(1)<\/p>\n<p>Manyas ve G\u00f6nen&#8217;e ba\u011fl\u0131 14 \u00c7erkes k\u00f6y\u00fc Aral\u0131k 1922- Haziran 1923 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Anadolu&#8217;nun i\u00e7lerine s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edildi. Bunun \u00fczerine Mehmet Fetgerey \u015eoenu &#8220;\u00c7erkes Meselesi Hakk\u0131nda T\u00fcrk Vicdan-\u0131 Umumisine ve T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi&#8217;ne Ar\u0131za&#8221; ad\u0131yla 1923&#8217;\u00fcn A\u011fustos ve Kas\u0131m aylar\u0131nda iki bro\u015f\u00fcr yay\u0131nlayarak bunlar\u0131 ilgili resmi makamlara ve TBMM \u00fcyelerine de g\u00f6nderdi. (2)<\/p>\n<p>1924&#8217;de, Lozan&#8217;da al\u0131nan karara g\u00f6re, 150 ki\u015filik hain listesi haz\u0131rland\u0131. 86 ki\u015fisi \u00c7erkes olan bu liste 7 Haziran 1924 de resmi gazete de yay\u0131nland\u0131 ve \u201chainler\u201d s\u0131n\u0131rd\u0131\u015f\u0131 edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tarihten sonra T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 uygulanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Kendini \u00c7erkes olarak tan\u0131mlayan halk\u0131m\u0131z kimli\u011fini ifade edemez, soy ad\u0131n\u0131 alamaz, dilini konu\u015famaz oldu. Art\u0131k \u00c7erkes olmak su\u00e7tu. Kamu alan\u0131na giremeyen \u00c7erkesce, sivil alandan da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Dini rit\u00fcellerini anadilinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren \u00c7erkesler camilerinde ve evlerinde \u00c7erkesce Mevl\u00fcd okuyamaz oldu. \u201cVatanda\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Konu\u015f\u201d afi\u015fleri ile vatanda\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi bildirildi. \u0130\u015fte Marmara b\u00f6lgesi Adigelerinin \u00c7erkes kimli\u011fini saklamalar\u0131n\u0131n, Abhazlar\u0131n da \u00c7erkes de\u011fil Abaza olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamalar\u0131n\u0131n tarihsel nedeni bu s\u00fcre\u00e7tir.<\/p>\n<p>1923&#8217;e kadar \u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen Adige ve Abazalar\u0131n hepsi \u00c7erkes ismini benimser ve \u00c7erkes \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinde bir araya gelirken, \u00c7erkeslikten ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f b\u00f6ylesi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Murat Bjedu\u011f, Sevda Alanku\u015f, Erol Taymaz ve di\u011ferlerinin teorik olarak irdeledi\u011fi kimlik stratejileri, 1960&#8217;lardan sonra, 1968 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7erkes ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00f6zellikle d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fc ve devrimcilerin m\u00fccadeleleri ile \u015fekillendi.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nart Dergisi&#8217;ne yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131da, Sevda Alanku\u015f, \u00c7erkesli\u011fin (muhacerette) anavatandaki gibi sadece Adigeleri tan\u0131mlamaktan \u00e7\u0131karak t\u00fcm Kuzey Kafkasyal\u0131lar\u0131 kucaklayacak \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 bir kimlik stratejisi olarak olumluyor ve \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu; \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Kuzey Kafkasya k\u00f6kenli topluluklar\u0131n kendilerini \u00c7erkes olarak tarif etmeleri, \u00c7erkeslerin asimile olmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek bir kimlik stratejisi olarak \u00f6nemlidir.\u201d (&#8230;) \u201dYani, \u00dcrd\u00fcn ya da \u0130srail\u2019de \u00c7erkeslik \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ad\u0131n\u0131n bile konmas\u0131na gerek olmadan, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sorunsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmadan ya\u015fanan g\u00fcndelik bir pratiktir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise \u00c7erkeslik ancak iradi bir tercihle ya\u015fanabilir, \u00fcstelik b\u00f6yle bir iradenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bile, olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir toplumsal\/kamusal ya\u015fam i\u00e7erisinde kesintisiz olarak ya\u015fanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00c7erkeslik kimli\u011fi, \u00c7erkes olundu\u011funu kamusal alanda da ifadelendirmeyi de i\u00e7eren iradi bir tercihle ilgili hale gelmi\u015ftir ve bu iradi tercihle ya\u015fanan kimliklenmenin ad\u0131 \u201cYeniden-\u00c7erkesle\u015fme\u201ddir. Bunu \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc de kentli \u00c7erkes ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnlerde ise \u00c7erkes olmay\u0131 Adige olmaya indirgeyen milliyet\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar yeniden boy g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Ulusal-demokratik