Daha sonralar\u0131 oralardan ba\u015fka yerlere da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131lar. Diasporadaki \u00c7erkesler, 150 y\u0131ldan beri etnik kimliklerini korumay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015far\u0131 ve olayd\u0131r bu. Toplumbilimci ve tarih\u00e7ilerin bu olguyu incelemeleri yerinde olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Biz bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda bu olguya de\u011finmek ve duruma ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 kan\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 belirtmekle yetinece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><b> S\u00fcrg\u00fcn nedir ve nas\u0131l uygulanmaktad\u0131r?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrg\u00fcn cezai bir yapt\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r. Bir ki\u015finin ya da bir insan toplulu\u011funun bulundu\u011fu yerden al\u0131n\u0131p ba\u015fka bir yere, kendi iste\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda (zorla) ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131\/g\u00f6nderilmesi ve iste\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oraya yerle\u015ftirilmesi olay\u0131d\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz de\u011fi\u015fik s\u00fcrg\u00fcn bi\u00e7imleri vard\u0131r. S\u00fcreli ve s\u00fcresiz s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, toplu ya da bireysel s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn gibi. Ruslar Adigeler i\u00e7in son s\u00fcrg\u00fcn bi\u00e7imini uygulam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. D\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn. Burada Adige deyimi ile t\u00fcm \u00c7erkesya topluluklar\u0131 kastedilmektedir: Shapsugh-Natukuay, Wub\u0131h, Abaza, Abzegh, \u00a0Besleney, Kuban Kabardey ve daha bir\u00e7ok Adige toplulu\u011fu. 1860\u2019larda ve sonras\u0131nda, Ruslar taraf\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, siyasal ve cezai bir yapt\u0131r\u0131m olarak sadece ve yaln\u0131zca Adigeler\/\u00c7erkesler i\u00e7in uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nokta iyi bilinmelidir. D\u0131\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlama olay\u0131, ulusun ya da toplumun ana kitlesini kapsamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bir zorlay\u0131c\u0131 karara dayanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece, Adigelerin ki gibi d\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Bildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla tarihte d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya s\u00fcr\u00fclen ikinci bir halk da Yahudilerdir. Ancak son Yahudi s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc yurdundan<b> kovulma<\/b> niteli\u011findedir ve kovulanlar istedi\u011fi yere gitmekte serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yahudiler Filistin\u2019den iki kez, son olarak da Araplar d\u00f6neminde gidip yerle\u015ftikleri \u0130spanya\u2019dan da, dini nedenlerle kovulmu\u015flard\u0131r (1492).<\/p>\n<p>20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ise, i\u00e7 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olay\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1915\u2019te Osmanl\u0131 Ermenileri, \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apta da yok edilerek, yer yer \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclerek ve tecav\u00fczlere u\u011frayarak Suriye\u2019ye do\u011fru s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bunlar\u0131n katledilmelerinden o zamanki Osmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti sorumludur. <b>Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 <\/b>iddialar\u0131 da bu t\u00fcr \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc olaylar nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u201csosyalist\u201d \u00a0devlet olan Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nde de, 1941-1944 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 10 ulus ya da etnik topluluk cezaland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Sibirya taraflar\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr:<b> Volga Almanlar\u0131, \u00c7e\u00e7en, \u0130ngu\u015f, Kara\u00e7ay, Balkar, Ah\u0131ska T\u00fcrkleri, Kalm\u0131k, K\u0131r\u0131m Tatarlar\u0131, Balt\u0131k Germenleri ve Sovyet Korelileri<\/b>. Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcr\u00fclenler ve <b> Adige\/Shapsughlar<\/b> da dahil toplam 50 Sovyet halk\u0131na zul\u00fcm uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan Sovyetler Birli\u011fi (Ruslar) lekeli ve sab\u0131kal\u0131 bir devlettir. Bu da t\u00fcm demokrat insanlar taraf\u0131ndan iyi bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>1956\u2019da \u00c7e\u00e7en, \u0130ngu\u015f, Kara\u00e7ay, Balkar ve Kaml\u0131klar\u0131n, yani 10 s\u00fcr\u00fclen halktan 5\u2019inin cezalar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00a0eski \u00f6zerklik stat\u00fcleri geri verilmi\u015f, eski topraklar\u0131na d\u00f6nmeleri sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu da iyi bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>1864 \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc (bkz. \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc-Vikipedi)\u00a0 yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz i\u00e7 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn \u00f6rneklerinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r, belirtti\u011fimiz gibi \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir s\u00fcrg\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Rus idari makamlar\u0131 \u00c7erkes d\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc olay\u0131n\u0131 \u015fimdiye de\u011fin Rus ve D\u00fcnya kamuoyundan gizlemeyi ve suland\u0131rmay\u0131 (bir spek\u00fclasyonmu\u015f gibi g\u00f6stermeyi) ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak en b\u00fcy\u00fck Diaspora olan T\u00fcrkiye Adigeleri bu son bir iki y\u0131ldan beri, olaya Kuzey Kafkasya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finden de\u011fil, \u00c7erkesya\/Adigey \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finden bakmaya ve olay\u0131 derinlemesine soru\u015fturmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc olay\u0131 <b>Kuzey Kafkasya boyutu<\/b> ile ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda halk\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n, az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n;<b> Bat\u0131 Adigeleri boyutu<\/b> ile ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise, halk\u0131n % 99\u2019unun \u00fclkesi ya da Rusya s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Rus makamlar\u0131 bu konuda \u015f\u00f6yle demek istemektedirler:<b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiz Adigelere, g\u00fcvenlik gerek\u00e7esiyle yerlerini terk etmelerinin gerekli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledik, onlara Kuban ve Laba \u0131rmaklar\u0131 boylar\u0131nda toprak g\u00f6sterdik ama istemediler ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 etmeyi ye\u011flediler\u201d. <\/b> \u00d6zetlersek Rus\u2019un dedi\u011fi bu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr ifadeler \u00f6teden beri fa\u015fistlerin de s\u0131k\u00e7a kulland\u0131klar\u0131 terimlerden. \u0130nand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bilmekle birlikte, Rus gerek\u00e7elerinin inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir bir g\u00f6sterelim:<b><\/p>\n<p>1. S\u00fcre yetersizli\u011fi:<\/b> Adigelere, yerlerini terk etmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok az, 15, 20 ve 30 g\u00fcn gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcreler veriliyor, ek s\u00fcre ve tolerans tan\u0131nm\u0131yordu. Ayr\u0131ca Adigeler par\u00e7alan\u0131yor ve istedikleri yerlere yerle\u015femiyorlard\u0131. Bu da olay\u0131n d\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. Kim \u015e\u0131bzuh, \u201dYeni D\u00f6nem Bize Yeni Sorumluluklar Y\u00fckl\u00fcyor\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n <b> \u201cAdigelerin d\u00fcze indirilmeleri ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olay\u0131\u201d<\/b> ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden, CircassianCanada, internet).<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bu kadar k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede ve bu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda Adigelerin, isteseler bile Ruslarca g\u00f6sterilecek yerlere gidemeyecekleri ve oralara yerle\u015femeyecekleri de bellidir. S\u00fcreyi doldurduklar\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle halk apar topar ve s\u00fcng\u00fc zoruyla gemilere doldurulup T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye postalan\u0131yordu. <b><\/p>\n<p>2. K\u00f6le sahibi Beylerin ve zenginlerin \u00a0d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6\u00e7 yollu tehdit edilmeleri:<\/b> Rusya\u2019da serflik (k\u00f6lelik), \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcnden \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, 1861\u2019de kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bunu Adige k\u00f6le sahiplerinin bilmemesi olanaks\u0131zd\u0131r. Genelde iyi olan bu olay Adigelerin