T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji talep tahminlerini yapan kurum olan TE\u0130A\u015e&#8217;\u0131n 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 talep \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc, 570 milyar kilovatsaat (e\u015fittir 570 gigavatsaat). Yaln\u0131z, devlet yetkililerinin att\u0131klar\u0131 projeksiyonun tuttu\u011fu pek g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f de\u011fil. \u00d6rnek verirsek, Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda 5 y\u0131l sonras\u0131n\u0131n enerji talebini 197, TEA\u015e 212, Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (EMO) ise 171 milyar kilovatsaat olarak tahmin etmi\u015fti. Sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 ne olursa olsun, bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn tevat\u00fcrden \u00f6te bir ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bizce ortada.<\/p>\n<p><b>ENERJ\u0130 BA\u011eIMSIZLI\u011eI MAVALI<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nMadem \u00f6yle, T\u00fcrkiye neden n\u00fckleer enerji istiyor? Do\u011falgaz cenderesinden kurtulup enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fmak i\u00e7in mi?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer santrallerde yak\u0131t olarak uranyum-238 kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (UAEA) raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki tahmini uranyum rezervi 9 bin ton civar\u0131nda. 1 kilogram yak\u0131t elde etmek i\u00e7in, uranyum madenlerinde 500 ila 5.000 kilogram radyoaktif kayan\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. 1300 megavatl\u0131k bir hafif sulu reakt\u00f6r i\u00e7in her y\u0131l 25 ton hafif zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f uranyum gerekir. Bu da 120 bin ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma birimi (separative work unit \/ SWU) kullan\u0131larak 210 ton do\u011fal\/ zenginle\u015ftirilmemi\u015f uranyumun i\u015flenmesi demektir. Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130li\u015fkiler B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden n\u00fckleer silahs\u0131zlanma uzman\u0131 Mustafa Kibaro\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yayg\u0131nla\u015fmakta olan, n\u00fckleer bomba sahibi olmay\u0131 destekleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ral\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>ABD&#8217;nin Kuzey Kore&#8217;ye kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc politikan\u0131n s\u00f6kmemesi ve Kuzey Kore&#8217;nin kendi n\u00fckleer bombas\u0131n\u0131 ya da bl\u00f6f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>NATO&#8217;nun bir savunma \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olarak giderek i\u015flevini kaybetmesi,<br \/>\nABD&#8217;nin K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasetin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki ana ak\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, ABD ile &#8216;stratejik&#8217; ili\u015fkileri sorgulatacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde mutsuz etmesi,<br \/>\nVe tabii ki me\u015fhur &#8216;\u00e7uval&#8217; olay\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Buna bir madde eklemek gerekirse, bizzat ABD ve Rusya da dahil, gitgide daha fazla \u00fclkenin NPT&#8217;yi (Non-Proliferation Treaty \/ N\u00fckleer Silahlar\u0131n Yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nleme Anla\u015fmas\u0131) delme pahas\u0131na, yeni n\u00fckleer silah teknolojileri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan geri durmamas\u0131 g\u00f6sterilebilir. Rusya ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yepyeni bir silah yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc gererek a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanlarda ABD de &#8216;bunker buster \/ s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak delici&#8217; bombalar \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. N\u00fckleer santrallerde yak\u0131t olarak uranyum-238 kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 (U-238) s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik. 238 say\u0131s\u0131, 92 proton ve 146 n\u00f6trondan gelir. Uranyum-235&#8217;te ise, yaln\u0131zca 143 n\u00f6tron vard\u0131r. Bu izotop, &#8216;abisinden&#8217; farkl\u0131 olarak, par\u00e7alanabilir ve bu par\u00e7alama i\u015flemi sonunda atom bombas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir. Baz\u0131 k\u00f6\u015fe yazarlar\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r\u201d hamasetini d\u00f6kt\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flad\u0131 bile. Kirli bomba, &#8216;klasik&#8217; n\u00fckleer bombalardan hem boyutu, hem de malzemesinin elde edili\u015f ve \u00fcretili\u015f bi\u00e7imi ile ay\u0131rt ediliyor. N\u00fckleer bombalar\u0131n boyu, zaten art\u0131k \u015ei\u015fko ile S\u0131ska kadar de\u011fil (s\u0131ras\u0131yla 21 ve 15 kiloton).<\/p>\n<p>Kirli bomban\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan n\u00fckleer maddeleri elde etmenin bir zor, bir de kolay yolu var.
