Belki baz\u0131 derneklerin \u00fcyesi azd\u0131r, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r ama Adigeler her zamankinden daha \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu daha da geli\u015fecektir. K\u00fcreselle\u015fen d\u00fcnyada Adige ve Abhazlar\u0131n, hatta say\u0131ca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00c7e\u00e7en, Oset, Da\u011f\u0131stan diasporalar\u0131n\u0131n kendi yollar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131 normaldir.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkas diasporalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131k Kafkasya&#8217;daki k\u00f6k cumhuriyetler belirliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda Adige yolunun \u00e7izgilerinin netle\u015fti\u011fini art\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Adige yolunun beslendi\u011fi temel dinamik, n\u00fcfus problemi ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorunu Kafkasya ve diaspora olarak ay\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. N\u00fcfusun Kafkasya&#8217;da az, diasporada fazla olmas\u0131 her iki kesimi de etkilemektedir.<br \/>\nAdigelerin karde\u015f Abhazlar gibi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 n\u00fcfus problemi \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun Kafkasya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Bu durum sorunlar skalas\u0131nda asimilasyon tehdidini \u00f6ncelikli k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Buna g\u00f6re diasporadaki bir Adige i\u00e7in mesele Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n Turanile\u015ftirilmesi, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, birle\u015ftirilmesi, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 veya demokratikle\u015ftirilmesi de\u011fil, asimilasyonu bir numaral\u0131 sorun olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karacak miktarda bir n\u00fcfusun diaspora \u00fclkelerinden Kafkasya&#8217;ya &#8220;d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapmas\u0131&#8221; ve bunun dayatma veya kurtarma bi\u00e7iminde yap\u0131lmamas\u0131d\u0131r<\/b>. Yani &#8220;\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm Kafkasya&#8217;d\u0131r&#8221; ve &#8220;Kafkasyac\u0131&#8221;d\u0131r. Abhazya&#8217;n\u0131n Tiflis&#8217;ten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yolunu a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re \u015fimdi Adige yolundan bahsetmenin zaman\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>Retrospektif Bir Bak\u0131\u015f<\/p>\n<p><\/b>Adige diasporas\u0131n\u0131n kendi yolunu aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn tarihi kadar eski olmakla birlikte sonu\u00e7 vermesi zaman alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve 1989 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr sonu\u00e7lar al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1864 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcnden 1908 Me\u015frutiyeti&#8217;ne kadar s\u00fcrg\u00fcn k\u00fcreselle\u015fen d\u00fcnyada diasporadaki ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en taze oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde \u00c7erkeslik Rus d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Rus denildi\u011finde akla sadece \u00e7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bask\u0131lar\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes kelimesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00e7o\u011funluktaki Adigeleri temsil ettiyse de Adigeler bu d\u00f6nemde zaman\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131 gere\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenememi\u015ftir, ilk \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck d\u00f6nemi olan 1908 -1923 aras\u0131nda \u00c7erkes Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Adige dilini ve tarihini i\u015fleyen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Adigece e\u011fitim veren bir okul a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ulus devlet temelinde kurulan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin kuruldu\u011fu 1923 ile se\u00e7im sonras\u0131nda dernekler yasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 1946 y\u0131l\u0131 aras\u0131nda diaspora dinamiklerinde hi\u00e7 bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir k\u0131s\u0131m duyarl\u0131 Adige ve Abhazlar Dosteli Cemiyeti adl\u0131 yard\u0131m derne\u011finin kurucular\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda demokrat partinin se\u00e7im zaferinin ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ok partili sisteme ge\u00e7ilmesiyle 28 Ekim 1952&#8217;de Dosteli&#8217;nin ad\u0131 Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu o g\u00fcnk\u00fc ko\u015fullarda \u00e7ok ileri bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara Kuzey Kafkasyal\u0131lar K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131ncaya kadar, Kafkas k\u00fclt\u00fcr derne\u011fi tek dernek olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131 altm\u0131\u015fl\u0131 y\u0131llar idi. Kafkasya&#8217;dan diasporaya, diasporadan Kafkasya&#8217;ya ilk ziyaretler s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da da olsa ilk defa bu y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrk \u00fcniversitelerinde okuyan \u00dcrd\u00fcn ve Suriyeli Adige \u00f6\u011frenciler, Kafkasya ile ili\u015fkilerin faydalar\u0131n\u0131 anlatm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu \u00e7ap\u0131nda &#8220;Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr&#8217; dernekleri a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla dernek\u00e7ilik tabana yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Derneklerin federasyonla\u015fmas\u0131 ilk defa bu y\u0131llarda g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015ftir, Gen\u00e7ler kitle halinde dil ve alfabe \u00f6\u011frenmeye bu y\u0131llarda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya&#8217;ya duyulan ilgi ve sevgi bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fc ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, \u00c7erkes 68 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck yurtseverli\u011fin ad\u0131 olmu\u015ftur ve bu ku\u015fak hayat\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fc Kafkasya&#8217;ya d\u00f6n\u00fck \u015fekilde tanzim etmi\u015ftir. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ak\u0131m\u0131 diasporadaki n\u00fcfus dengesini yans\u0131t\u0131rcas\u0131na, giderek Adigele\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte, di\u011fer halklar da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ak\u0131m\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015flanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nce Kam\u00e7\u0131, ard\u0131ndan Yam\u00e7\u0131 dergileri etraf\u0131nda olgunla\u015fan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ak\u0131m\u0131 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 askeri darbesiyle y\u0131llarca geriye gitmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Derneklerin yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve toparlanmayla ge\u00e7en seksenli y\u0131llar\u0131n sonunda 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kafkas k\u00fclt\u00fcr haftas\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn 125. y\u0131l\u0131 Ankara&#8217;da uluslararas\u0131 bir etkinlikle an\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ard\u0131ndan 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hollanda toplant\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.ve bu toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan kararla Nal\u00e7ik&#8217;te d\u00fcnya \u00c7erkes Birli\u011fi olarak bilinen Adige-Abhaz birli\u011fi kurulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcnden ge\u00e7mi\u015fe bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir s\u00fcrece de dikkat etmek gerekiyor. So\u011fuk sava\u015f\u0131n ini\u015fe ge\u00e7mesine paralel olarak, seksenli y\u0131llar\u0131n sonundan itibaren T\u00fcrkiye ile Kafkasya aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ziyaretler s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Diaspora insan\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6klerini buldu\u011fu Kafkasya&#8217;daki cumhuriyetlerin &#8220;titular&#8221; kimlikleri \u00fczerinden kendisini yeniden tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu s\u00fcrecin iki sonucu oldu. Biri geleneksel \u00c7erkes kimli\u011finin yerini farkl\u0131 etnik kimliklerin almas\u0131,di\u011feri bu etnik kimlikler \u00fczerinden vak\u0131f ve dernek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin ba\u015flamas\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Adige olmayan halklar Kafkas k\u00fclt\u00fcr derneklerinden ayr\u0131larak kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctlerini kurarken, Adigeler &#8220;Kafkas&#8221; dernekleri i\u00e7inde kald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bu g\u00fcne bakmak<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nBu g\u00fcn d\u00fcnden ayd\u0131nl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde diasporadaki Adige halk\u0131n\u0131n pek \u00e7ok kazan\u0131m\u0131 var.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve Anadolu&#8217;da uzun y\u0131llara yay\u0131lan \u00f6zverili, sab\u0131rl\u0131, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonunda kazan\u0131ld\u0131. Adige halk\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Belki baz\u0131 derneklerin \u00fcyesi azd\u0131r, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131<br \/>\nvard\u0131r ama Adigeler her zamankinden daha \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu daha da geli\u015fecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc start verilmi\u015ftir bir kere. Adige halk\u0131n\u0131n bir &#8220;ana ak\u0131m&#8221; (mainstream) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi vard\u0131r ve bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fct Kafkas Dernekleri Federasyonu&#8217;dur.<\/p>\n<p>Federasyon bug\u00fcnk\u00fc yap\u0131s\u0131yla bir Adige-Abhaz-Oset blo\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc vermektedir ki bu son derece sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir duru\u015ftur. Somut sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc Rus deste\u011finden ge\u00e7en, Rusya Federasyonu ile gerilim yerine her konuda samimi diyalogu tercih eden ve birbirini yad\u0131rgamayan \u00fc\u00e7 halk bir aradad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn federatif olan birliktelik bir ihtimal olarak gelecekte konfederatif hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fse bile \u00f6z de\u011fi\u015fmeyecek, bu blok kal\u0131c\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Adige halk\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcnyesinde bir araya geldi\u011fi federasyon en az k\u0131rk y\u0131ll\u0131k bir r\u00fcyan\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f halidir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Adige yolunun \u015fekli bu; ya \u00f6z\u00fc?<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nAdige yolu Rusya Federasyonu&#8217;nda ve ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti olmak \u00fczere diasporada irticaya ve ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor, Avrasya&#8217;da oynanan &#8220;b\u00fcy\u00fck oyun&#8221;dan uzak duruyor. Adigeler sadece k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini ya\u015fatmak istiyorlar. Bunun i\u00e7in de heku (*) ile iyi ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde olmak gerekiyor. