Adigelerin tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7leri i\u00e7inde demokrasi ad\u0131na yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 bu sava\u015f\u0131n nedenlerini ve sonucunu, edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n art\u0131k klasikleri aras\u0131nda yer alan Me\u015fba\u015f\u2019e \u0130shak\u2019\u0131n bir edebiyat\u00e7\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sorumlulu\u011fuyla romanla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitab\u0131n\u0131 \u201cBitmeyen Umutlar\u201d ad\u0131yla T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye \u00e7evirmi\u015ftim. \u015eimdi de \u201cfolk-lor\u201d a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, Vunereko Ray\u2019\u0131n kalemiyle bu olaya bakal\u0131m.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7oktan beri bilim adamlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Hanceri\u2019den ba\u015flayarak bug\u00fcne dek bilim adamlar\u0131 bu konuda yaz\u0131 yaz\u0131yor, fakl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ortaya koyuyor. 70\u2019li y\u0131llara gelin-ceye dek, Avle P\u015f\u0131maf\u2019\u0131n yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, bu konuda 53 ayr\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f (1). Ondan sonra da yay\u0131nlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar var. 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 200\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l\u0131 nedeniyle M\u0131yekuape\u2019de bilim adamlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir toplant\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7o\u011fu bilim adam\u0131, Adige \u00fclkesinde (s\u00fcregelen) s\u0131n\u0131fsal sava\u015f\u0131n, Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131nda da, bitirilmesinde de \u00f6nemli etkisi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde. Sava\u015f, Shapsugh fekol\u2019leri (Abzegh ve Natukuaylardan de kat\u0131lanlar oldu) ile Shapsughlar\u0131n kendi topraklar\u0131ndan kovduklar\u0131 \u015eerel\u2019\u0131ko Lekole\u015fler\u2019i ve onlar\u0131n saf\u0131nda yer alan Bjedugh P\u015f\u0131 (Prens), Vork (\u015e\u00f6valye)leri aras\u0131nda oldu. Bzeyiko vadisinde meydana gelen bu olay, ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7la d\u00fcnyada yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f di\u011fer sava\u015flarla k\u0131yaslan\u0131yor. S\u00f6zgelimi, Fransa\u2019da meydana gelen ihtilale benzetenler var Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131, en son M\u0131yekuape\u2019de yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan konferansta bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131ktayd\u0131. Fakat bilim adam\u0131 BIJ Ali, Adige \u00fclkesinde 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irilen demokratik ya\u015fam ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131, Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda etkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde (2).<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k kazanan bir konu, tarihi yazanlar (bizim halk\u0131m\u0131zdan olsun, ba\u015fka halklardan olsun) Adige Tarihi\u2019ni \u00f6\u011frenirlerken olaya yakla\u015f\u0131m tarzlar\u0131, yararland\u0131klar\u0131 kaynaklar ve an\u0131lar Adigelere ait de\u011fil, ba\u015fka halklardan olup i\u00e7imizde bir s\u00fcre kalan ve ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ilgin\u00e7 bulup yazanlar. Bunun i\u00e7in de Adige bilim adamlar\u0131 bu konuda ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylediklerini ve yazd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131t olarak g\u00f6steriyorlar. Fakat Adigeler, yaz\u0131y\u0131 bilmedikleri zamanlarda bile tarihlerini \u00f6\u011freniyorlard\u0131, bunun i\u00e7in de belirlenmi\u015f kurallar koymu\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Adigeler, Bzeyiko \u015eava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 nas\u0131l alg\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131, sorusunu \u015fu son zamanlarda, tarihle u\u011fra\u015fanlar sormaya ba\u015flad\u0131. M\u0131yekuape\u2019de yap\u0131lan konferansta da bu soru bir ka\u00e7 kes soruldu. Bu sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 s\u00f6ylencelerde var, fakat hi\u00e7 biri s\u00f6ylencelerde aramay\u0131 akl\u0131na getirmiyor.<br \/>\nAdige tarihinin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenceye b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6revler y\u00fcklemi\u015fti Adige halk\u0131. Bu konuya tan\u0131kl\u0131k ediyor 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan Kalemb\u0131y Adil\u00e7eri\u2019nin yazd\u0131klar\u0131: \u201cAdige tarihinin anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcrk\u00fcden ba\u015fka olanak kalmam\u0131\u015f olsa bile, Adige\u2019nin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaylar\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 alg\u0131lay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sadece onunla bile yazabilirsin\u201d (3).