A. Karaulov, \u0130. D. Popko, V. A. Potto , G. A. Tka\u00e7ev vb) g\u00f6re 1520 y\u0131l\u0131nda Moskova devleti Ryazan krall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fgal ettikten sonra ilk Ruslar Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019ya gelmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Fakat ortaya koyduklar\u0131 bilgilerden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n bu fikirlerinin dayana\u011f\u0131 ve kayna\u011f\u0131 net olarak anla\u015f\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci grup tarih\u00e7iler ise, (N. M. Karamzin, V. N.Tati\u015fev, A. Regilman , S. M. Bronevske , I. Kravtsov , A. Rjevske) Ruslar\u0131n (Greben Kazaklar\u0131) ilk olarak 16.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6\u00e7 ettiklerini, Terek ve Sunca nehirlerinin sa\u011f\u0131nda kalan k\u0131y\u0131lara yerle\u015ftiklerini kabul ediyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyet d\u00f6nemi tarih\u00e7ilerinin pek \u00e7o\u011fu da bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye destek veriyorlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin Akademisyen M. N Tihomirov \u015f\u00f6yle yaz\u0131yor: &#8220;Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Kuzey Kafkasya tarihinde b\u00fcy\u00fck yer tutmas\u0131nda Terek kalesinin (\u015fehrinin) in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olay \u00c7ar 4. Ivan&#8217;\u0131n generallerini Temr\u0131kue&#8217;nin d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 ile sava\u015fmak \u00fczere yard\u0131ma g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi 1563 y\u0131l\u0131na rastlar. Bu tarihte P\u015f\u0131 TEMRIKUE Terek kalesine ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc grup tarih\u00e7iler (Mesiha \u015e. A. ve Tsintsadze Y. Z.) ise 1563 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kabardey&#8217;de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Rus garnizonu oldu\u011funu ve bu d\u00f6nemde K\u0131r\u0131m Tatarlar\u0131 ile Da\u011f\u0131stanl\u0131lar\u0131n irtibat\u0131n\u0131 kestiklerini yaz\u0131yorlar. Bu tarih\u00e7ilere g\u00f6re &#8220;Ruslar Kafkas halklar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131 ile birlik T\u00fcrklerin k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtt\u0131klar\u0131 K\u0131r\u0131m ve Da\u011f\u0131stan\u2019\u0131 etkisiz hale getirmek i\u00e7in (Terek b\u00f6lgesinde) g\u00fcneyde g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu.&#8221; Bu iki tarih\u00e7inin fikirlerine Smirnov ve Kuda\u015f gibi tarih\u00e7iler de destek vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Y. S. Lure, Terek k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda 1563 y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen Terek kalesinin Ruslar taraf\u0131ndan kurulan ilk istihkam oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken; Tihomirov ise \u015f\u00f6yle yaz\u0131yor: &#8220;Ruslar 1563 y\u0131l\u0131nda Terek k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda Greben da\u011f yama\u00e7lar\u0131nda ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar .<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bu konuda de\u011fi\u015fik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler mevcuttur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk Rus kafilelerinin Kabardeylerin, Kumuklar\u0131n, \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin ve di\u011fer da\u011fl\u0131 halklar\u0131n yak\u0131n\u0131nda Kafkas \u00f6nlerine geli\u015f tarihi olarak 1563 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kabul edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Ruslar\u0131n Kafkasya&#8217;ya g\u00f6\u00e7 etme nedenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Rusya&#8217;da idaresini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek d\u00fczeni oturtmu\u015f olmas\u0131 gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci neden ise; art\u0131k Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n yay\u0131lma ve g\u00fc\u00e7lenme yoluna girmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu g\u00fc\u00e7lenme ve yay\u0131lma d\u00f6neminde ya\u015famlar\u0131 gittik\u00e7e daha g\u00fc\u00e7 hale gelen Rus \u00e7ift\u00e7ileri \u00fclkelerinden ka\u00e7arak Yind\u0131l, Ten ve di\u011fer nehirlerin k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Tarih\u00e7i Kokiev &#8220;Terek \u0131rma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131na rast gelen b\u00f6lgeye yerle\u015fen Kazaklar k\u00f6lele\u015ftirme zulm\u00fcnden ka\u00e7arak gelmi\u015flerdi&#8221; yaz\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ifadelerden anl\u0131yoruz ki, Terek k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na gelerek ilk yerle\u015fenler, Rusya&#8217;daki k\u00f6lelik zulm\u00fcnden ka\u00e7arak gelenlerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Tarih\u00e7i Totoev, 1555 y\u0131l\u0131nda p\u015f\u0131 Temr\u0131kue&#8217;nin el\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda Greben Kazaklar\u0131 oldu\u011funu,onun bu kazaklarla birlikte Moskova \u015fehrine gitti\u011fini yaz\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tarih\u00e7iye g\u00f6re o d\u00f6nemde kazaklar Kafkasya&#8217;da ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flar ve Kabardeyler ile bu Kazaklar aras\u0131nda dostluk ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi mevcutmu\u015f.