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Adigeler k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin yery\u00fcz\u00fcnden silinmemesini garantileyecek kadar bir n\u00fcfusun \u201dKafkasya&#8217;ya d\u00f6nmesini&#8221; istiyorlar. T\u00fcm \u00e7abalar ve emekler bunun i\u00e7in. Adigeler yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, emek\u00e7isi, emeklisi,\u00f6\u011frencisi, akademisyeni ile Kafkasya&#8217;ya yak\u0131n olabilmek, Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n sonsuza dek var olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Kafkasya&#8217;daki yerel y\u00f6netimleri bar\u0131\u015f, laiklik ve ulusal kimli\u011fin teminat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar. Halklar\u0131n iradesine sayg\u0131 duyuyorlar. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan m\u00fcdahalede bulunmuyor, se\u00e7ilen her Adige&#8217;nin diasporan\u0131n da do\u011fal temsilcisi oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bir tercih yap\u0131lacaksa e\u011fer, bunu bir as\u0131rdan fala s\u00fcredir birlikte ya\u015fanan haklarla dostluktan yana yap\u0131yorlar. Adige halk\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131m\u0131 D\u00fcnya \u00c7erkes Birli\u011fi&#8217;dir. D\u00c7B\u2019nin temel i\u015flevi so\u011fuk sava\u015f bask\u0131lar\u0131 alt\u0131nda birbirinden uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f Kafkasya ve diaspora ile diaspora \u00fclkelerini ayn\u0131 platform \u00fczerinde bir araya getirmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00c7B g\u00fcndemi Adige ruhunun ta kendisidir. D\u00c7B ya\u015fanan \u00fclkelerin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na ve rejimlerine sayg\u0131 duyar. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Abhaz ve Adigeleri bir araya getirir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte Suriye ve \u00dcrd\u00fcn&#8217;deki Adigeler hakk\u0131nda bilgiler Amman radyosundan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki \u00f6\u011frencilerden \u00f6\u011frenilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken D\u00c7B sayesinde y\u00f6netimler birbirlerini \u015fahsen tan\u0131yor, g\u00fcnl\u00fck haberle\u015fiyor, periyodik olarak toplan\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Rahatl\u0131kla diyebiliriz ki, D\u00c7B sayesinde ili\u015fkiler \u00e7ocukluk a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 geride b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f, olgunluk a\u015famas\u0131na girmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dikkat edilmesi gerekenler<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nBilan\u00e7onun bir de \u00f6b\u00fcr taraf\u0131 var. Baz\u0131 ak\u0131mlar Kafkasya&#8217;y\u0131 vatan saym\u0131yor, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc zillet g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. D\u00c7B&#8217;yi ihanet \u015febekesi kabul ediyor. K\u0131saca Kafkasya d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131yor. Bu ak\u0131mlar her zaman birbiriyle ge\u00e7inemese de zararlar\u0131 bilan\u00e7oya bir ve b\u00fcy\u00fck olarak yans\u0131yor. Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n baz\u0131 evrelerini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p baz\u0131 evrelerine hasmane tav\u0131r tak\u0131n\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa Kafkasya&#8217;n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasi ve sosyo-ekonom\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7lere b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak, Kafkasya ve diaspora tarihini bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131 olarak savunmak gerekiyor. \u015eahingirey, Kaml\u0131k gibi ulusal Bol\u015fevikler de Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n ileri gelen at yeti\u015ftiricilerinden Kosok ailesinin o\u011flu P\u015fimafe de bu ulusun ortak de\u011ferleridir.<\/p>\n<p>Her \u015feyi komplo teorileriyle a\u00e7\u0131klayan Rus d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerine meselelere daha so\u011fukkanl\u0131 ve bilimsel yakla\u015famaz m\u0131y\u0131z? D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan dayat\u0131lan emirlikli, cepheli, muskal\u0131 ye\u015fil bir kom\u00fcnizm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda laik ve ulusal kimli\u011fimizin g\u00fcvencesi cumhuriyetlerimize sonuna kadar sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131, \u015eOGENTSUK Aliy Devlet Tiyatromuza, Islameyimize , Kabardinka&#8217;m\u0131za, Nalmes&#8217;imize destek verilmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130kincisi, <\/b>Adige halk\u0131n\u0131 Birle\u015fik Kafkasyac\u0131l\u0131k ipote\u011finden kurtarmak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015fik Kafkasya (BK) s\u00f6yleminin \u00fc\u00e7 tutars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 11 May\u0131s tarihine fazlas\u0131yla saplan\u0131p kalm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, yani anakronikli\u011fi, diasporan\u0131n asimilasyon, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f gibi g\u00fcncel s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakmamas\u0131 ve Sovyet d\u00f6nemi kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmesidir. Bu y\u00fczden kitleselle\u015fememekte 1920 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerinin ideolojisi olmaktan kurtulamamaktad\u0131r. Adigeler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere her halk kendisini BK \u00fctopyas\u0131ndan kurtararak kendi yolunda y\u00fcr\u00fcmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ak\u0131m, <\/b>\u015fimdilerde yeni yeni belirginle\u015fen Adige milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda tutars\u0131z talepler ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclmekte, Adigelerin durumu zora sokulmaktad\u0131r.
