Bug\u00fcn geleneksel tav\u0131rlar\u0131 b\u0131rakamayan ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f kent uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n temsilcisi olamayanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funluk olu\u015fturdu\u011fu kentlerde ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>1970&#8217;lere gelirken, Anadolu&#8217;dan gelen k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin gecekondu yapmak i\u00e7in uygun bulduklar\u0131 Bo\u011faz yama\u00e7lar\u0131nda kendime bir ev yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Yerle\u015ftikleri zaman derme \u00e7atma gecekondularda oturuyor, e\u015fleri evlerde yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131yor, erkekler bulduklar\u0131 i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Di\u011feri yine Do\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;dan gelen S\u00fcnni bir K\u00fcrt ailesiydi.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><b> 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130stanbul&#8217;u bilmiyor<\/b><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nT\u00fcrk ailenin 55 y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u0130stanbul&#8217;a gelen 20 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7 annesi bug\u00fcn 75 ya\u015f\u0131nda. Alibeyk\u00f6y&#8217;de oturuyor. Fakat 50 y\u0131l boyunca \u0130stanbul&#8217;u g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in bile dola\u015fmad\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcnce k\u00f6yden amcas\u0131n\u0131n yine okuma yazma bilmeyen k\u0131z\u0131yla evlendi. \u0130ki \u00e7ocu\u011fu oldu. Kente g\u00f6\u00e7 eden k\u00f6yl\u00fc art\u0131k yerle\u015fmi\u015f bir kurumun \u00fcyesi de\u011fildir. Yerle\u015fti\u011fi yere, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere, \u00e7evreye, giyime, yemeye, i\u00e7meye ili\u015fkin uyum sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. K\u00f6ydeki b\u00fcy\u00fck aile, a\u015firet, klan \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc kentteki mahallede yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Mesken edinebildi\u011fi yere yerle\u015fir. En b\u00fcy\u00fck handikab\u0131 bilgisel ve davran\u0131\u015fsald\u0131r. K\u00f6ydeki bilgi kente yetmez. Ne var ki kente gelen k\u00f6yl\u00fcy\u00fc otoritesi ve say\u0131sal \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile e\u011fitecek bir kent art\u0131k kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kentli davran\u0131\u015f\u0131, k\u0131rdan g\u00f6\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda az\u0131nl\u0131ktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ya\u011fma Ekonomisi<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nGecekonduyla harekete ge\u00e7en dev ya\u011fma mekanizmas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fik bir ekonomi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak yerle\u015fmi\u015f kentlide olabilen toplumsal, \u00e7evresel, estetik ve ahlaki kayg\u0131 az\u0131nl\u0131kta kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Herkesin kabul etti\u011fi %60 ka\u00e7ak yap\u0131la\u015fma bunun sonucudur. \u00c7\u00f6p, ula\u015f\u0131m, trafik, hava kirlili\u011fi, estetik, kitap okuma, gazete, kald\u0131r\u0131m, otopark kabaday\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, devlet arazisi ve orman ya\u011fmas\u0131, belediye \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin yetersizli\u011fi, dinin politik simgeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi, tarihi miras\u0131n yok edilmesi , belediye \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin karma\u015f\u0131k kent olgusunu anlamakta zorlanmas\u0131 kentlile\u015fememi\u015f g\u00f6\u00e7 insan\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan olmasa bile dolayl\u0131 g\u00f6sterileridir.<\/p>\n<p>Kent kentsel davran\u0131\u015f yoksulu, onu \u00f6\u011frenmeye vakit bulamam\u0131\u015f kalabal\u0131klar\u0131n, daha do\u011frusu onlar\u0131 manip\u00fcle eden benzer k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fclerin elindedir. Yeni kentlinin tarih bilinci ne ulusal\u0131, ne de evrenseli arayacak niteliktedir. Toplumsal kayg\u0131s\u0131 kendi gelece\u011fi ile ilgilidir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi unutmu\u015ftur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fcs\u00fc kurulur. Fakat ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapacak b\u00fct\u00e7esi olmaz. \u00d6\u011fretim vard\u0131r.