<br \/>\nFakat Totoev&#8217;in bu iddias\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir tutar taraf\u0131 yok.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle bu iddiay\u0131 do\u011frulayacak hi\u00e7bir belge mevcut de\u011fil, yani Kabardey el\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n da oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren hi\u00e7bir belge yok, varsa da bu g\u00fcne kadar b\u00f6yle bir belgeye rastlanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci olarak P\u015f\u0131 Temr\u0131kue&#8217;nin el\u00e7ileri Moskova \u015fehrine 1557 tarihinde gittiler, o tarihte Terek ve Sunca k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda Rus ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren hi\u00e7bir belge\/bilgi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi hi\u00e7bir s\u00f6ylencede de b\u00f6yle bir bilgiye rastlanmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>16.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda Kabardeyler ile Rus devleti aras\u0131ndaki politik ve ekonomik ili\u015fkileri, i\u015fbirli\u011finin artmas\u0131n\u0131, Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019ya ilk Rus kazaklar\u0131n yerle\u015fmesinin nedenlerini Kumuk T\u0131guen&#8217;\u0131n yazd\u0131klar\u0131nda g\u00f6rmekteyiz. 1582 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ten k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131ndan kalkan kazaklar\u0131n Akta\u015f \u0131rma\u011f\u0131 k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na Greben da\u011f yama\u00e7lar\u0131na yerle\u015ftikleri bilgisi, Tarih\u00e7i \u0130. D. Popko ve \u0130. V. Bentovski kaynak g\u00f6sterilmek sureti ile 1952 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan b\u00fcy\u00fck Sovyet ansiklopedisine yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat bu bilgiler tatmin edici olmaktan uzakt\u0131r. Yukar\u0131da da anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Kabardey el\u00e7ilerinin Moskova \u015fehrine gitti\u011fi tarih 1557 y\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Tarih\u00e7i Totoev&#8217;in el\u00e7ileri ise! 1552, 1555 y\u0131llar\u0131nda bu yolculu\u011fu yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, burada bir yan\u0131lg\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur bize g\u00f6re. Ayr\u0131ca ar\u015fivlerdeki dok\u00fcmanlar Temr\u0131kue&#8217;nin \u00fclke i\u015fleri i\u00e7in Moskova \u015fehrine el\u00e7i olarak g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi ki\u015filerin aras\u0131nda Greben Kazaklar\u0131ndan kimsenin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ruslar\u0131n Terek k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na yerle\u015fmeleri T\u00fcrklerin ve K\u0131r\u0131m hanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ho\u015funa gitmiyordu. K\u0131r\u0131m han\u0131 Devlet Giray, \u00c7ar \u0130van Grozni&#8217;ye g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektupta &#8220;Ruslarla kom\u015fulu\u011fu istemedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a yaz\u0131yor, mektubun devam\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu: &#8220;Dostluk ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi istiyorsan o kalenin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in emir ver, aksi takdirde el\u00e7ilerimizi g\u00f6nder, biz de senin el\u00e7ilerini g\u00f6nderelim. Bu karar\u0131 al\u0131rsan aram\u0131zda ili\u015fki kalmaz (&#8230;) Tanr\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n izni ile biz de affetmeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131r\u0131m han\u0131n\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131 boyar meclisinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclerek han\u0131n mektubuna sert bir cevap yaz\u0131ld\u0131. Tarih\u00e7i Kokiev&#8217;in bu konuda tarihsel belgelerden istifade etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>22 Aral\u0131k 1566 tarihinde Kabardey&#8217;den Moskova \u015fehrine \u0130van Grozni&#8217;nin kayn\u0131 Mams\u0131r\u0131kue ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 30 ki\u015filik bir atl\u0131 grubu gitmi\u015ftir. Bu el\u00e7iler Terek ve Sunca nehirlerinin birle\u015fti\u011fi yerde ikinci bir kale kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in talepte bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu kalede Rus birliklerinin s\u00fcrekli kalmas\u0131, bir sorun oldu\u011funda ise Temrk\u0131ue&#8217;nin b\u00f6lgesinin korunmas\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olunmas\u0131 istenmi\u015ftir. I, \u0441. 13.)