<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru, tarihi \u00f6\u011frenenler i\u00e7in Adige s\u00f6ylenceleri \u00f6nemli kaynak olabilir. Olaylar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7inde yer alan pek \u00e7ok \u015feyi, bu g\u00fcne kadar g\u00fcven duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00f6ylenceler kan\u0131tlayabilir, ayd\u0131nlatabilir. B\u00f6ylesi bir konu, \u00fczerinde konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131 da.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konuda s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f olan vored\u0131jler (kahramanl\u0131k halk t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri), s\u00f6ylenceler a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ayd\u0131nlat\u0131yor kendi Adigelerin bu olay\u0131 alg\u0131lay\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerini. S\u00f6ylencenin karakteri gere\u011fi bir ka\u00e7 yerde s\u00fcsl\u00fc s\u00f6zler bulunsa da Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n nedenini, nas\u0131l geli\u015fti\u011fini, bu sava\u015fta kimlerin bulundu\u011funu, nas\u0131l bir sonuca ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vored\u0131jler, s\u00f6ylenceler kanal\u0131yla bir araya getirebildik. S\u00f6ylenceler oldu Adigelerin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a sergileyen. Vored\u0131jlerin ba\u015fka karakteri var: Kahramanlar\u0131n davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir-iki s\u00f6zc\u00fckle betimlenirken, o s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin alt\u0131nda gizlenmi\u015f olan ba\u015fka bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 da var.<\/p>\n<p>Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na neden olarak s\u00f6ylencelerde belirtilen tek sorun var: Adige Xabze (Yasas\u0131) bozuldu, halk onunla idare olamaz hale geldi. Bunun kan\u0131t\u0131 da Shapsugh Lekole\u015fi olan \u015eerel\u2019\u0131kolerin kendi egemenliklerini peki\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in xabzeye (yasalara) uymamalar\u0131.<br \/>\nBurada hemen belirtmeli ki; Adige\u2019nin en \u00e7ok de\u011fer verdi\u011fi \u015fey, kendi ya\u015fam deneyimlerinden \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kendisinin yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Adige xabzesiydi (yasalar\u0131). Adige yasalar\u0131, politikadan ekonomiye dek, ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer alan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc olay ve konuyu kapsam\u0131na al\u0131yordu. Kurallar koyuyordu ve koydu\u011fu kurallar\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131kla uyguluyor, koruyordu. Zaman zaman xase (Adige Halk Kurultay\u0131) toplan\u0131yor, ya\u015fama uygun yeni d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Toplumsal ili\u015fkileri d\u00fczenleyen, bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan Adige Xabze (Yasas\u0131) idi.<br \/>\nFakat, Adige Xabze (Yasas\u0131) uyar\u0131nca bir soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirilemez, uzla\u015fma alanlar\u0131 kalmaz ise sava\u015f olurdu. Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda anlat\u0131lan s\u00f6ylenceler bize bu bilgiyi veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eerel\u2019\u0131kolerin g\u00f6stermi\u015f olduklar\u0131 her t\u00fcrden yasa tan\u0131mazl\u0131\u011fa Shapsughlar hemen sar\u0131lm\u0131yorlard\u0131. Adige xabzenin (yasan\u0131n) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umarak, bazen yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayarak, bazen de yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezlikten gelerek (g\u00fc\u00e7 yetiremeyeceklerini bilen yoksul k\u00f6yl\u00fclerdi \u00e7o\u011funlukla yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezlikten gelenler), aradan \u00e7ok\u00e7a zaman ge\u00e7ti. Derken, diye anlat\u0131yor s\u00f6ylence, yi\u011fit olduklar\u0131ndan kimsenin ku\u015fkusu olmayan Mel\u0131\u015fe karde\u015flerin bi\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00e7ay\u0131rdaki otu getirmeleri i\u00e7in \u015eerel\u2019\u0131ko adamlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6nderdi. \u0130ki karde\u015f buna \u015fiddetle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, ancak, acaba \u015eerel\u2019\u0131ko \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 ot mu istiyor, diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcler ve gelenlere:<br \/>\n&#8211; Otu nas\u0131l g\u00f6t\u00fcrmenizi istedi? Sahibine sorun mu dedi, yoksa sormadan getirin mi dedi? dediler.