Bu k\u0131staslar bug\u00fcn bile a\u00e7\u0131k se\u00e7ik olarak bilinmemektedir. Daha do\u011frusu belirli k\u0131staslar\u0131n bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir tart\u0131\u015fma konusudur. Kafkasya&#8217;daki etnik gruplardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r: 242 bin 990 Megrel, 71 bin 426 Acar, 14 bin 430 Kaytak, 13 bin 218 Svan, 7 bin 840 Andi, 5 bin 305 Karata, 3 bin 812 Tindi, 3 bin 683 Ahvah, 3 bin 438 \u00c7amala, 3 bin 354 Botlih, 3 bin 276 Dido, 3 bin 54 Bagula, 2 bin 371 Kuba\u00e7i, 1 bin 448 Bezheta, 1 bin 425 Godoberi, 1 bin 019 Hvar\u015fi, 863 Ar\u00e7i, 670 Dzhek ,106 Hunzal , 105 Hinalug, 7 Bats(Tu\u015f), 1 Buduh.<\/p>\n<p>1926 n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00f6z\u00fcken ve daha sonra ortadan kaybolan (!) baz\u0131 etnik gruplardan ikisinin, tarihsel olarak topluca ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ve otokton olduklar\u0131 di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerde de de\u011fil , yaln\u0131zca Abhazya \u00d6zerk Cumhuriyet&#8217;in 1991 n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131nda yeniden g\u00f6z\u00fckmeleri olduk\u00e7a ilgin\u00e7tir! Burada s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim iki halk, Megreller ve Svanlar&#8217;d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1991 Abhazya \u00d6zerk Cumhuriyeti n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re; Megrellerin n\u00fcfus say\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re, Megrellerin n\u00fcfusu 155 bin 000, Svanlar\u0131n n\u00fcfusu 25 bindir. Buna g\u00f6re, Sovyet etnografi teorisi, &#8220;300 binin alt\u0131nda bir n\u00fcfusa sahip bir etnik grubun&#8221;, &#8220;ekonomik hayat birli\u011finin&#8221; olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunur. B\u00f6yle bir etnik grup &#8220;narodnost&#8221; olarak grupland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r! verilmesi; baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca &#8220;k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar\u0131n\u0131n&#8221; tan\u0131nmas\u0131; baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar\u0131n\u0131n&#8221; yaln\u0131zca bir y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi y\u00f6netiminin, milliyetler politikas\u0131n\u0131n Kafkasya&#8217;daki baz\u0131 etnik gruplar aras\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli ho\u015fnutsuzluklara sebep oldu\u011fu biliniyordu.1985&#8217;de Gorba\u00e7ov iktidara gelince, ho\u015fnutsuzluklar\u0131n tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131.B\u00f6ylece sorunlar su y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu.Tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131nda da muhtemel baz\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmelerle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu: Ermeni \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fa sahip Da\u011fl\u0131k Karaba\u011f&#8217;\u0131n hangisine ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131yla ilgili olarak Ermenistan ile Azerbaycan aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan sava\u015f; G\u00fcney Osetya&#8217;n\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fc ile ilgili olarak Osetler ile G\u00fcrc\u00fcler aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar; Abhazya&#8217;n\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fc ile ilgili olarak Abhazya ile G\u00fcrcistan aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan sava\u015f ve \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin Rusya Federasyonu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalmak i\u00e7in verdi\u011fi ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de devam eden sava\u015f&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar sonucu on binlerce insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti ve y\u00fcz binlerce insan da m\u00fclteci durumuna d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde demografik yap\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede de\u011fi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle Abhazya-G\u00fcrcistan Sava\u015f\u0131 yaln\u0131zca Kafkasya&#8217;daki di\u011fer etnik gruplarla G\u00fcrc\u00fcler aras\u0131nda etkisini uzunca bir s\u00fcre s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek bir husumete yol a\u00e7makla kalmad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan Kafkasya k\u00f6kenliler aras\u0131nda da anlams\u0131z bir safla\u015fmaya sebep oldu. Aradan be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir zaman ge\u00e7mi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Abhazya-G\u00fcrcistan Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki taraflar\u0131 Abhazya konusunu sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirememi\u015f ve ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc sorgulanmam\u0131\u015f duru\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bug\u00fcne kadar korumu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yaln\u0131zca Abhazya-G\u00fcrcistan Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki taraflar\u0131 de\u011fil, Kafkasya&#8217;daki di\u011fer \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n taraflar\u0131 da, Kafkasya&#8217;da ya\u015fanan kanl\u0131 olaylar\u0131 objektif olarak de\u011ferlendirmemi\u015fler ve kendi taraflar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&#8221; ispatlamaya giri\u015fmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi y\u00f6netiminin &#8221; \u00f6zerk cumhuriyet&#8221; veya &#8220;\u00f6zerk b\u00f6lge&#8221; stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde yap\u0131land\u0131rarak &#8220;k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar&#8221; verdi\u011fi veya yaln\u0131zca &#8220;k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar&#8221; verdi\u011fi etnik gruplardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 &#8220;natsiya&#8221; ve baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da &#8220;narodnost&#8221; olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131 Sovyet etnografi teorisinin tuhafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Var say\u0131lan&#8221; say\u0131ca daha az etnik gruplar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken &#8220;resmi dil&#8221; stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki anadillerin durumudur.Bu, say\u0131ca daha az etnik gruplar\u0131n, Sovyet y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan &#8220;tan\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 an&#8221;dan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar zaman i\u00e7inde anadilleri nas\u0131l bir geli\u015fim izlemi\u015ftir? &#8220;Resmi dil&#8221; stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki bu diller, izleyen y\u0131llara g\u00f6re hangi noktadan hangi noktaya gelmi\u015ftir?Bu, bug\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki sokaktaki adam\u0131n de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki Kafkasyal\u0131 ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n da bilgi ve ilgisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme s\u00fcrecine girdi\u011finde, Bat\u0131, \u00f6ncelikli olarak Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;ni olu\u015fturan 15 birlik- cumhuriyetiyle ili\u015fkilerini geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.1991&#8217;de Sovyetler Birli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcnce de bu birlik &#8211; cumhuriyetlerini tan\u0131ma yoluna gitti.
