Bu tarihsel s\u0131nav\u0131n sonucunda Abhaz (ya da Abaza ne derseniz deyin) halk\u0131, kendi tarihinin \u00f6znesi mi yoksa basit bir nesnesi mi oldu\u011funa karar verecek. Daha somutla\u015ft\u0131racak olursak \u00c7erkes halk\u0131 tarihte daha \u00f6nceleri oldu\u011fu gibi (Kafkas -Rus Sava\u015flar\u0131nda) birilerinin oyunca\u011f\u0131 haline mi gelecek yoksa ilk defa olarak kendi kaderini kendisi mi belirleyecek?<\/p>\n<p>Evet, hepinizin anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcn birilerince pi\u015firilip toplumumuzun \u00f6n\u00fcne getirilen Adige-Abhaz (Abaza) karde\u015fli\u011fine kama sokma hareketinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey olmayan \u201cAbhaz Federasyonu\u201d kurma giri\u015fiminden s\u00f6z ediyorum. Oysa bug\u00fcn olu\u015fmu\u015f olan Abhaz-Adige birlikteli\u011fi y\u0131llar\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu birliktelikte aram\u0131zda bulunan veya art\u0131k ya\u015famayan bir\u00e7ok de\u011ferli insan\u0131n beyin eme\u011fi ve \u00e7abas\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Laf\u0131 e\u011fip b\u00fckmeden \u015furas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtelim ki; asl\u0131nda, Adigelerin \u00e7o\u011funun \u00e7ok \u00f6nceden bildi\u011fi Abhaz-Adige karde\u015fli\u011fini, -Adapazar\u0131 y\u00f6resi Abhazlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131- ancak Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda tan\u0131m\u0131\u015f ve bu karde\u015fli\u011fin ne demek oldu\u011funu, nas\u0131l \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne bir birliktelik oldu\u011funu bizzat ya\u015fayarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Adige-Abhaz karde\u015fli\u011fi o zor s\u00fcre\u00e7te gerek Kafkasya gerek diasporada ate\u015f \u00e7emberinden ge\u00e7erek s\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve her g\u00fcn kendini yeniden \u00fcreterek peki\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>O s\u0131cak s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde, ba\u015fta bug\u00fcn Adige a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 diye ele\u015ftirmeye kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ankara Kafkas Derne\u011fi\u2019nin Adige y\u00f6neticilerin ve tabandaki s\u0131radan \u00fcyelerin, Abhazya i\u00e7in daha fazla ne yapabilirim \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131n\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bir\u00e7ok insan gibi biz de biliyoruz. Ku\u015fkusuz, \u015fimdi burada bu insanlar\u0131 tek tek anlatacak de\u011filiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar bu \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 ileride birileri bizi anlats\u0131n diye yapmad\u0131lar. Onlar bug\u00fcn de o g\u00fcnde harekete ge\u00e7iren \u015fey; Adige-Abhaz karde\u015fli\u011fine sars\u0131lmazl\u0131k ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve hakl\u0131 davalar\u0131na olan inan\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi birileri Adigeleri ay\u0131rarak \u201cAbhaz Federasyonu\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yeni bir olu\u015fuma gitmek istiyor ve gerek\u00e7e olarak da bu \u015fekildeki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin daha b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n buna ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir, madem Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131. Bu \u015fekilde daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olunuyordu da bu giri\u015fimin sahipleri neden \u015fimdiye kadar beklediler. Daha \u00f6nce yani sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda ya da sonras\u0131nda bir federasyon haline gelip Adigelerden (hatta sevmedikleri \u015fimdilik mecburen katland\u0131klar\u0131 kimi Abazalardan) ayr\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p da Abhazya i\u00e7in ve onun ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fmad\u0131lar da, Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Rusya\u2019n\u0131n ve baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin tan\u0131mas\u0131 arifesinde hemen harekete ge\u00e7tiler? Sahi niye bu kadar(on yedi sene) beklediler? Vakitleri mi yoktu? Ba\u015fka i\u015flerle mi u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131 ya da \u015fimdi mi ak\u0131llar\u0131 ba\u015flar\u0131na geldi; de\u011fi\u015fen ne? Bu ve benzeri sorular \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen bir \u015fey var; o da \u015fu: O zamanlar Abhazya\u2019n\u0131n daha ne olaca\u011f\u0131 belli de\u011fildi. Durumu mu\u011flakt\u0131. Abhazya alaca karanl\u0131k bir yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcyordu. O zamanlar Abhazya i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fanlar\u0131n tek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi: \u2018\u2019Ben Abhazya\u2019ya ne gibi katk\u0131da bulunabilirim\u2019\u2019 yani \u2018\u2019Abhazya\u2019ya ne verebilirim\u2019\u2019 idi. \u015eimdi ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler \u00e7e\u015fitlendi, ticarilendi. \u201cAbhaz Federasyonu\u201d kurma