Bu sebepten bu toplulu\u011fu v\u00fccuda getiren insanlarda ve toplulu\u011fun b\u00fcnyesinde, hususi ve m\u00fc\u015fterek vas\u0131flar g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/span> <span lang=\"tr\">Sosyoloji ise bu toplulu\u011fun tabi oldu\u011fu kanunlardan ve ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 vas\u0131flardan bahseden ilmi bir anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu halde toplum objektif, toplum bilimi ise s\u00fcbjektiftir. <\/span><\/span> <span lang=\"tr\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/p>\n<p>Bir cemiyetteki hususi ve m\u00fc\u015fterek vas\u0131flar\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131:<br \/>\n<b>1)<\/b> Irki \u00f6zellikler,<br \/>\n<b>2) <\/b>Tabii ve co\u011frafi \u00e7evreler,<br \/>\n<b>3)<\/b> Tarihi fakt\u00f6rlerdir.<\/p>\n<p><b>1)<\/b> Kafkas \u0131rk\u0131 camias\u0131ndan olan muhtelif bran\u015flar\u0131n (Alpin, Nordik ve Mediteraneen\u2019lerin) kar\u0131\u015f\u0131p kayna\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesi olarak v\u00fccut bulan milletlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck yapt\u0131r\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip olduklar\u0131 tarih boyunca sabit olmu\u015f bir hakikattir. \u015eu halde ayn\u0131 tarzda te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmi\u015f olan Kafkas cemiyetinin de ayn\u0131 kudreti kazanm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131 tabiidir. Bug\u00fcn Kafkasl\u0131larda b\u00f6yle bir kudretin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir eser g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc daha yukar\u0131larda anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki as\u0131l Kafkasl\u0131lar esas olarak tarih \u00f6ncesi (Prehistorik) bir cemiyettir ve enerjisinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131, o devirlerde harcam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan sonra da enerji ve hayatiyetinin kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 tekrar kazanarak yani ba\u015ftan canlanmak i\u00e7in m\u00fcsait zaman ve imk\u00e2nlar bulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Malumdur ki gerek fert ve gerekse cemiyetlerdeki vas\u0131f ve k\u0131ymetlerin i\u015fleme ve verim temin etmeleri, olumlu ve uygun bir tak\u0131m \u015fartlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim nice k\u0131ymetler vard\u0131r ki, b\u00f6yle uygun ortam ve \u015fartlar bulamamalar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden geli\u015femeyerek pasif vaziyette kalmaktad\u0131rlar. Kafkasl\u0131lar\u0131n da tarih boyunca b\u00f6yle imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kald\u0131klar\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesizdir. Bu eseri(*) dikkatle okuyanlar, bu imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n v\u00fccudunu g\u00f6recekler ve tasdik edeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p><b>2)<\/b> Co\u011frafi ve tabii \u015fartlar Kafkasl\u0131lar\u0131n bireysel ve toplumsal b\u00fcnyesine \u00e7ok etkili olmu\u015ftur. Bu hususlar \u201cKafkasl\u0131lar\u0131n psikolojisi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bahiste izah edilmi\u015ftir. Burada bu izahlara umumi surette temas edilmekle iktifa olunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Co\u011frafi ve tabii \u015fartlar\u0131n Kafkasl\u0131lara kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 vas\u0131flar\u0131:<br \/>\n<b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a) <\/b> Muhariplik, vatanperverlik,<br \/>\n<b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b)<\/b> Ferdiyet\u00e7ilik, yabanc\u0131larla kar\u0131\u015fmaktan \u00e7ekinme<br \/>\nolmak \u00fczere iki grup halinde ifade edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Fert i\u00e7in k\u0131ymetli ve y\u00fcksek olan bu vas\u0131flar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya vard\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilleri, cemiyetin geli\u015fimi ve devletle\u015fmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olumsuz tesirler yaparlar. Kafkasl\u0131lar i\u015fte b\u00f6yle menfi tesirlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Co\u011frafi ve tabii ortamlar\u0131n, milletlerin karakterlerine tesirleri \u015fu \u015fekillerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr:<\/p>\n<p>Haiz oldu\u011fu hayati \u015fartlar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan elveri\u015fsiz hayat \u015fartlar\u0131na sahip memleket ahalisi kendileri i\u00e7in m\u00fcsait bir hayat sahas\u0131 bulmak \u00fczere istila te\u015febb\u00fcslerine giri\u015fmek mecburiyetindedirler. \u0130\u015fte bu gibi cemiyetlerde yapt\u0131r\u0131m kudreti daha ta\u015fk\u0131n ve daha aktif bir mahiyet kazan\u0131r, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla daha \u00e7abuk geli\u015fir, fakat buna mukabil hisler sertle\u015fir ve ha\u015fin bir karakter h\u00e2s\u0131l olur.