Ancak d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00f6z olarak iki toplum tipinin bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz:<strong><\/p>\n<p>1) <\/strong>Bireyci (ferdiyet\u00e7i) toplumlar,<br \/>\n<strong>2) <\/strong>Kolektif (ortakla\u015fmac\u0131) toplumlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyci toplumlarda bireyin istek ve gereksinimleri, bireylerin birer birey olarak varl\u0131k ve ki\u015filik sahibi olmalar\u0131, ana ama\u00e7 olarak belirir. Bireyci toplum yap\u0131lar\u0131 bu ana amaca uygun olacak bi\u00e7imde olu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir toplumun devlet mekanizmas\u0131\/d\u00fczene\u011fi bireyci bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek\/g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek\u00a0 bi\u00e7imde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu tip bir toplumda devlet, toplumun sadece bir y\u00f6netim \u00f6\u011fesi\/ayg\u0131t\u0131 durumundad\u0131r. Toplum devletin mal\u0131 -toplum devlet i\u00e7in- de\u011fildir. Devletin i\u015fleyi\u015f bi\u00e7imi, yukar\u0131dan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru uzanan\u00a0 bir bask\u0131 d\u00fczene\u011fi bi\u00e7iminde de\u011fil, aksine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dan yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru i\u015fleyen ulusun irade\/istem g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00f6re olu\u015fur ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyci toplumlarda bireyler, ki\u015filik sahibi birer birey olduklar\u0131ndan, ki\u015filikli\/g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bireylerden olu\u015fmu\u015f olan \u00f6ylesine bir toplum, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\/kuvvetli bir topluma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ancak bireylerin konumlar\u0131na -yani ki\u015filiklerini korumakta olmalar\u0131na- g\u00f6re, bireyci toplumlarda yeterli d\u00fczeyde bir dayan\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcc\u00fc\/resanet bulunamayaca\u011f\u0131 ve bunun da bir zaaf\/g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck kayna\u011f\u0131 olabilece\u011fi akla gelebilir. Bireyci toplumlar k\u00fcl\u00e7ele\u015fmi\u015f\/topakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir k\u00fcl\/bir b\u00fct\u00fcn de\u011fil, bir camia\/topluluk durumundad\u0131rlar, bu nedenle, b\u00f6yle bir toplumun y\u00f6netilmesi ve y\u00f6nlendirilmesi zor olur.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz bu de\u011ferler, onlar\u0131 i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmemi\u015f, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla olgunla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olan toplumlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan birer g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck\/zaaf kayna\u011f\u0131 olabilirler. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k s\u0131k\u0131 bir e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f, g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck kaynaklar\u0131\u00a0 kurutulmu\u015f bireyci toplumlarda, bireyler, bilin\u00e7li ve gururlu ki\u015filer olacak\u00a0 bi\u00e7imde e\u011fitildiklerinde, bu bireyler y\u00fcrekli, azimli ve dayan\u0131\u015fma duygular\u0131 ile donanm\u0131\u015f bireylere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrler. B\u00f6ylesine bireylerden olu\u015fmu\u015f bir topluluk, e\u011filmeyen ve y\u0131k\u0131lmayan\/sa\u011flam bir topluma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyci toplum tipinin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ya\u015fayan \u00f6rnekleri olarak \u0130ngiliz ve Kafkas -\u00c7erkes- toplumlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizler bireycili\u011fin g\u00f6rkemli bir an\u0131t\u0131\/\u00f6rne\u011fi durumundad\u0131rlar. Kafkas toplumu ise, bireyci toplum tipinin do\u011fal ve ko\u015fut\/paralel bir \u00f6rne\u011fi olarak kabul edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizler bireycilik konusunda ciddi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bulunup, bireycili\u011fi i\u015flemi\u015f ve geli\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. Bu toplum tipinin g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck olu\u015fturan yanlar\u0131n\u0131 temizlerken, \u00f6te yandan g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 olan ve de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00f6zelliklerini geli\u015ftirmeyi ve bundan yararlanmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin en \u00fcst d\u00fczey politik ve idari yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsamak \u00fczere, bireylerin g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam ve zihniyet\/d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce d\u00fcnyalar\u0131na de\u011fin, hemen her alanda bireycili\u011fin etki ve \u00f6zelliklerini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6rebiliriz. \u0130\u00e7\/dahili y\u00f6netimdeki \u201cself-government\u201d \/kendi gelece\u011fini belirleme hakk\u0131\u00a0 ile dominyon ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrge sistemleri bu \u00f6zellikleri belirleyen \u00f6rnek bir tablo niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizlerin zengin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ve bu ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrekli bi\u00e7imde besleyen ve zirveye \u00e7\u0131karan ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, toplum yap\u0131s\u0131ndan kaynaklanan y\u00fcksek de\u011fer ve becerilerde aramak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizler bu sonuca, aile kadrosunu daraltarak ama bir aile olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi y\u00fcklenmi\u015f olan okul e\u011fitimini\/\u00e7evresini\u00a0 olu\u015fturarak ula\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr bir e\u011fitimin bir sonucu olarak \u0130ngiliz \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, \u00a0bireysel aile \u00e7evresinden \u00e7ok, ulusal aile \u00e7evresinin etkisi alt\u0131na girerler ve \u00f6ylesine bir ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrler. Bu okul \u00e7evresinde \u00e7ocuklar, ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ve geleneklere dayal\u0131 olan ve o temel \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselen k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve sa\u011flam bir e\u011fitim\/k\u00fclt\u00fcr verilerek yeti\u015ftirilir. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr sayesinde \u00e7ocuklar, ayn\u0131 tarzda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ve ayn\u0131 amac\u0131 g\u00fcden, ayn\u0131 karakteristik \u00f6zellikleri\u00a0 ta\u015f\u0131yan, birbirine\u00a0 ba\u011fl\u0131, sayg\u0131l\u0131, bilin\u00e7li, gururlu ve cesaretle donanm\u0131\u015f birer \u0130ngiliz olarak yeti\u015fir ve geli\u015fimlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrler.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tarzda yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f olan \u0130ngilizlerin baz\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerine k\u0131saca de\u011finmek isterim. B\u00f6ylesine bir yolla \u0130ngiliz ve Kafkas toplumlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z\u00a0 kolayla\u015fm\u0131\u015f da olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere\u2019de ki\u015fisel e\u015fitlik\/m\u00fcsavat yoktur ama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck vard\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek olan ve olmas\u0131 gereken de budur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc e\u015fitlik s\u00fcrekli teorik d\u00fczeyde kalan bir idealdir. \u0130nsanlar e\u015fit olarak yarat\u0131lmad\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re, e\u015fitlik y\u00f6nl\u00fc uygulamalar da do\u011fal bir hareket tarz\u0131 olamaz ve b\u00f6yle davran\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece, geli\u015fme olanaklar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f\/frenlenmi\u015f olur. E\u015fitli\u011fi benimsememek, insanlar\u0131n y\u00fckselmeye ve geli\u015fmeye elveri\u015fli ki\u015filer olduklar\u0131n\u0131 benimsemek anlam\u0131na gelir (*).<\/p>\n<p>Her bir \u0130ngiliz, her yerde, kendisini \u0130ngiltere\u2019yi temsil eden bir ki\u015fi\/varl\u0131k gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcr, kendi gelece\u011finin Britanya \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun gelece\u011fi ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilir. Bu ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 asla koparmaz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendi ki\u015fili\u011finin, g\u00fcvenlik, varl\u0131k ve refah\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011finin, i\u015fte bu gelecekle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funa inan\u0131r. \u0130ngiliz kentler kurar ama bu kentleri bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, bir i\u015f\/\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Kent d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, ki\u015fili\u011finin ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n simgesi olmak \u00fczere ayr\u0131\/m\u00fcstakil evlerde ya\u015famay\u0131 ye\u011fler. <strong><\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019ya gelince:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019da \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f anlamda bir devlet \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca, art arda gelen sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 koyabilmi\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini de Kafkas toplum yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki\u00a0 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\/sa\u011flam\u00a0 olu\u015fumda aramak gerekir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi, devlet g\u00fcc\u00fc ile toplumun g\u00fcc\u00fc\u00a0 ters\u00a0 orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Yani toplumun g\u00fcc\u00fc artt\u0131k\u00e7a, devletin g\u00fcc\u00fc\u00a0 ayn\u0131 oranda azal\u0131r. Kafkas -Adige- toplumunun, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f anlamda bir devlet olu\u015fturmay\u0131 gereksinmeyecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu, devlet k\u0131s\u0131tlama ve s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131na katlanmayacak denli bireyci oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekten de Kafkasya toplumu, bireyin egemenli\u011fini