d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc tetikleyici bir i\u015flev g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ruslar karars\u0131z Adige derebeylerini bu yasayla korkutup g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131 Devleti de Rus politikas\u0131na arka \u00e7\u0131kar bir bi\u00e7imde, 1855\u2019te yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00c7erkes k\u00f6le ticaretini, ans\u0131z\u0131n ve oport\u00fcnist bir tav\u0131rla 1857\u2019de yeniden serbest b\u0131rak\u0131yor, devletin kendisi 1860\u2019da Samsun ve Trabzon\u2019da \u00c7erkes k\u00f6le pazarlar\u0131 kurduruyor ve insan sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131yordu (Bkz. \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc-Vikipedi, internet).<\/p>\n<p>Mart 1864\u2019te Wub\u0131h s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na dayanan Rus generali <b> Heyman<\/b>, Adige\/Wub\u0131h ileri gelenlerine (kua\u015fkalara\/zenginlere) g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektubunda, direnmemeleri halinde serbest\u00e7e T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gidebileceklerini, kendisinden destek de alabileceklerini, direnmeleri halinde ise k\u00f6lelerinin ellerinden al\u0131n\u0131p \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilece\u011fini, k\u00f6lesiz ve hizmet\u00e7isiz olarak Azak Denizi k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00e7orak topraklara s\u00fcr\u00fcleceklerini bildiriyordu (Bkz. \u00c7erkesya\u2019n\u0131n Ruslar Taraf\u0131ndan \u0130\u015fgali; \u00c7erkesya G\u00f6n\u00fcl Yaram). Bilindi\u011fi gibi \u00c7erkes bey ailelerinin \u00a0ve Wub\u0131h k\u00f6le sahiplerinin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hizmetini k\u00f6leler g\u00f6r\u00fcrd\u00fc, bu insanlar \u00e7ok tembel, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 da bilmeyen ki\u015filer idiler ve k\u00f6lesiz ya\u015fayamazlard\u0131. <b><\/p>\n<p>3. H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dayatma:<\/b> Verilen \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrenin dolmas\u0131 durumunda, Rus makamlar\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcr kabul etmiyor, askerler s\u00fcng\u00fclerini tak\u0131p sivil halk\u0131 zorla, bal\u0131k istifi gemilere dolduruyorlard\u0131. Bu durumda sadece istavroz \u00e7\u0131karanlar\u0131 ay\u0131r\u0131yor, onlar\u0131 gemilere bindirmiyor, kalmalar\u0131na izin veriyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1864 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131 ortas\u0131na de\u011fin koca bir \u00fclke, yani \u00c7erkesya insans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyon insan zorla \u00fclke (Rusya) d\u0131\u015f\u0131na at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu olay\u0131n (s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olay\u0131) i\u00e7inde alternatif ve tolerans diye bir \u015fey aramak bo\u015funad\u0131r, sadece zorlama ve dayatma vard\u0131r. <b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya\u2019daki yeni yerle\u015fme ve g\u00f6\u00e7 \u00f6rnekleri:\u0130srail<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yahudiler biri Filistin\u2019den Babil\u2019e (\u015fimdi Irak), di\u011feri 70 y\u0131l sonra d\u00f6nd\u00fckleri Filistin\u2019den, bu kez Romal\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan kovulmu\u015flar ve de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fclkelere da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Son kez de, \u0130spanya\u2019dakiler de \u00a0\u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na kovulmu\u015flard\u0131r, sadece \u00a0Katolik olmay\u0131 kabul edenler \u0130spanya\u2019da b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yahudi etnik kimli\u011finin birle\u015ftirici ba\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7imentosu Musevi dinidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7eli\u015fik s\u0131n\u0131f ve katmanlar\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir toplum olan Yahudiler, banker, tefeci, kuyumcu, ticaret ve m\u00fctercimlik gibi mesleklerle ge\u00e7imlerini sa\u011flayan insanlar olarak tan\u0131n\u0131r, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 y\u00f6netimlerce hi\u00e7 sevilmezler, s\u0131k s\u0131k da sald\u0131r\u0131lara u\u011frar ve ezilirlerdi. Yani bir t\u00fcr g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi idiler.