<\/p>\n<p>1567 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 2 \u015eubat&#8217;\u0131nda \u00c7ar kayn\u0131n\u0131 Kabardey&#8217;e geri g\u00f6nderirken, ikinci kalenin in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak \u00fczere Andrei Semyanovi\u00e7 Babi\u00e7ev, Protasev ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6revlendirerek top ve t\u00fcfeklerle donanm\u0131\u015f askeri bir birlik e\u015fli\u011finde yola \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1567 y\u0131l\u0131nda ikinci kale bitirilmi\u015f ve bir askeri garnizon kalede yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci kalenin bitirilmesine bir te\u015fekk\u00fcr olmak \u00fczere, \u015eamhal Tarkovski kendi el\u00e7ilerini i\u00e7erisinde fil dahi olan \u00e7e\u015fitli ve de\u011ferli hediyelerle \u00e7ara g\u00f6ndermi\u015f, Rus \u00c7ar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. (\u015eamhal: Kumuk T\u00fcrklerinin ve Da\u011f\u0131stan T\u00fcrki halklar\u0131n\u0131n tarihteki siyasi birliklerinde hanlar\u0131n unvan\u0131.)<\/p>\n<p>Tokluy t\u00fcmeninin prensi acilen K\u0131r\u0131m han\u0131na haber g\u00f6ndererek, \u015eamhal&#8217;\u0131n kendisini korumas\u0131 i\u00e7in Rus \u00c7ar\u0131!na ba\u015fvurdu\u011funu ve \u00c7ar&#8217;\u0131n ricas\u0131 \u00fczerine Ove\u00e7i \u0131rma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131na bir kale kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti\u011fini haber verdi. -Bu kalenin Ruslar taraf\u0131ndan kurulup kurulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda bir bilgi mevcut de\u011fildir- (Ku\u015feva E. N. Sayfa 275).<\/p>\n<p>Terek kalelerinin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni Ruslar\u0131n Kuzey Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n kuzeydo\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 emniyete almak istemeleridir. Ruslar daha o zamanlardan bu kaleler olmadan T\u00fcrk ve K\u0131r\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 durduramayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 anlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011frusunu s\u00f6ylemek gerek gerekirse; \u0130van Grozni kaynatas\u0131 Temr\u0131kuenin ricas\u0131 \u00fczerine ikinci kaleyi kurmak i\u00e7in birlik g\u00f6nderdi. \u015e\u00fcphesiz Rus birlikleri Kabardey&#8217;in t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn korunmas\u0131nda da yararl\u0131 oldular o d\u00f6nemde.<br \/>\nKabardey topraklar\u0131nda Terek ve Sunca k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda Rus kalelerinin kurulmu\u015f olmas\u0131, halka T\u00fcrk ve k\u0131r\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir g\u00fcven duygusu veriyordu.<\/p>\n<p>16. y\u00fczy\u0131l ortalar\u0131nda ve 17. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda Terek \u00e7evresinde yerle\u015fik Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 bin 500&#8217;den fazla de\u011fildi. G. A. Kokiev&#8217;in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re 1623 y\u0131l\u0131nda 30 Ataman ve 400 Kazak&#8217;a \u00c7ar taraf\u0131ndan maa\u015f ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir taahh\u00fctte bulunuldu. Bu bilgi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulursa o d\u00f6nemde Terek civar\u0131nda bin 500 Kazak&#8217;\u0131n yerle\u015fik olmas\u0131 bilgisini do\u011fru kabul edebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu Rus g\u00f6\u00e7menlerle yerli halk\u0131n aras\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ekonomik i\u015fbirli\u011finin ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan mallar\u0131n takas edilmesi suretiyle o d\u00f6nemden itibaren geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler tarih\u00e7iler.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7menler daha \u00e7ok tah\u0131l, giysi, at, yiyecek t\u00fcr\u00fc \u015feyler al\u0131rken yerliler ise onlardan tuz, alet edevat, bah\u00e7e \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve sebze al\u0131yorlard\u0131. (Kokiev, Sayfa 80)<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Kazaklar ile Da\u011fl\u0131lar (Kumuklar, \u00c7e\u00e7enler, Kabardeyler) aras\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcr etkile\u015fmesi de ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oluyordu b\u00f6ylece. S\u00f6ylenceler, hikayeler ve benzer ortak de\u011ferler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yordu yava\u015f yava\u015f.<br \/>\nPopko&#8217;nun yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131ya g\u00f6re Greben, Kazak kad\u0131nlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f olarak yerli kad\u0131nlar\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir fark\u0131 yoktu, onlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f ve ki\u015filik olarak yerlilere benziyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Greben Kazaklar\u0131 yerle\u015fecekleri yeri, korunabilirli\u011fini ve stratejik \u00f6nemini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutarak se\u00e7mi\u015flerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Terek nehri onlar\u0131 Hazar denizine ve Volga nehrine ba\u011fl\u0131yordu. Buras\u0131 ayr\u0131ca \u0130ran, Derbent, Moskova ve G\u00fcrc\u00fc b\u00f6lgelerine giden kervanlar\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015f yoluydu.