Demek ki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmemiz i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle, anavatan\u0131m\u0131zdan uzak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bilincinde olmam\u0131z, bu duyguyu ya\u015famam\u0131z, uzak olu\u015fumuzun ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmemiz, ac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ancak anavatana kavu\u015fmakla dinebilece\u011fini i\u00e7selle\u015ftirebilmemiz gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Unutulmamal\u0131 ki -salt yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme de\u011fil- anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f de ancak ve ancak duygu zemininde ye\u015fermi\u015ftir, serpilmektedir, olgunla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ulusal ideam\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dahas\u0131, sevgiliden ni\u00e7in, nas\u0131l, kimlerce uzak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz konusunda bilin\u00e7lendi\u011fimiz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, ko\u015fulsuz sevgi, \u00f6zlem, kavu\u015fmakla mutlu olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z inanc\u0131 daha bir b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fcmekle kalmay\u0131p, anavatana kavu\u015fman\u0131n en k\u0131sa, en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, en sorunsuz, y\u00f6ntemini bulmam\u0131z\u0131 da sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ulusal sorunumuzun se\u00e7eneksiz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerisi k\u0131lan sadece bu duygu a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011ferler de\u011fildir. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n somut ko\u015fullar\u0131, ba\u015fta Rusya Federasyonu olmak \u00fczere halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerin konumu, d\u00fcnya konjonkt\u00fcr\u00fc, akla gelebilecek her parametre de ulusal sorunumuzun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini beslemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, \u00f6ncelikle bilinmesi gereken d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn salt Rus dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, salt T\u00fcrk dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, salt Arap dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, \u00f6zetle bir ba\u015fka dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortam\u0131nda mutlu olabilip de, Adige dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kayg\u0131s\u0131 duymayanlar\u0131n, Adige ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminin yok olu\u015funa, dilin unutulmas\u0131na \u00fcz\u00fclmeyebilenlerin, Adige m\u00fczi\u011fiyle, Adige d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcyle co\u015fmayanlar\u0131n, Adigece \u015fiir dinledi\u011finde g\u00f6zleri dolmayanlar\u0131n sorunu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durumda olanlar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn kendilerini muhatap almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilincinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015famlar\u0131ndan mutlu olabilen Adigelerin de anavatandakilerin \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya da esir olu\u015funu hi\u00e7 dert edinmemeleri, kendilerine tan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 \u201cherhangi bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr i\u00e7inde erime hakk\u0131n\u0131\u201d anavatandakilere de tan\u0131malar\u0131, anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 yakalayanlardan da hi\u00e7 ama hi\u00e7 rahats\u0131z olmamalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn en ilgin\u00e7 y\u00f6nlerinden biri, ulusal getirisi ile elde etmek i\u00e7in \u00f6denmesi gereken bedelin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ters orant\u0131l\u0131 olu\u015fudur. Bir ulusal kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesi olmakla birlikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn, bizleri kahramanl\u0131klara zorlamayan basit, do\u011fal bir \u00e7izgi olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ulusal amaca ula\u015fma \u00e7abas\u0131, al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bulunulan \u00fclke y\u00f6netimlerine ters d\u00fc\u015fmeyi, gizli \u00f6rg\u00fctler kurmay\u0131, hapislerde \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcme, s\u00fcr\u00fclme, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme gibi bedelleri g\u00f6ze almay\u0131 gerektirmez, zorunlu k\u0131lmaz. Kendi evine geri d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131 gibi, her platformda savunulabilecek, her platformda taraftar bulabilecek masum bir dilektir. Temel insan hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 daha iyi i\u015f olanaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in, daha mutlu olacaklar\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortam\u0131nda ya\u015famak i\u00e7in \u00fclke de\u011fi\u015ftirmek gibi \u00e7ok s\u0131radan bir n\u00fcfus hareketi olarak da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Nitekim bug\u00fcn Rusya Federasyonu\u2019na yerle\u015fmi\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, \u00fcreten, ge\u00e7inen, i\u015f kuran, evlenen, \u00c7erkes olmayan T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 \u00c7erkes T\u00fck vatanda\u015f\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131ndan kat be kat fazlad\u0131r. Rusya Federasyonu\u2019nun ekonomik geli\u015fme potansiyeli de herkesin malumudur.<\/p>\n<p>Yine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f, diaspora \u00fclkeleriyle sorun ya\u015fama olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, engellemek bir yana destekleyebilecekleri, destekledikleri bir olgudur. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc savunmak, diaspora \u00fclkelerinde ulusal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleri ya\u015fat\u0131p geli\u015ftirmenin, Adige olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin ko\u015fulu olan anadilde okulu, ulusal \u00f6zerk b\u00f6lgeyi savunmaktan, sadece daha tehlikesiz de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda daha b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl, daha ak\u0131lc\u0131, daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7idir. Ayr\u0131ca Adige ya\u015fayan bir y\u00f6renin, ba\u015fka y\u00f6rede ya\u015fan Adigelerin toplumsal haf\u0131zas\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir izi yoktur. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n Adige oldu\u011funun bilincinde olan her birimizin anavatan\u0131 \u00c7erkesya\u2019d\u0131r. Diaspora \u00fclkelerinden biri ya da Rusya Federasyonu\u2019nun bir ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgesi de\u011fildir. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f, diaspora Adigelerinin ulusal sorununu temelden \u00e7\u00f6zecek, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc daha \u00fcst bir gelir seviyesine y\u00fckseltecek, anavatan kesiminin n\u00fcfus azl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 da minimalize edecektir. D\u00fcnyadaki b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimlerin 1980 \u00f6ncesi politikalar i\u00e7erisinde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fi tek politikad\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapan say\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklere g\u00f6re beklentilerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla birlikte, olgu ile olguyu savunanlar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin yeterince fark\u0131nda olunmamas\u0131, bu \u201cbirlik i\u00e7inde ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u201d bilincinde olunmamas\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu san\u0131s\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcler tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7er\u00e7evesini d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcler \u00e7izmi\u015ftir. \u0130lkelerini d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcler belirlemi\u015ftir. Ancak olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fc bilinenlerimizin hepimiz bir anda \u201cd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u201dten vazge\u00e7sek bile yeni d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fclerini bulabilecek, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fclerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir fenomen olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nHep vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, anavatana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk g\u00fcnlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, giri\u015fimlerde bulunulmu\u015ftur. Ancak ne \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n ne de Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin engelleri a\u015f\u0131labilmi\u015ftir. Geri d\u00f6nmek isteyen Adigelerin din de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi bile kabullenmeleri \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131nca g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti kimi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketlerini silah zoruyla bast\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm engellere kar\u015f\u0131n ki\u015fisel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler de olabilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nD\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini \u00c7erkes Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131, \u201cAlt\u0131n Ku\u015fak\u201d, \u201cW\u0131z\u0131\u015f\u0131\u015f\u0131m k\u2019ui xehaj \/ wilhepq\u0131me afelaj \/ W\u0131m\u0131lajew s\u0131d b\u011fuet\u0131n \/ \u00c7\u0131le p\u00e7eu\u0131m w\u0131u\u0131t\u0131n.