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da <b>Parmaks\u0131z Hamdi<\/b> adl\u0131 bir polis komiseri vard\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn mimli kom\u00fcnistleri tek tek tan\u0131r ve istedi\u011finde parma\u011f\u0131 ile koymu\u015f gibi bulurdu. Bu nedenle ona bu ad tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bir politik olay oldu diyelim, hemen ba\u015fta rahmetli <b>Aziz Nesin<\/b> olmak \u00fczere, mimli kom\u00fcnistleri bir bir toplarm\u0131\u015f. O ki\u015filer de bunu bildiklerinden bavullar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlar, Parmaks\u0131z Hamdi\u2019yi beklerlermi\u015f. Her olay\u0131n g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7ileri de hep kom\u00fcnistler olurmu\u015f. Fa\u015fist <b>6-7 Eyl\u00fcl Olaylar\u0131<\/b> bile kom\u00fcnistlere y\u00fcklenmek ve kamuoyu yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak istenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Yahudiler de istenmeyen \u015feylerin g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7ileri <span style=\"font-size: small;\">(bzege tetlhapvo\/\u0431\u0437\u044d\u0434\u0436\u044d \u0442\u044d\u043b\u044a\u0445\u044c\u0430\u043f1\u044d)<\/span> idiler.<\/p>\n<p>Yahudi \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu yoksuldu ve gettolarda bar\u0131n\u0131yordu. Zengin olanlar ise, getto d\u0131\u015f\u0131na, varl\u0131kl\u0131 semtlere ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rd\u0131. Avrupa\u2019da gerici h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin (\u00f6zellikle Ruslar\u0131n) sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131ndan (pogrom) y\u0131lan ve daha iyi bir ya\u015fama kavu\u015fmak isteyen bir\u00e7ok Yahudi, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131lda, bir f\u0131rsatlar \u00fclkesi olan ABD\u2019ne g\u00f6\u00e7 etti. Bu g\u00f6\u00e7lerin bir sonucu olarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 5, 7 milyon say\u0131s\u0131yla en b\u00fcy\u00fck Yahudi n\u00fcfusu ve lobisi ABD\u2019ndedir. \u0130srail\u2019de ise 5, 5 milyon Yahudi vard\u0131r. Rusya\u2019da 700 bin, Fransa\u2019da 600 bin, Arjantin ve Kanada\u2019da 400\u2019er bin, \u0130ngiltere\u2019de 300 bin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de 20 bin Yahudi ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Yahudi lobileri paral\u0131 ve \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr: \u00d6rne\u011fin ABD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilmek i\u00e7in Yahudi deste\u011fi gerekir, ABD\u2019nde sermaye ve ileti\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de Yahudi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>19. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Yahudi ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck burjuvalar\u0131, tefeci (banker) Yahudilerin l\u00fcks ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa\u2019daki s\u0131radan halk\u0131n tepkisini ve k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fini, bunun Yahudi toplumu i\u00e7in bir tehlike oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131lar; sonunda Yahudileri Avrupa\u2019dan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma ve Filistin\u2019e y\u00f6nlendirme karar\u0131 ald\u0131lar. B\u00f6ylece <b> Siyonizm<\/b> ve \u0130srail<b> <\/b>(Yahudi Devleti) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi do\u011fmu\u015f oldu. Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u2019\u0131nda Yahudi deste\u011fini yan\u0131na almak isteyen \u0130ngiltere, \u00a02 Kas\u0131m 1917 <b>Balfour Deklarasyonu<\/b> ile Yahudilere Filistin\u2019de bir <b> Yahudi yurdu<\/b> olu\u015fturma s\u00f6z\u00fc verdi (Bkz. Balfour Dekerasyonu, Vikipedi).<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015ftan sonra Filistin\u2019de \u0130ngiliz mandat y\u00f6netimi kuruldu ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Yahudi topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n Filistin\u2019e yerle\u015ftirilmelerine ba\u015fland\u0131. Ancak Avrupa\u2019dan Filistin\u2019e do\u011fru b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00f6\u00e7 ak\u0131m\u0131 da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi. 1917\u2019de 70 bin olan Filistin\u2019deki Yahudi say\u0131s\u0131 1932\u2019de ancak 132 bine y\u00fckselebildi. Yani din ve milliyet \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan destek ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar fazla bir i\u015fe yaramad\u0131, gettolar bo\u015falmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada Sovyetlerde de Do\u011fu Sibirya\u2019da, \u00a0Yahudiler i\u00e7in, 1930\u2019larda merkezi <b>Birobican<\/b> olan bir <b> Yahudi \u00d6zerk Oblast\u0131 <\/b>olu\u015fturuldu ama Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (Yahova\u2019n\u0131n) \u2018se\u00e7kin kullar\u0131\u2019 oray\u0131 da be\u011fenmediler. Burada 2002\u2019de 190 bin 915 toplam n\u00fcfus i\u00e7inde 2 bin 327 Yahudi (% 1. 