zay\u0131flatacak, bireyleri bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6nden k\u0131s\u0131tlama, s\u0131n\u0131rlama ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler alt\u0131na sokacak bir toplum anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ve o t\u00fcr bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminden uzak kalm\u0131\u015f, sonu\u00e7 olarak da s\u0131k\u0131 bir toplumsal denetim d\u00fczene\u011finin\/mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc alt\u0131na girmekten ka\u00e7\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu olu\u015fumun bir sonucu olarak da halk, kabile\/topluluk ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi, b\u00fcy\u00fck kentler, ticaret ve sanayi tesisleri kurmaya ye\u011flemi\u015f ve bunu ba\u015faramam\u0131\u015f, s\u00fcrekli olarak k\u00f6yl\u00fc kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kentlerde ki\u015fisel tutku ve ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131kar ili\u015fkileri a\u011f\u0131r basar. Tutku; faziletin\/erdemin, huzur ve rahat\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131d\u0131r. Tutkunun egemen oldu\u011fu bir yerde ger\u00e7ek anlamda bir\u00a0 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ye\u015feremez!Ayr\u0131ca kentlerin kozmopolit\/beynelmilel bir yap\u0131s\u0131 ve ad\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\/\u015faibesi vard\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k k\u00f6yler milliyetin ve vatan\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklerini ta\u015f\u0131rlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00f6yler tabiidir\/do\u011fald\u0131r. K\u00f6y ya\u015fam\u0131 sade\/kat\u0131\u015f\u0131ks\u0131zd\u0131r. K\u00f6ylerde farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler, vicdanlar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak davran\u0131\u015f ve ak\u0131mlar bulunmaz. Bu nedenle k\u00f6yl\u00fc kentliye oranla daha yurtseverdir. Kentlerde de k\u00fclt\u00fcr\/e\u011fitim\/a\u015f\u0131lama sonucu olu\u015fmu\u015f bir yurtseverlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bulunur. Ancak bu, b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle yapay bir anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kent halk\u0131 manen ve maddeten soysuzla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\/m\u00fctereddidir. Kentlinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve alg\u0131lamalar\u0131 y\u00fczeyseldir\/afakidir. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir etkilenme sonucu, kentlideki yurtseverlik duygular\u0131 sars\u0131labilir. S\u00fcrekli bir k\u00f6yl\u00fc halk olarak ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan Kafkasyal\u0131 ise, s\u00fcrekli yurtsever olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Kafkasya\u2019da beyinsel de\u011fil, daha \u00e7ok kalp ve vicdan alan\u0131nda geli\u015fme\u00a0 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kafkas toplumunun ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminde, kalp ve vicdan kaynakl\u0131 de\u011ferler, egemen ve d\u00fczenleyici de\u011ferler olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Sonu\u00e7 olarak Kafkasya\u2019da maddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlere g\u00f6re de\u011fil, daha \u00e7ok manevi\u00a0 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlere dayal\u0131 bir ki\u015filik ve de\u011ferler\u00a0 ta\u015f\u0131yan bir toplum tipi olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. B\u00f6yle bir toplumda mal-m\u00fclk edinme gibi maddi tutkulara de\u011fer ve \u00f6nem verilmeyece\u011fi bellidir. Bu nedenle \u00fclke maddi a\u00e7\u0131dan yoksul ve geri kalm\u0131\u015f, ulus m\u00fccadele ve savunmas\u0131n\u0131, kendi\u00a0 can\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak\u00a0\u00a0 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyci bir toplumda her bir bireyin bir varl\u0131k ve ki\u015fili\u011finin bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik. B\u00f6yle bir durum, \u00fclke i\u00e7inde her bir bireyin e\u015fit hakl\u0131 ve\u00a0 e\u015fit g\u00f6revlerle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu bi\u00e7iminde kendini g\u00f6sterir. Yap\u0131s\u0131 bu bi\u00e7imde olan bir toplumun y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imine de <strong>Demokrasi<\/strong>\/Halk egemenli\u011fi denir. B durumda bireyci toplumun ay\u0131rdedici \u00f6zelli\u011fi demokrasi ile y\u00f6netiliyor olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa bireyci toplum \u00f6rnekleri olarak g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz \u0130ngiliz ve Kafkas topluluklar\u0131nda toplumsal tabakalarda\/s\u0131n\u0131flarda\u00a0 bir hiyerar\u015fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu da aristokratik\/beysoylu bir \u00f6zellik bi\u00e7iminde kendini g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00a0toplumun bir camia\/topluluk\u00a0 olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan zay\u0131fl\u0131klar\u0131n, \u0130ngiltere\u2019de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir e\u011fitim ile giderildi\u011fine ve giderilmekte oldu\u011funa biraz yukar\u0131da de\u011finmi\u015ftik. Kafkasya\u2019da ayn\u0131 zaaf, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir t\u00f6re\/\u00f6rf ve adetle giderilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019da herkesin uymakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc bulundu\u011fu t\u00f6re ve gelenek kurallar\u0131na (xabze) g\u00f6re, de\u011fi\u015fik toplumsal s\u0131n\u0131f ve tabakalara mensup olan bireylerin g\u00f6rev, yetki ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri s\u0131n\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek tabakaya\/soylu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na mensup olan ki\u015filer bile, sade\/m\u00fctevaz\u0131 bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek, toplumsal ya\u015fam kurallar\u0131na uymak ve kendi i\u015flerini kendileri g\u00f6rmek zorundad\u0131rlar. Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n bu toplumsal \u00f6zelli\u011fini Rus \u015fairi Pu\u015fkin <em> \u201c\u00c7erkesler tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla demokrat, kalben de aristokratt\u0131rlar\u201d<\/em> \u00f6zdeyi\u015fiyle dile getirmi\u015ftir. Mr. Longworth da <em> \u201c\u00c7erkes reisleri\/\u015fefleri, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrece, y\u0131l\u0131n birka\u00e7 ay\u0131n\u0131, maiyetlerindeki halkla birlikte, e\u015fit ko\u015fullar i\u00e7inde, sava\u015flarda ve da\u011flarda ge\u00e7irirler\u201d<\/em> diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu iki s\u00f6ylem birbirini do\u011fruluyor, her ikisi de do\u011fruyu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkas toplumunun belirtilen bu \u00f6zelli\u011finin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak, \u00c7erkes reisleri s\u00fcrekli olarak halk\u0131n k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k\u00a0 duygular\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bireyler, b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bir de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131rlar. B\u00f6yle bir toplumda, toplum\u00a0 devlet i\u00e7in vard\u0131r\/devletin mal\u0131d\u0131r ve topluk yukar\u0131dan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru i\u015fleyen bir bask\u0131 d\u00fczene\u011fiyle\u00a0 y\u00f6netilir. G\u00fc\u00e7 toplumda de\u011fil, devlette toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bundan da <strong>Devlet\u00e7ilik (Etatisme)<\/strong> denilen \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir d\u00fczen\/rejim do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Poligar\u015fik\/\u00e7okerkli (**) bir nitelik g\u00f6steren bu d\u00fczen ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131yla ve sonu\u00e7 olarak monar\u015fik\/tekerkli d\u00fczenin ayn\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r, dahas\u0131 bu d\u00fczenin de a\u015fa\u011f\u0131s\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc monar\u015fik d\u00fczende toplum tek bir ki\u015finin egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131nda iken, oligar\u015fik d\u00fczende yetkiler bir\u00e7ok ki\u015finin eline ge\u00e7mi\u015f olur. Bu bak\u0131mdan devlet\u00e7i d\u00fczen, de\u011fi\u015fik bir ad ve k\u0131l\u0131\u011fa\/kisveye b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f bir gericilikten ba\u015fkas\u0131 olamaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu noktay\u0131 vurgulamak da gerekir, teknik geli\u015fmeler, devletleri g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor, toplumlar\u0131 kolektif toplum tipine\u00a0 do\u011fru itiyor.<\/p>\n<p>O halde yar\u0131nki toplum bi\u00e7imi ne olabilir?<\/p>\n<p>Gelece\u011fi teknik -geli\u015fmeler- belirleyecektir. \u00dcretim, ta\u015f\u0131ma ve ula\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda ucuz ve kolay \u00fcretilen bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 bulunursa, yap\u0131m\u0131 ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 kolay ve ucuz makineler yap\u0131l\u0131r, bu makineler ucuz enerji ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rsa, o zaman toplumun yap\u0131s\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015fecek ve o toplum, otar\u015fik\/kendine yeterli bir toplum bi\u00e7imine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecektir. Bu nitelikteki bir toplumda y\u00f6netim, \u00a0yerinden y\u00f6netime\/ademi merkeziyete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek ve ekonomik \u00f6zerkli\u011fi bulunan yerel insan gruplar\u0131 olu\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zel m\u00fclkiyeti ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan ama teknik ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7lerden yararlanmak i\u00e7in i\u015fbirli\u011fine giden, beraber\/ortakla\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, i\u015fbirli\u011fi bu ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olacak olan farkl\u0131 bir toplum tipi do\u011facakt\u0131r. Hem kolektivizm\/ortakla\u015fac\u0131l\u0131k ve hem de bireycili\u011fin\/ind\u00fcvid\u00fcalizmin \u00f6zelliklerini ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan b\u00f6yle bir topluma <strong>Il\u0131ml\u0131 Sosyalizm (Socialisme Mod\u00e9r\u00e9) <\/strong>ad\u0131n\u0131 verebiliriz. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011fa mutlulu\u011fu getirecek olan\u00a0 toplum tipi de ancak b\u00f6yle bir toplum tipi olabilir.