<\/p>\n<p>Yurtlar\u0131 maddi ve manevi b\u00fct\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak vaziyette bulunan cemiyetler ise sald\u0131rgan eylemlere giri\u015fmek l\u00fczumunu hissetmezler. Tesad\u00fcfi vaziyette kalmay\u0131 tercih ederler. Bu gibi cemiyetlerde yapt\u0131r\u0131m kudreti daha pasif ve sakin olur. Hisler yumu\u015fak, vas\u0131flar ise daha ziyade fazilete y\u00f6neliktir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte Kafkasya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan Kaslar birinci vaziyette idiler, Kafkasya\u2019da ya\u015fayan veya Kafkasya\u2019ya \u00e7ekilen Kaslar ise ikinci vaziyete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kafkasya o kadar g\u00fczel, hayat ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak bak\u0131m\u0131ndan o kadar m\u00fcsait bir memleket idi ki, bu memleketin evlatlar\u0131 zorlay\u0131c\u0131 sebepler olmad\u0131k\u00e7a memleketlerini terk etmemi\u015f ve ba\u015fka yerlerde hayat sahas\u0131 arama\u011fa mecbur olmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Netice olarak Kafkasl\u0131lar vatanlar\u0131na kuvvetli bir a\u015fk ile ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>3) <\/b>Tarihi fakt\u00f6rler de Kafkasyal\u0131lar\u0131n karakterlerine b\u00fcy\u00fck tesirler yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n co\u011frafi mevkii ve tabii k\u0131ymeti milletlerin ihtiraslar\u0131n\u0131 kam\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor ve onlar\u0131 kendine \u00e7ekiyordu. Bu vaziyet Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli sald\u0131r\u0131lara hedef olmas\u0131 neticesini vard\u0131. Bu tecav\u00fczler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Kafkasl\u0131lar da \u00e7ok sevdikleri ve \u00e7ok ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 vatanlar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcdafaa i\u00e7in insan \u00fcst\u00fc say\u0131lacak fedakarl\u0131klar g\u00f6sterdiler. Bu sebeptendir ki Kafkasl\u0131lar rastlad\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn milletleri d\u00fc\u015fman olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcler ve d\u00fc\u015fman olarak tan\u0131d\u0131lar, binaenaleyh d\u0131\u015f alemle kar\u0131\u015fmaktan \u00e7ekindiler. Bu durum s\u00fcrekli bir m\u00fccadele vaziyetini do\u011furdu. Neticede Kafkasya\u2019da yaln\u0131z m\u00fccadele \u015fartlar\u0131 ve m\u00fccadele eserlerini kapsayan \u00f6zel bir ortam meydana geldi. M\u00fccadele normal bir hayat \u015feklini ald\u0131. Kuvvetli bir m\u00fccadele ruhu do\u011fdu. Bu ruh Kafkasl\u0131n\u0131n karakteristik b\u00fct\u00fcn vas\u0131flar\u0131nda h\u00e2kim oldu. B\u00fct\u00fcn kabiliyet ve yetenekler yaln\u0131z m\u00fccadele ve muhariplik sahas\u0131nda inki\u015faf etti. Hayat\u0131n ba\u015fka sahalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken di\u011fer kabiliyetler hemen hemen dumura u\u011frad\u0131. Muhariplik vasf\u0131n\u0131n bu \u015fekildeki geli\u015fmesi neticesinde Kafkasl\u0131da adeta hipertrofik bir fizyonomi h\u00e2s\u0131l oldu. Bu sebeplerdendir ki Kafkasl\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131zg\u0131nl\u0131k hallerinde bir \u00f6zellik g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpar. Mesela: Kafkasl\u0131larda \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc ile sevin\u00e7 ve bunun bir belirtisi olan a\u011flama ile g\u00fclme ayn\u0131 zamanda ya\u015far ve ayn\u0131 zamanda meydana gelir. Hatta Kafkasl\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fclmesinde bir a\u011flama, a\u011flamas\u0131nda bir g\u00fclme sezilir. Binaenaleyh Kafkasl\u0131 a\u011fl\u0131yor