22) n\u00fcfus bulunuyordu. \u00d6lmeseydi Stalin\u2019in Yahudileri, t\u0131pk\u0131 Volga Almanlar\u0131, K\u0131r\u0131m Tatarlar\u0131 ve Adige\/Shapsughlar gibi buraya s\u00fcrmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6ylenir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak Almanya\u2019da <b>Hitler<\/b>\u2019in <b>Nazi<\/b> (fa\u015fist) iktidar\u0131 ile birlikte, Yahudilere g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bask\u0131lar uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131:1939-45 y\u0131llar\u0131 boyunca Yahudiler kamplarda toplanmaya, zorla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya ve gaz odalar\u0131na doldurulup \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131:<b> Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\/Holokost <\/b>yoluyla 6 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n Yahudi\u2019nin \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6ylenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f s\u00fcresince Nazilerden ka\u00e7may\u0131 ba\u015faran on binlerce Yahudi Filistin\u2019e y\u00f6nlendirildi. \u0130ngiltere, \u00a0Yahudilerden olu\u015fma Filistin taburlar\u0131 kurdu, Yahudiler Almanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fa ve yeralt\u0131 direni\u015flerine kat\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece Yahudiler askerlik, \u00e7etecilik ve silahl\u0131 direni\u015f konular\u0131nda e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f ve deneyim kazanm\u0131\u015f oldular. Almanlardan ka\u00e7anlarla 1948\u2019de Filistin\u2019deki Yahudi say\u0131s\u0131 650 bine ula\u015ft\u0131 ve <b>\u0130srail Devleti<\/b> ilan edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130srail, \u015fimdi Bat\u0131 standard\u0131nda modern bir devlettir, ya\u015fam d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksektir ve b\u00fct\u00fcn Yahudilere a\u00e7\u0131k olan bir \u00fclkedir. Bu gibi nedenlerle 1990\u2019larda 1 milyon dolay\u0131nda bir Yahudi n\u00fcfus, da\u011f\u0131lan SSCB \u00fclkeleri ve Do\u011fu Avrupa\u2019dan \u0130srail ve ABD\u2019ne g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015ftir. Yahudi g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn temel nedeni daha iyi bir ya\u015fam \u00f6zlemidir. Sovyet Almanlar\u0131 ve Rumlar\u0131 da, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde Almanya ve Yunanistan\u2019a g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den 4 milyon dolay\u0131nda insan ba\u015fta Almanya ve Hollanda olmak \u00fczere Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Bu insanlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere oralara gitmi\u015f ve kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu insanlar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc <b>\u00c7erkes<\/b>\u2019tir, say\u0131lar\u0131 13 bin olarak s\u00f6yleniyorsa da, ku\u015fkusuz bunlar oralardaki \u00c7erkes dernekleri kanal\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015f olan c\u00fcz\u2019i rakamlard\u0131r, say\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz daha fazla olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu \u00c7erkeslerin bir\u00e7o\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki demokratik geli\u015fimlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kald\u0131klar\u0131ndan ve Alman toplumundan kopuk ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131ndan, eskinin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla hala korkmakta olan ve kendilerini T\u00fcrk olarak tan\u0131tan fikren geri ve e\u011fitimsiz ki\u015filerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada Bulgaristan\u2019dan \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ve ay\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bask\u0131lar nedeniyle \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan, zaman zaman utan\u00e7 verici bir bi\u00e7imde ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha iyi bir ya\u015fam umudu da bu t\u00fcr ka\u00e7\u0131\u015flar\u0131 tetiklemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrklerinin bir\u00e7o\u011fu 1960\u2019larda ve \u00f6ncesinde, ekonomik ya da Rum bask\u0131lar\u0131 nedeniyle \u0130ngiltere, Avustralya ve Kanada gibi \u00fclkelere g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar de\u011fi\u015fik t\u00fcrden g\u00f6\u00e7 \u00f6rnekleridir. <b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1860 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015flar\u0131nda Ortodoks\/dinci ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci Rus h\u00fck\u00fcmeti Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusu azaltmak ve H\u0131ristiyan y\u00fczdesini y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in, Osmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti nezdinde diplomatik giri\u015fimlerde bulundu. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede baz\u0131 Kabardey, Oset ve \u00c7e\u00e7en topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na al\u0131nmalar\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Daha \u00f6nceleri de K\u2019emguy ve Besleney gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7erkes g\u00f6\u00e7leri de olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr iste\u011fe dayal\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7lere ili\u015fkin olarak Adige tarih\u00e7isi <b>Kim \u015e\u0131bzuh<\/b> \u015f\u00f6yle yazmaktad\u0131r: 1860\u2019larda<b> \u201cKabardiya Adigelerinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 etmelerine yol a\u00e7acak\u00a0 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ciddi nedenler bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Kabardeylerin (Ruslarla bir) sava\u015f i\u00e7inde bulunmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtmemiz gerekecektir\u201d<\/b> (Bkz. Maalesef g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, her ne hikmetse, her bir g\u00f6\u00e7 olay\u0131, bir s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m olay\u0131 imi\u015f gibi sunulmak istenmektedir. Bu t\u00fcr bir harmanlama ve \u00e7arp\u0131tma, bir trajedi olan \u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc olay\u0131na zarar vermektedir. \u00a0\u00d6rne\u011fin, \u00a0Kara\u00e7ay, Oset, \u0130ngu\u015f, Lezgi ve benzeri serbest g\u00f6\u00e7lere de \u2018s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u2019 \u00a0denilmekte, bu da Adigelerin s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri ger\u00e7e\u011fine de ku\u015fkuyla bak\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1860\u2019larda \u00c7erkesya d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki Kuzey Kafkasya b\u00f6lgelerinden yapt\u0131r\u0131lan iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7ler, tam bilemedi\u011fimiz nedenlerle, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde kesintiye u\u011frad\u0131 (bu konuda Rusya i\u00e7i ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tepkiler iyi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r). T\u00fcrkiye de bu n\u00fcfusu kabul etmeye devam etmeyi zararl\u0131 bulmu\u015f olabilir. Ancak yine de 1877\u2019de Abhazya\u2019dan, T\u00fcrk i\u015fbirlik\u00e7isi Abhaz n\u00fcfusunu getirip topraklar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Ku\u015fkusuz bu bir vefa borcuydu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrg\u00fcn karar\u0131 sadece Bat\u0131 \u00c7erkesleri\/Adigelerini (ve bu ba\u011flamda \u00c7erkesya\u2019n\u0131n Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fayan, kendilerini Adige sayan ve Adigece de konu\u015fan Abazalar\u0131, Ciget, vb) kaps\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak Diaspora\u2019da hastal\u0131k d\u00fczeyinde, her bir g\u00f6\u00e7e, toptanc\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015fla \u2018s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u2019 \u00a0de denilebilmektedir. Bu mant\u0131kla gidecek olursak, s\u00f6zgeli\u015fi Rumlardan ka\u00e7an \u0130ngiltere\u2019deki K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrklerini de \u00a0s\u00fcr\u00fclen halklar \u00a0listesine eklememiz gerekecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Her bask\u0131 g\u00f6ren ve bu bask\u0131lar nedeniyle g\u00f6\u00e7 eden insanlar s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ulus kapsam\u0131na al\u0131namaz. UNPO taraf\u0131ndan <b>S\u00fcrg\u00fcnde ulus<\/b> <b>stat\u00fcs\u00fc<\/b> sadece \u00c7erkes ulusuna verilmi\u015ftir (Bkz. Unpo, \u00c7erkes ulusunun durumu \u00fczerine karar, internet). Her g\u00f6\u00e7 edeni s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ulus sayarsak, o guruptan olup da yerinde kalan \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131z?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019daki 6-7 milyonu bulan \u015fimdiki yerli n\u00fcfusun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131klayaca\u011f\u0131z?19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda Kara\u00e7ay n\u00fcfusu sadece 15 bin, Balkar n\u00fcfusu da 9 bin idi. Adige n\u00fcfusu ise 2 milyon idi. Ya \u015fimdi? Kara\u00e7ay ve Balkarlar 300 binin \u00fczerinde, 400 bine do\u011fru ilerliyor, gerici ve sahtekar Kara\u00e7ay yazarlar\u0131 tarihi kendi anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re, Rus\/Kazaklarla elbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde yeniden yorumlamaya, Adige tarihini ise, \u00e7arp\u0131tmaya c\u00fcret edebiliyorlar. 