<\/p>\n<p>Gelenler, Adige yasalar\u0131na uygun olarak kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmezlikten gelerek, isteseniz de istemeseniz de (otu) g\u00f6t\u00fcrece\u011fiz, deyince Mel\u0131\u015feler gelenlerden birini \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc, b\u00f6ylesi bir soygun i\u00e7in bir daha gelmemeleri haberini g\u00f6t\u00fcrmesini \u00f6\u011f\u00fctleyerek, di\u011ferini b\u0131rakt\u0131lar. Fakat \u015eerel\u2019\u0131kolar burada da durmad\u0131lar. Shapsughlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u011fmalamaya, kar\u015f\u0131 gelenleri \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca, Shapsughlar art\u0131k dayanamaz hale geldiler, \u015eerel\u2019\u0131koleri aralar\u0131ndan kovdular. Ka\u00e7anlar, canlar\u0131n\u0131 kurtararak Bjedugh\u2019a s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131lar. B\u00f6ylesine sana g\u00fcvenerek s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlar\u0131n rahatlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak bir yana, onun d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015fman bilmek Adige Xabzesi gere\u011fiydi. Bunun gereklerini yerine getirmemeyi de, benzeri bir daha g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyecek korkakl\u0131k say\u0131l\u0131yordu. B\u00f6ylece Shapsughlarla, Bjedughlar kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015f oldular. S\u00f6ylencelerin anlat\u0131m\u0131 bu \u015fekilde. Daha sonralar\u0131 tarih\u00e7iler, halk\u0131n bu olaya bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederek, Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n nedenlerini ba\u015fka olaylara dayand\u0131rd\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcrd\u00fcn\u2019de ya\u015fayan destan anlat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 SHAPSUGHE \u0130nd\u0131r\u0131s\u2019\u0131n Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131 ile ilgili olarak anlatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc aktaray\u0131m. Onun anlatt\u0131klar\u0131nda ulusal bak\u0131\u015f ve anlay\u0131\u015f hususunda \u00e7ok \u015fey var.<br \/>\n\u201cSizin oradan Me\u015fba\u015f\u2019e\u2019n\u0131n Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u2019\u0131 hakk\u0131nda yazd\u0131klar\u0131 da var. Fakat onun yazd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bizim kabul etmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil\u201d, diyor \u0130nd\u0131r\u0131s. \u201cOldu\u011fu gibi yazmad\u0131. Adigeler aras\u0131nda meydana gelen \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc verici olaylar\u0131 biraz g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmek istedi\u011fini san\u0131yorum. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fey var. Bzeyiko Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 biz \u015f\u00f6yle biliyoruz: Shapsughlardan \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015fi \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f adam \u00f6ld\u00fcren, soygunculuk yapan. Neyse, yolcuysan, s\u00f6z geli\u015fi i\u015fini kovalayan\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek, soymak ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olabilir mi! Bunu kabul etmeyen Shapsughlar izlerini s\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar, bunlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrelim, diyerek. Fakat di\u011ferleri Bjedugh ha\u00e7\u2019e\u015fine s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131lar.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kimlerdendi onlar?<br \/>\n&#8211; Ben onlar\u0131 bilmiyorum, soygunculuk yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyorum. Bjedugh\u2019a s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlar\u0131n arkas\u0131ndan gidip, bunlar\u0131 bize verin, dediler.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bize s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlar\u0131 nas\u0131l veririz, b\u00f6yle \u015fey olur mu?, diyerek, Bjedughlar iki arada kald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirttiler. B\u00f6yle bir yan\u0131t al\u0131nca, \u201cBjedughlar, \u00f6yle ise dinleyin\u201d, dedi Shapsughlar, \u201cBunlar\u0131n analar\u0131na, babalar\u0131na, k\u0131z karde\u015flerine, mallar\u0131na-m\u00fclklerine, evlerine-barklar\u0131na bir zarar geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in korudu\u011funuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsan\u0131z, diyecek s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz yok\u201d, dediler. \u201cFakat bunlar adam \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcyor, soygunculuk yap\u0131yor, \u00fclkeye zarar veriyorlar. E\u011fer sizden k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapanlar\u0131 biz korursak, \u015fimdi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z gibi bizim i\u00e7imizde k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapanlar\u0131 da siz korursan\u0131z, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapanlar\u0131 engelleyemez duruma geliriz. Bunlar\u0131 bize geri verin,\u201d dedilerse de Bjedughlar kendilerine s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlar\u0131 geri vermek istemediler. \u00c7ok g\u00fc\u00e7 durumda kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<br \/>\n-Vallahi, olan oldu ama konuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l geri veririz? Olur mu \u00f6yle \u015fey! \u0130nsanlar, konuklar\u0131n\u0131 geri verdi, diyerek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za kakmaya ba\u015flayacaklar. Nas\u0131l olur?<br \/>\n&#8211; Sonra Shapsughlar ne dedi?<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u00f6ylediklerimizi iyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, bu konuyu iyilikle \u00e7\u00f6zelim.
