23 Mart 2008 tarihinde \u0130stanbul’da d\u00fczenlenen sempozyumdaki sunumla ilgili olarak Necdet Hatam’\u0131n garip bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu yaz\u0131s\u0131 beni de ilgilendirdi\u011finden yanl\u0131\u015f anlamalar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan konuyu a\u00e7man\u0131n yararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcm. Ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde yorumlama \u015fans\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, herhalde konu\u015fma \u00f6\u011flenden sonraya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, mahmurluk i\u00e7erisinde konunun sadece bir par\u00e7as\u0131 c\u0131mb\u0131zlama al\u0131n\u0131p, bu bir materyal gibi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n

Ekte konu\u015fman\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n slaytlar\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde \u201cinsanlar\u0131n yeme i\u00e7me al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 bile adaptasyon problemlerinden birisidir\u201d c\u00fcmlesini, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde bu kadar \u00f6nemseyip alabilmek i\u00e7in hakikaten ki\u015finin yeme i\u00e7meye \u00e7ok \u00f6nem veriyor olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n

Tamam\u0131n\u0131 yar\u0131m saat gibi dar bir zamana s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rmak zorunda oldu\u011fumuz konu\u015fmada do\u011fal olarak konunun ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmenin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7me \u015fans\u0131 olamad\u0131, olamazd\u0131. \u00d6ncelikle konu hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde bireylerin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc \u00fczerine kurulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten bu dar yakla\u015f\u0131m nedeniyledir ki yakla\u015f\u0131k son 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r daha yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde g\u00fcndemde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen d\u00f6nebilenlerin \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede kalmalar\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de budur.<\/p>\n

Konu zaten ”Kitlesel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f” oldu\u011fundan bu konuda fon ve benzeri haz\u0131rl\u0131klar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 maalesef sa\u011f\u0131r sultan bile biliyor. Anlat\u0131lmak istenen ve fakat dostumuz taraf\u0131ndan da maalesef anla\u015f\u0131lamayan da budur.<\/p>\n

Bireyler tek tek d\u00f6nd\u00fcklerinde kendi bildikleri yerlere otururlar, zaten \u015fu anda da \u00f6yle olmakta. Ancak biz kitlesel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek zorunday\u0131z. Kitlesel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte \u00f6nemli olan ilk etapta adaptasyon probleminin olu\u015fturulmamas\u0131, kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ikinci neslin adapte olmu\u015f durumda anavatanlar\u0131nda ya\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle kitlesel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerde d\u00f6nenlerin birbirlerine yak\u0131n olacak \u015fekilde yerle\u015fimi \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n

Bu anlamda \u0130brani, Bulgaristan T\u00fcrkleri ve Kazaklar \u00f6rnekleri ile anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcnya uluslar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 deneyimlere kulak kapatan, bilimsellikten uzak bir anlay\u0131\u015fla \u015fimdiye kadar nereye gidebildiysek oraya gideriz.<\/p>\n

Fazlaca anlatmadan D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc Anlamak <\/a>anlat\u0131m slaytlar\u0131n\u0131, hem herkesin konu hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olmas\u0131, hem acaba herkes bu anlat\u0131mdan Necdet Hatam`in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karabilir mi merak\u0131yla okuman\u0131z\u0131 rica ediyorum.