giri\u015fimi ile \u201cAbhazya i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fan\u201dlar\u0131n u\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na \u201cAbhazya bana ne verebilir\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi de eklendi. \u0130\u015fte (bir amac\u0131 da ki\u015fisel egolar\u0131 tatmin etmek olan) \u015fimdiki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin itici g\u00fcc\u00fc, motoru da bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz herkesi ayn\u0131 kefeye koyup, bu s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lan iyi niyetlileri de toptanc\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla karalamak istemiyorum. Ama bilelim ki bu i\u015fin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekenlerin temel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, itici g\u00fcc\u00fc budur. Tabandaki insanlar iyi niyetli olabilir. Ama unutmayal\u0131m \u201cCehennemin yolu iyi niyet ta\u015flar\u0131yla d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015ftir\u201d diye bir de atas\u00f6z\u00fc vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak Abhaz halk\u0131 bu kadar vefas\u0131z de\u011fildir. Abhaz halk\u0131n\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 bal\u0131k haf\u0131zas\u0131 sananlar ve biz onlar\u0131 istedi\u011fimiz gibi y\u00f6nlendiririz diyenler yan\u0131l\u0131yor ya da yan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka g\u00f6rmeleri laz\u0131m ki bir daha birileri b\u00f6yle \u015feylere tevess\u00fcl etmesin.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u015funu bilelim ki bu g\u00fcne kadar Abhazya ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ili\u015fkileri, Abhaz Dayan\u0131\u015fma Komitesinin \u015fimdiye kadar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kafakol ili\u015fkileri sayesinde ne bir ad\u0131m ileri gitmi\u015ftir ne de gidebilir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f emniyet m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri ve b\u00fcrokratlarla, onlar\u0131n s\u0131rt s\u0131vazlamas\u0131yla, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n daha \u00f6nce tarihte benzerlerini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u201cAslan \u00c7erkes, Kaplan \u00c7erkesler, siz \u00f6nce aran\u0131zdaki yaramaz adamlar\u0131 uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Biz siz tan\u0131r\u0131z\u201d aldatmalar\u0131yla bu i\u015fler olmaz ve olmayacakt\u0131r. Olay tamamen kendi i\u00e7inde maddi olgular\u0131 olan ve bir\u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fkeni bar\u0131nd\u0131ran ba\u011flamsal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. De\u011fi\u015fen d\u00fcnya ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve dengeler zaten \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne Abhazya\u2019y\u0131 tan\u0131may\u0131 dayatacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan biz \u00f6rg\u00fctlerimiz arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla bu s\u00fcrece etki yap\u0131p \u015fekillendirir ve s\u00fcreci k\u0131saltabiliriz. \u015euna kadar Kaf-Fed\u2019in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da eksi\u011fi fazlas\u0131yla (bir\u00e7ok engellemelere ra\u011fmen) budur. Yoksa bu i\u015fler ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkiler ve kapal\u0131 kap\u0131lar ard\u0131nda verilen s\u00f6zlerle olmaz. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe inananlar\u0131n \u00e7ok iyi bildi\u011fi gibi hak verilmez al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda \u201cAbhaz Federasyonu\u201d giri\u015fimi \u00e7evresinde duyulan sesler, daha \u00e7ok ticari ve ki\u015fisel kayg\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6n planda olan bir korodur. Oysa bizlerin \u00e7ok daha net berrak ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc seslere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Bu sesler de var olan y\u0131\u011f\u0131nsal \u00f6rg\u00fctleri zay\u0131flatmak ve par\u00e7alamakla olmaz. Tam tersi saflar\u0131 s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rmakla olur<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fanmakta olan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 akl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ve sa\u011fduyulu davranmam\u0131z\u0131 gerektiren tarihsel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Tarih denilen \u015fey tamamen toplumlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kendili\u011finden geli\u015fen bir olgu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Abhaz toplumu da birilerinin g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya da sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sa\u00e7ta pi\u015ftik\u00e7e di\u011fer y\u00fcz\u00fc \u00e7evrilen bir T\u00fcrkmen bazlamas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Onun i\u00e7in de Adige-Abhaz karde\u015fli\u011finin zarar\u0131na oldu\u011fu \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k olarak belli olan bu olu\u015fuma kar\u015f\u0131 aya\u011fa kak\u0131p s\u00f6ylenecek tek bir s\u00f6zc\u00fck vard\u0131r.
