T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde; Kayseri Uzunyayla\u2019da, Kahramanmara\u015f G\u00f6ksun\u2019da, D\u00fczce\u2019de, Yalova\u2019da Adige, Abhaz, \u00c7e\u00e7en ve Da\u011f\u0131stanl\u0131lar birbirlerine bir ta\u015f at\u0131m\u0131 mesafesinde yan yana ya\u015fad\u0131lar. Ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, sevin\u00e7lerini birbirleriyle payla\u015ft\u0131lar. Birbirlerinin cenazelerinde ve d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerinde her zaman yan yanayd\u0131lar. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Kafkasya\u2019dan daha da yak\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131 birbirlerine. Onlar \u00e7evrelerindeki topluluklar taraf\u0131ndan \u00c7erkesler olarak biliniyor ve tan\u0131n\u0131yorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes Ethem nedeniyle yarat\u0131lan bask\u0131 ortam\u0131nda \u00c7erkesler , \u201c\u00c7erkes K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u201d olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenemediler. 1923\u2019de kapat\u0131lan \u00c7erkeslerin derne\u011fi, 30 y\u0131l sonra 1953\u2019de Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi olarak yeniden a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Hangi klan k\u00f6keninden olursa olsun diasporada k\u0131rk ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fc ku\u015faktan kime sorulursa sorulsun, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan \u00c7erkesler ya da Kuzey Kafkasyal\u0131lar kimlerdir denildi\u011finde hi\u00e7bir ayr\u0131m olmaks\u0131z\u0131n akla Adigeler, Abhazlar, Osetler, \u00c7e\u00e7enler ve Da\u011f\u0131stanl\u0131lar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsayan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir topluluk geliyor. Bu toplulu\u011fun ad\u0131 \u201c\u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131\u201dd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu, diasporadaki kader birli\u011fi i\u00e7indeki bir durumu yans\u0131tan \u00e7ok anlaml\u0131 bir tan\u0131mlama. Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemi \u00f6ncesinde, 1908 de kurulan \u00c7erkes Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti ile 1918 de kurulan \u00c7erkes Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u2019nin klan pop\u00fclasyonu ne ise, 1953 sonras\u0131ndaki Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Derne\u011fini olu\u015fturan \u00fcyelerin pop\u00fclasyonu da o olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm diasporada ya\u015fayan \u00c7erkesler Kafkasya\u2019ya d\u00f6n\u00fck y\u00fczlerini bu derneklerin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda korudular. \u00d6zellikle 1990\u2019lara kadar \u00c7erkes benli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesi konusunda t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bu derneklerde birlikte yapt\u0131lar. O d\u00f6nem dernek etkinliklerine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00c7erkes kimli\u011fiyle bir arada olman\u0131n heyecan\u0131n\u0131 ve birbiriyle kenetleni\u015fini ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f 40 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri olan ku\u015fak bu bahsetti\u011fim tablonun \u00f6nemini \u00e7ok daha iyi anlayacak ve anlatacakt\u0131r. 1970\u2019li y\u0131llarda dernek binas\u0131nda , ayn\u0131 masa etraf\u0131nda hararetle \u00c7erkes sorununu konu\u015fan, \u00c7e\u00e7en, Oset, Adige ve Abhaz k\u00f6kenli insanlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131n\u0131n ta kendisiydi. Ruhlar\u0131 ve varl\u0131klar\u0131yla tam bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yans\u0131t\u0131yor ve temsil ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Ben de bu ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n temsilcisi olarak kendimi bir \u201c\u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131\u201d \u00fcyesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. Bu anlaml\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde ayr\u0131\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme e\u011filimi beni \u00e7ok \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcyor. Kurulan Abhaz, Alan, \u00c7e\u00e7en ve Da\u011f\u0131stan dernekleri ile ayr\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreci b\u00fcy\u00fck ivme kazand\u0131. \u00d6nceleri \u00f6z k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn bu t\u00fcr kurumlarda daha iyi korunabilece\u011fi sav\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kan bu derneklerimiz, s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde di\u011fer dernek ve topluluklardan ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sorunlar\u0131, Kafkasya\u2019ya bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ayn\u0131 olan bu derneklerimiz giderek daha mikro d\u00fczeyde bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n mekanlar\u0131 oldular. Birbirleriyle olan dayan\u0131\u015fma ili\u015fkileri (organik bir ileti\u015fiminde zaman i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini yitirmesi nedeniyle) azald\u0131. Bu dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n en son ve canl\u0131 olarak ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem 1993 ve sonras\u0131ndaki Abhaz- G\u00fcrc\u00fc sava\u015f\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nemdir. O zaman t\u00fcm \u201c\u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131\u201d bu konuda Abhazya sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi konusunda tam bir dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde olmu\u015f ve sava\u015fan Abhazya birliklerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm gereken \u00e7abay\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak daha sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan \u00c7e\u00e7en- Rus sava\u015f\u0131nda bu dayan\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemi\u015f ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnme, ayr\u0131\u015fma h\u0131zlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin Rusya\u2019ya yenilmeleri, di\u011fer yandan Abhazya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin Rusya destekli olarak kurulmas\u0131 diasporadaki bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdi ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnme \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Diaspora i\u00e7inde \u00c7e\u00e7enistan\u2019da ya\u015fanan olaylar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Rusya\u2019n\u0131n tepkisinden \u00e7ekinilerek kararl\u0131 ve anlaml\u0131 bir duru\u015f sergilenemedi. \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 duruma hala seyirci kalmaya devam ediyoruz. Bunun en canl\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi hala \u0130stanbul\u2019un tam ortas\u0131nda olanaks\u0131zl\u0131klar i\u00e7inde ya\u015famaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00c7e\u00e7en kamplar\u0131ndaki \u00c7e\u00e7enlerdir. Bu sahipsizlik t\u00fcm \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini ve diasporadaki temsilcilerine y\u00f6nelik bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 derinden etkilemi\u015f ve bu sorunun hala \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcvensizlik yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan Abhazya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131 ve cumhuriyet ilan\u0131 \u015fenliklerine t\u00fcm diaspora b\u00fcy\u00fck sevin\u00e7le kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eenlik konvoylar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek diasporay\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliyordunuz. Bu dayan\u0131\u015fma ve sevgi seli ile birbirlerine kenetlenen \u00c7erkesler, kendi ata vatan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri Abhazya\u2019ya gitmeye, i\u015f yapmaya ve bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da orada ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. \u00d6nceleri t\u00fcm karde\u015flik duygular\u0131yla kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7anlar, onlara pasaport, oturma izni veren yetkililer giderek daha mikro d\u00fczeyde bir politika i\u00e7inde sadece Abhaz k\u00f6kenlilere bu imkan\u0131 tan\u0131r oldular. Kalplerini bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi i\u00e7inde olmadan t\u00fcm\u00fcyle Abhazya\u2019ya y\u00f6neltmi\u015f olan \u00c7erkesler bu tutum de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini anlamakta zorluk \u00e7ektiler. Bu tutum de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin Abhazya resmi yetkililerinden mi, yoksa diasporada art\u0131k giderek ayr\u0131\u015fma isteklerini g\u00fcndeme getiren Abhaz temsilcilerden m\u0131 geldi\u011fini anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, Kafkas Federasyonundan ba\u015fka bir Abhaz Federasyonu kurulma gayretlerini ve bu konuda at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ad\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenince ger\u00e7e\u011fi kavram\u0131\u015f olduk.