Bu ki\u015filer zekalar\u0131 y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, gerekti\u011fi yerde gerekti\u011fi gibi davranmam\u0131\u015f ve hayatta kaybetmi\u015flerdir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, zekalar\u0131n\u0131 sadece toplumu yermek i\u00e7in kullanm\u0131\u015f veya her \u015feyi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsediklerinden ya da basit g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinden, u\u011fra\u015fmaya de\u011fer bulmam\u0131\u015flar, b\u00f6ylece s\u0131radan insanlar\u0131n vard\u0131klar\u0131 beceri ve ba\u015far\u0131 d\u00fczeyine ula\u015famam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130nsanlarla iyi ili\u015fki kuramam\u0131\u015flar, belirli bir hedefe do\u011fru gidememi\u015flerdir. Tembelliklerini yenememi\u015f veya zekalar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc ama\u00e7lar ve u\u011fra\u015flar i\u00e7in kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Zeka bir g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr, kullan\u0131lmaz ya da iyi bir ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmazsa, hi\u00e7 bir i\u015fe yaramaz ya da sadece y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p>Hayatta ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in zeki olmak yetmez, duygusal zekan\u0131n da y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 gerekir. Duygusal zeka son y\u0131llarda yeni bir kavram olarak ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olmakla beraber, eskiden beri bilinen ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve uyumlu davran\u0131\u015f \u00f6zelliklerinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. \u0130nsanlarla iyi ileti\u015fim kurmak, ne zaman ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek, f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 iyi de\u011ferlendirmek, belirli olumlu bir amaca do\u011fru ilerleyebilmek, kararl\u0131 olmak, gelip ge\u00e7ici esintilerden etkilenmemek gibi nitelik ve becerileri i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duygusal zekan\u0131n belli ba\u015fl\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Kendini tan\u0131ma: <\/b>Duygusal zekas\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan ki\u015fi, duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin, tercihlerinin, e\u011filimlerinin, zay\u0131f ve kuvvetli yanlar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndad\u0131r Yeteneklerini, e\u011fitimin ona sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 donan\u0131m\u0131 bilir. Bunlara dayanarak kararlar al\u0131r, kendine hedefler se\u00e7er, yani se\u00e7imleri ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kendiyle ilgili ger\u00e7eklerle uyumludur.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022 Duygular\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edebilme: <\/b>Anl\u0131k ba\u015far\u0131lardan, hazlardan uzak durmay\u0131 bilir. Sonradan pi\u015fman olaca\u011f\u0131 duygu patlamalar\u0131na kap\u0131lmaz, gereksiz at\u0131lganl\u0131klar yapmaz. Karamsar ya da endi\u015feli duygulara kap\u0131lmaz, bunlar\u0131n kendisini yapmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015ferden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na izin vermez. Bunlar\u0131 yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ve \u00f6z\u00fcmsemek i\u00e7in bir yol bulabilir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini ve eylemlerini belirli bir hedefe odaklayabilir<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022 Kendili\u011finden g\u00fcd\u00fclenme:<\/b> Kendi hedeflerini kendisi belirler, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n zorlamas\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, bunlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 ve yeteneklerini ortaya koyar, hedefine kilitlenebilir, bundan heyecan ve zevk duyar. Kendini onlar\u0131n yerine koyabilir. B\u00f6ylece kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 kavrar ve derinli\u011fi olan, uyumlu bireysel ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirebilir.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022 Toplumsal etkinlik: <\/b>Ki\u015filer aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmekte ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Bir ili\u015fkinin ve grubun nabz\u0131n\u0131 tutar. Dile getirilmemi\u015f payla\u015f\u0131lan duygular\u0131 ifade edebilir. Bir grubun organizasyonunda liderlik nitelikleri sergiler ve ki\u015filer bunu do\u011fall\u0131kla kabul eder.<\/p>\n<p>Duygusal zeka kal\u0131tsal \u00f6zellikler, \u00e7ocukluk deneyimleri ve \u00f6\u011frenme sonucu olu\u015fur. Bir di\u011fer deyi\u015fle, duygusal zekayla ilgili becerilerin \u00e7o\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenme ve al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmayla geli\u015ftirilebilir. \u0130leri ya\u015flarda davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi zor ya da imkans\u0131zd\u0131r. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn olsa bile, ki\u015fi becerilerini kullanaca\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131 ve zaman\u0131 yitirmi\u015ftir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u00e7ocukluk ve ilk gen\u00e7likte kazan\u0131lan tepki bi\u00e7imleri ve beceriler ya\u015fam boyu s\u00fcrer, bu nedenle duygusal zekan\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi en iyi f\u0131rsat\u0131n \u00e7ocuklu d\u00f6nemi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p><b>T\u00fcrkiye Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Profili Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n\u00c7ocuklardaki davran\u0131\u015f ve duygusal sorunlar ile yeti\u015fkinlerdeki ruhsal bozukluklar toplumda yayg\u0131n olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelerine kar\u015f\u0131n yeterince tan\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan epidemiyolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, yeti\u015fkinlerde her 4-5 ki\u015fiden birinde tedavi gerektirecek d\u00fczeyde ruhsal hastal\u0131k bulundu\u011funu, \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7lerde ise davran\u0131\u015f ve duygusal sorunlar\u0131n yayg\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Toplumda bir ruhsal hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bireylerin ya da sorunlu \u00e7ocu\u011fu olan ailelerin pek az\u0131 tedavi i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurmakta, ba\u015fvuranlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa tan\u0131 konamamakta, tan\u0131 konanlar\u0131n ise k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir grubu etkili tedavi alabilmektedir. Ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n eskiden \u00e7ok iyi bilinmeyen bir y\u00f6n\u00fc de yol a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 &#8221;<b>yeti-yitimi<\/b>&#8221;dir Sadece a\u011f\u0131r ak\u0131l hastal\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011fil, depresyon ve bunalt\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131 gibi s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen ruhsal rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar da ki\u015finin i\u015f, e\u011fitim ve sosyal ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi sorunlar ya\u015famas\u0131na, belirgin i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu yeti-yitiminin bedensel hastal\u0131klar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fundan daha az olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Bu da ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi ve tedavisinin ne denli \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Standart de\u011ferlendirme ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131larak \u00e7ocuk ve eri\u015fkin ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetlerinin planlanmas\u0131nda ruhsal sorunlar\u0131n yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ili\u015fkili fakt\u00f6rlerin iyi bilinmesi temel \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu bilgiler ise ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi ve g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi s\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f de\u011ferlendirme \u00f6l\u00e7eklerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, iyi d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f epidemiyolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla elde edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Temel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Profili\u201d ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen nedenlerle eri\u015fkinlerde s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7lerde davran\u0131\u015fsal ve duygusal sorunlar\u0131n yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, demografik de\u011fi\u015fkenlerle ili\u015fkisi, ruhsal ve bedensel sorunlar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu yeti-yitimi ve bireylerin ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetini kullan\u0131mlar\u0131yla ilgili bilgi toplamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Profili Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 tabakal\u0131, \u00e7ok a\u015famal\u0131, k\u00fcmeli, olas\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6rneklemesidir. Son a\u015famada se\u00e7ilen birim olan k\u00fcmenin her tabakada se\u00e7ilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fit oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ara\u015ft\u0131rma kendinden a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Tabakalar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 5 demografik b\u00f6lgesi ve 3 yerle\u015fim yeri tipinin (il, il\u00e7e, k\u00f6y) \u00e7aprazlanmas\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n bulgular\u0131 15 tabaka ve 4 b\u00fcy\u00fck kentimiz ile bunlar\u0131n herhangi bir \u015fekilde birle\u015ftirilmesiyle elde edilen toplum kesimlerine genellenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in il denet\u00e7ileri \u00f6rnekleme \u00e7\u0131kan illerde g\u00f6rev yapan Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri ya da Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eubesinden