-Kabardey vs. b\u00fct\u00fcn Kafkas halklar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de et ve t\u0131rnak olmu\u015ftur. De\u011fil etnik farkl\u0131l\u0131k, olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 \u201cAra \u00dcst K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Kimlik\u201d olan \u201c\u00c7erkeslik\u201d alt\u0131nda birlik ve beraberlik i\u00e7ersinde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte burada dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken husus co\u011frafya de\u011fil, insanlar\u0131n etraf\u0131ndan topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir de\u011ferin\/manan\u0131n bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer Kafkas halklar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de karde\u015f\u00e7e ve birlik i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015f\u0131yorlarsa, bunun sebebi co\u011frafi farkl\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fil, inan\u0131lan\/g\u00fcvenilen, etraf\u0131ndan toplan\u0131lan de\u011ferlerden olu\u015fturulmu\u015f bir laik-demokratik bir ulus devletin s\u00f6z konusu olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcniter devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcn kesimlere e\u015fit mesafede imkanlar sunarak, halklar aras\u0131nda bar\u0131\u015f ve istikrar\u0131 in\u015fa eden T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle Kafkasya i\u00e7in bir model, bir \u00f6rnek \u00fclkedir. Bu \u00f6rne\u011fin Kafkasya\u2019ya anlat\u0131lmas\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131, g\u00f6sterilmesi ancak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan akrabalar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla olabilecektir.