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bu b\u00f6lge ormanc\u0131l\u0131k, avc\u0131l\u0131k ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da olduk\u00e7a verimli oldu\u011fu gibi Terek ve Sunca nehirleri aras\u0131nda Alkhan yurt olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan, Kazaklar\u0131n tar\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f ve verimli topraklar mevcuttur. S\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fc Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015fti\u011fi b\u00f6lge en \u00e7ok ticaret yap\u0131lan yedi b\u00f6lge yolunun kesi\u015fti\u011fi, Karadeniz ile Hazar\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayan kilit nokta idi.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta Terek ve Sunca nehirlerinin k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131na yerle\u015fen Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 az idi.Daha sonra say\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flad\u0131, Kumuk&#8217;tan, \u00c7e\u00e7en b\u00f6lgesinden, Kabardey&#8217;den ve Rusya&#8217;dan gelen ka\u00e7aklar da bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131na yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Kafkasya&#8217;da Terek Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini Rus otokrasisinin nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131na gelince: Rus idaresi Kazaklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelelerine s\u00fcrekli m\u00fcdahale etmi\u015f, onlar\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman kontrols\u00fcz ve kendi ba\u015f\u0131na b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130. Ona destek verenler ise K\u0131r\u0131m Han\u0131, Nogay y\u00f6netimi ve onlarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde olan P\u015f\u0131 Ap\u015fokue\u2019dir.<br \/>\nD\u00fc\u015fman sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne Kabardeylerin p\u015f\u0131 (prens) ve uerkleri (bey) birbiri ile sava\u015f\u0131yor ve arada halk yok olup gidiyordu. \u0130\u015fte bu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda Terek ve Sunca etraf\u0131nda ilk kalelerin kurulmas\u0131 talep edilmi\u015f, bu konuda defalarca istekte bulunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Terek ve Sunca k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda ilk Rus kalelerinin kurulmas\u0131nda p\u015f\u0131 \u0130dar Temr\u0131kue\u2019nin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc vard\u0131r \u015f\u00fcphesiz. Bu sadece \u0130van Grozni ve p\u015f\u0131 Temr\u0131kue aras\u0131ndaki bir anla\u015fmadan ibaret olmay\u0131p o zaman halklar taraf\u0131ndan da kabul g\u00f6ren bir bar\u0131\u015f ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00f6rne\u011fidir ayn\u0131 zamanda.<br \/>\nTarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yukar\u0131da da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi Terek Greben kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n ilk yerle\u015fim tarihi olarak 16 y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermekte fakat bununla ilgili hi\u00e7bir ar\u015fiv belgesi ortaya koyamamaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ruslar 1556 y\u0131l\u0131nda Astrahan kalesini ele ge\u00e7irdikten sonra Ruslar ve Kabardeylerin ili\u015fkileri geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f 1563 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Terek Kalesi (sonradan \u015fehir) kurulmu\u015ftur. Bu tarihten daha \u00f6nce Greben Kazaklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgeye yerle\u015fmesi s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun nedeni o d\u00f6nemde Kabardeyler ile \u015eamhallar aras\u0131ndaki \u015fiddetli sava\u015flard\u0131r. Bunun da \u00f6tesinde ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede T\u00fcrkler ve Persler de m\u00fccadele i\u00e7erisindedirler, b\u00f6lgedeki halklar\u0131n hepsini etkileyen bir m\u00fccadele alan\u0131 olmas\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra K\u0131r\u0131m han\u0131n\u0131n bask\u0131nlar\u0131 ve buna da ek olarak p\u015f\u0131ler aras\u0131ndaki m\u00fccadele devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>1566 y\u0131l\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 Sultan\u0131 2.Selim tahta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra Rus T\u00fcrk ili\u015fkileri daha da gerginle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Sultan Selim, K\u0131r\u0131m han\u0131 Devlet-Giray\u2019a yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektupta \u201csen kendi K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131nda otur, topraklar\u0131n\u0131 ve bizim b\u00f6lgelerimizi koru. Babam\u0131z\u0131n zaman\u0131nda korudu\u011fun gibi\u201d demektedir.<\/p>\n<p>O d\u00f6nem T\u00fcrk ve K\u0131r\u0131m siyasetinin diplomasisinin temeli, Ruslar ve Kabardeyler aras\u0131nda kurulan i\u015fbirli\u011finin bozulmas\u0131, Ruslar\u0131n bu b\u00f6lgede g\u00fc\u00e7lenmelerinin engellenerek eski b\u00f6lgelerine geri \u00e7ekilmelerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015ftur.