1864\u2019te 2 milyon olan Bat\u0131 Adigeleri bug\u00fcn ancak 200 bin bile de\u011fildir. 1864\u2019te 700 binin \u00fczerinde olan Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00f6ks\u00fcz Adige\/Shapsugh\/Natukuay\/Hak\u2019u\u00e7 ve Wub\u0131hlar\u0131n (K\u0131y\u0131boyu Shapsughyal\u0131lar\u0131n) say\u0131s\u0131 \u015fimdilerde 12 bine d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, Shapsugh halk\u0131n\u0131n trajedisi ve y\u00fcrek burkan \u015fimdiki durumu ise g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcnde\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bir n\u00fcfus transferinin s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olabilmesi i\u00e7in, s\u00fcrg\u00fcne yol a\u00e7an kapsaml\u0131 bir s\u00fcrg\u00fcn karar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 ve \u00a0s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilen toplumun bulundu\u011fu yerden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p ba\u015fka bir yere yerle\u015ftirlmesi, af olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fe izin verilmemesi gerekir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmamak ve bir Arap sa\u00e7\u0131 yaratmamak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Eski TCY\u2019nda s\u00fcrg\u00fcn cezas\u0131 vard\u0131, cezal\u0131 ki\u015fi, cezas\u0131 bitene de\u011fin g\u00f6nderildi\u011fi yerden ayr\u0131lamazd\u0131, \u00a0ayr\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da imza vererek kan\u0131tlamak zorundayd\u0131. <b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc deyiminin kapsam\u0131 nedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ancak <b>\u00c7erkes s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc<\/b> deyiminin, siyasal anlamda, Adigeler gibisine s\u00fcr\u00fclmemi\u015f olsalar da, \u00a0\u00f6b\u00fcr Kuzey Kafkasya halklar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmeliyiz, \u00a0onlar da keyifleri \u00f6yle istedi diye T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015f de\u011fildirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, beraberinde K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ile birlikte di\u011fer dillere, bu arada \u00c7erkesce\u2019ye de bir serbestlik getirecektir. RF taraf\u0131ndan Adige soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn tan\u0131nmas\u0131, beraberinde di\u011fer RF halklar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc getirecektir. RF y\u00f6netiminin sessizli\u011fi, asl\u0131nda tedirginli\u011fi ve inkardan gelmesi de bundand\u0131r. Uzun s\u00fcre T\u00fcrk makamlar\u0131, b\u0131rak\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, bir Ermeni s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcne, dahas\u0131 bir K\u00fcrt ad\u0131na bile sans\u00fcr uyguluyorlard\u0131. Daha d\u00fcne de\u011fin \u201cEtnik grup\u201d ve \u201cA\u015firet reisi\u201d diye a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanan Irak K\u00fcrtlerinin ve Barzani\u2019nin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bug\u00fcn \u00e7almaktad\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz k\u00f6t\u00fc de\u011fil, bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 y\u00f6nde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olumlu bir ad\u0131md\u0131r bu.<\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz Rusya\u2019da da normalle\u015fmeye s\u0131ra gelecektir. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n \u015fimdi muhalefette olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, kaliteli ve derinlikli bir ayd\u0131n kitlesi vard\u0131r. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kitle, erge\u00e7 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyuracakt\u0131r. <b><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve g\u00f6\u00e7lerin halk\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131nda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 izlenimler ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f konulu giri\u015fimler<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1864 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc ertesinde, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen \u00c7erkeslerden Kafkasya\u2019ya d\u00f6nmek isteyenler \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, bu ama\u00e7la binlerce imzal\u0131 toplu dilek\u00e7eler Rus yetkililere verilmi\u015fti.