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 web sayfalar\u0131ndaki k\u00f6\u015felerinden yazan yazarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, \u0130stanbul Abhaz Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ve en son Abhaz milletvekili olan ama asl\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye diasporas\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u00fcyesi olan Soner Gogua\u2019n\u0131n bu s\u00fcrece verdi\u011fi hararetli deste\u011fin ne gibi sonu\u00e7lara neden olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr gibiyim. Bir yandan son g\u00fcnlerde geli\u015fen ayr\u0131\u015fma isteklerine destek verirken (ayr\u0131 federasyonla\u015fma), di\u011fer yandan da \u201cAbhazya\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcc\u00fc , diasporas\u0131 ve karde\u015f Kafkas halklar\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fidir,\u201d gibi fikriyle \u00e7eli\u015fen bir s\u00f6ylem i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 ilgin\u00e7tir. Bir yandan ayr\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 isteyecek, di\u011fer yandan da bu ayr\u0131\u015fma iste\u011fini g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131rarak Kafkas Halklar\u0131ndan deste\u011fin devam etmesini isteyeceksin. Ayr\u0131\u015fma isteklerinin yarataca\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkinin \u015fiddetini azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131n\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131na \u201cbir parmak bal \u00e7alma\u201d harekat\u0131 olmaktan \u00f6te bir amac\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k olan bu s\u00f6ylemi iyice analiz etmemiz ve i\u00e7indeki samimi duygular\u0131 anlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Burada e\u011fer deste\u011finden bahsedilen diasporadan kas\u0131t sadece \u201cAbhaz diasporas\u0131\u201d ise bu durum, korkar\u0131m ki ayr\u0131\u015fman\u0131n fitilini daha da \u00e7abuk ate\u015fleyecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Gerek y\u00f6netimsel , gerekse son d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fanan a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m politikalar\u0131nda aktif bir tutum sergileyemeyen Kafkas Federasyonun sorunlar\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi olarak hedef se\u00e7enler, diasporada s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fanmas\u0131 muhtemel karamsar tablo ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde bu s\u00fcrecin mimarlar\u0131 olarak sorumluluklar\u0131 kendilerine hep hat\u0131rlat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu tutum, Abhazya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde yan yana, omuz omuza olmu\u015f insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00fczecek ve bu ayr\u0131\u015fman\u0131n Abhazya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015fu sonras\u0131nda g\u00fcndeme getirili\u015fini \u00e7ok manidar bulacaklard\u0131r.<br \/>\nE\u011fer Kafkas Federasyonu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Abhaz Federasyonu ya da Oset Federasyonu kurulursa ne olur? Art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir \u00c7erkes diasporas\u0131 kalmaz ve bu diasporan\u0131n 4-5 milyon olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen temsil g\u00fcc\u00fc hi\u00e7bir zaman g\u00fcndeme getirilemez, bu g\u00fc\u00e7 yaralan\u0131r ve par\u00e7alan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131\u015fma tavr\u0131 en \u00e7ok kendilerini \u201c\u00c7erkes\u201d olarak g\u00f6ren ve ortak soruna kar\u015f\u0131 ortak tutum ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel benlik duygusuyla ba\u011fl\u0131 olan topluluklar\u0131 birbirinden ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Birbirlerini \u00f6tekile\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci h\u0131zlan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131\u015fma sonunda derneklerimiz \u201csaf\u201d Abhaz, Oset, Da\u011f\u0131stan, \u00c7e\u00e7en dernekleri olarak kal\u0131r. Birbirlerinin dernek ve etkinliklerine kat\u0131l\u0131m giderek azal\u0131r. Zor g\u00fcnlerdeki maddi ve manevi dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yerini \u201ckendi ba\u015f\u0131na kal\u0131\u015f\u201d al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ortak kadere ve ortak vatana sahip halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcndeme sokulan bu ayr\u0131\u015fma isteklerini mahkum etmesini ve \u00fczerimizde zaten varolan par\u00e7alama gayretlerini bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karacak bir bilinci olu\u015fturmalar\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. Diliyorum ki bu hatadan d\u00f6n\u00fcl\u00fcr, halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n aras\u0131na sokulmak istenen ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k oyunu te\u015fhis edilerek, zaten hasar vermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten vazge\u00e7ilir.