mu, g\u00fcl\u00fcyor mu, belli olmaz. Dans ve musiki Kafkasl\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat\u0131nda ve hayat\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn safhalar\u0131nda ve faaliyetlerinde daima esas olmu\u015ftur. Bu sebeplerdendir ki, mesela, Kafkasya\u2019da muharebe cephesinin hemen gerisinde danslar tertiplenir, dans ve musiki, yaral\u0131lar\u0131 ameliyat ederken anestezi vas\u0131tas\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasl\u0131n\u0131n muharipli\u011fi, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mukaddes bildi\u011fi haklar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcdafaa etmek amac\u0131na dayan\u0131r. Binaenaleyh Kafkasl\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve haklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 da \u00e7ok hassas, m\u00fc\u015ffik ve merhametlidir. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hakk\u0131na ve mertli\u011fine \u00e7ok h\u00fcrmetkard\u0131r. Dostluk onun i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli ve mill\u00ee bir \u00fclk\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fte bu vas\u0131flar\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131ylad\u0131r ki Kafkasl\u0131lar, d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda aciz vaziyete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olan bir\u00e7ok insan z\u00fcmrelerinin ilticalar\u0131n\u0131 kabul ve hatta onlar\u0131 himaye etmi\u015flerdir. Bu suretle Kafkasya adeta bir zay\u0131flar s\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u011f\u0131 ve \u015fefkat yurdu halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kafkasya\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen muhtelif k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck insan gruplar\u0131 i\u015fte bu tarzda buralara girmi\u015f ve yerle\u015fmi\u015f z\u00fcmrelerdir. Fakat Kafkasl\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn tarih boyunca g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi faziletinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 asla g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya tarihte iki sayfa i\u015fgal edebilecektir. Fazilet ve kahramanl\u0131k sayfalar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu eseri (*) okuyanlardan biraz dikkat sarf eden ve vicdani bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc kullananlar, Kafkasyal\u0131n\u0131n, tarihin binlerce senelik f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 muhafaza etmesini ve en son olarak zaman\u0131n en azametli devleti kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 as\u0131r mukavemet g\u00f6sterebilmesini, bu \u0131rk\u0131n bir harikas\u0131 ve tarihin bir mucizesi olarak anlayacaklar ve bu harikan\u0131n, fazilet ve kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir neticesi oldu\u011fu h\u00fckm\u00fcne varacaklard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte o zaman belki fazilet ve kahramanl\u0131\u011fa ve onu sonuna kadar ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f ve daha da ta\u015f\u0131makta olan Kafkasl\u0131lara bir takdir makam\u0131 tahsis edeceklerdir. Milletlerin be\u015feriyete hizmetleri muhtelif tarzlarda olur. Kafkasl\u0131lar bu hizmeti, fazilet ve kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u0131ymet ve kuvvetini g\u00f6stermekle yerine getirmi\u015f oluyorlar. Acaba bu hizmet herhangi bir takdirle kar\u015f\u0131lanacak m\u0131? Heyhat!<\/p>\n<p>Fakat sen, ey mukaddes Kafkas\u2019\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00fcrg\u00fcn evlad\u0131, sen insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu nank\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcp de iman\u0131n\u0131 sarsma, ezeli ve mill\u00ee \u015fiar\u0131n olan kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve faziletkarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stermekte ve ya\u015fatmakta devam et! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fimdiye kadar g\u00f6sterdi\u011fin varl\u0131k i\u00e7in nas\u0131l bu iki meziyete bor\u00e7lu isen, yar\u0131nda, bug\u00fcn sars\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclen varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yine o k\u0131ymetli meziyetlerle, k\u0131yamete kadar s\u00fcrecek ve y\u00fckselecektir.