sorumlu Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131ndan, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeciler ise sa\u011fl\u0131k ocaklar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan doktor, ebe, hem\u015fire ve devlet hastanelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan psikolog ve sosyal hizmet uzmanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. \u0130l denet\u00e7isi ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmecilerin e\u011fitimi iki a\u015famada iki ayr\u0131 grup halinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da iki a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Birinci a\u015famada Aral\u0131k 1995 &#8211; Ocak 1996 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu ve G\u00fcney Anadolu b\u00f6lgeleri, ikinci a\u015famada ise Nisan-May\u0131s 1996 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Bat\u0131, Kuzey ve Do\u011fu Anadolu b\u00f6lgelerinden \u00f6rnekleme \u00e7\u0131kan illerde alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Annelerden elde edilen bilgilere g\u00f6re 2-3 ya\u015f grubu \u00e7ocuklarda sorun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 %109, 4-18 ya\u015f grubunda %113 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerden elde edilen bilgilere g\u00f6re 5-18 ya\u015f grubunda sorun davran\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 %116, gen\u00e7lerin kendilerinden elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re ise %119\u2019dur Her \u00fc\u00e7 bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131ndan elde edilen bilgiler do\u011frultusunda toplumumuzda \u0130\u00e7e Y\u00f6nelim sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n D\u0131\u015fa Y\u00f6nelim sorunlar\u0131ndan daha fazla oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u015eehirlerde ruhsal hastal\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131, kasaba ve k\u00f6ylerden y\u00fcksektir Co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re ruhsal hastal\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir. Genel olarak \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7lerde sorun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %11 olarak bildirilmesine kar\u015f\u0131n, 2-3 ya\u015f grubu \u00e7ocu\u011fu olan ailelerde ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetine ba\u015fvuru hi\u00e7 yoktur; 4-18 ya\u015f grubunda bu oran % 02 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur 11-18 ya\u015f grubundaki gen\u00e7lerin %5\u2019i davran\u0131\u015f ya da duygusal sorunlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtmelerine kar\u015f\u0131n, ba\u015fvuru oran\u0131 % 03 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Eri\u015fkinlerle ilgili verilere g\u00f6re son 12 ayda herhangi bir ruhsal rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015fi oran\u0131 %172\u2019dir. Kad\u0131nlarda ruhsal rahats\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 erkeklerin iki kat\u0131 fazlad\u0131r. E\u011fitim, medeni durum gibi de\u011fi\u015fkenler ruhsal hastal\u0131k yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkilemektedir. \u015eehirlerde ruhsal hastal\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131, kasaba ve k\u00f6ylerden daha fazlad\u0131r. Co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re ruhsal hastal\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 da farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir. Bat\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde oranlar en y\u00fcksektir. Ruhsal hastal\u0131k varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirgin olarak i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131na, i\u015fe gidememeye yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu kayb\u0131n bedensel hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlara g\u00f6re daha fazla oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Deneklerin son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ruhsal \u015fikayetlerle tedavi ba\u015fvurusu yapma oran\u0131 %47\u2019dir. Ba\u015fvuru oranlar\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda erkeklere g\u00f6re iki kat daha fazlad\u0131r. Ruhsal nedenle ilk ba\u015fvurulan ki\u015fi s\u0131kl\u0131k s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re psikiyatri uzman\u0131 (%39), psikiyatri d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uzman (%33), pratisyen (%21) ve hocad\u0131r (%36). Ara\u015ft\u0131rma an\u0131nda psikotrop ila\u00e7 kullanma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 %5\u2019tir. \u0130la\u00e7 kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda erkeklere g\u00f6re iki kat daha fazlad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma an\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ila\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi antidepresanlar, d\u00f6rtte biri sedatif\/hipnotiklerdir<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Profili bulgular\u0131 ruhsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla ilgili \u00f6nemli bilgiler sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