m\u00fccadelenin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan &#8221;Yeniden \u00c7erkesle\u015fme&#8221;, milliyet\u00e7i bir \u00e7izgiye oturtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n tarihsel s\u00fcrecine ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan bu milliyet\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, bu nedenle, irdelememiz gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yal\u00e7\u0131n Karada\u015f \u201c\u00c7erkesya\u2019 \u00d6tekile\u015ftirerek Yarat\u0131lamaz- 1\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 makalesinde \u00c7erkes (Adige) milliyet\u00e7ilerini \u015f\u00f6yle ele\u015ftiriyor ve \u201cs\u00f6ylemlerin ve kavramlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131\u201dn\u0131n kendisine uygun ve do\u011fru gelmedi\u011fini belirtiyor ve \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yap\u0131yor;<\/p>\n<p>1) \u00c7erkes e\u015fittir Adige kolayc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131.<br \/>\n2) Adige d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki her halk \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019dir; kom\u015fu olabilirler ama bizi ba\u011flamaz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi.<br \/>\n3) Abaza ve Wub\u0131hlar bize akraba halklard\u0131r. Wub\u0131hlara hen\u00fcz bir karar veremedik ama art\u0131k Abazalar da bizi ba\u011flamamal\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi.<br \/>\n4) \u00d6teki Kafkasyal\u0131lar bizi hi\u00e7 ilgilendirmiyor hatta \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc engelliyor ve sorun yarat\u0131yor siyaseti. (3)<\/p>\n<p>Yal\u00e7\u0131n Karada\u015f \u201c21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00c7erkesler \u0130\u00e7in Son F\u0131rsatt\u0131r\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 makalesinde ise bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n nedenini \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor; \u201c19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u00a0 tan\u0131m, y\u00f6ntem ve \u015fartlar\u0131yla 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda bir ulus-devle yaratmaya ko\u015fullanm\u0131\u015flar. Hem de bizim gibi halklar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olan, devrini tamamlam\u0131\u015f tek dilli, tek dinli ve tek etnikli bir yap\u0131 kurmak i\u00e7in. (4)<\/p>\n<p>Tek dilli, tek dinli, tek etnikli bir yap\u0131 kurma \u00e7abas\u0131 ise \u00c7erkeslerden hi\u00e7bir zaman olumlu bir yan\u0131t alamaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kuzey Kafkasyal\u0131lar ve \u00c7erkes halk\u0131 \u00e7ok etnikli yap\u0131s\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve gelenekleri ile federatif-\u00f6zerk ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmi\u015f bir halkt\u0131r. \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n ulusla\u015fma s\u00fcreci, di\u011fer uluslar\u0131n benzer s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine sayg\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve bir arada ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6zetten sonra \u00c7erkes ve \u00c7erkesya&#8217;y\u0131 tan\u0131mlamam\u0131zda fayda bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7erkesya, \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yurdun ad\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7erkes ise \u00c7erkesya da ya\u015fayan b\u00fct\u00fcn otokton halklar\u0131n ortak ad\u0131d\u0131r. Otokton olmamakla birlikte y\u00fczy\u0131llarca \u00c7erkes halk\u0131 ile birlikte ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, gelenek ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde \u015fekillenmi\u015f halklar\u0131n da kendini \u00c7erkes olarak tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131nda sak\u0131nca yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkesya&#8217;n\u0131n otokton halklar\u0131 Adigeler, Wub\u0131hlar ve Abazalard\u0131r. \u00c7erkesya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da Abazalar\u0131n ya\u015famas\u0131 Abazalar\u0131n \u00c7erkesya&#8217;n\u0131n otokton halk\u0131 oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirmez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkesya direni\u015fini sonuna kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u00c7erkes topluluklar\u0131; Abadzeh, Natukuay, Shapsugh, Hak&#8217;u\u00e7, Wub\u0131h, Aibga, Ah\u00e7ipsov, Ciget ve Pshulard\u0131. Bu topluluklar \u00c7erkesya&#8217;n\u0131n direni\u015finde Adige, Wub\u0131h ve Abazalar\u0131n sonuna kadar m\u00fccadele ettiklerinin de somut bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Wikipedia&#8217;da 21 May\u0131s&#8217;a geli\u015f s\u00fcreci \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131l\u0131yor; \u201dG\u00fcneyde Bz\u0131b Irma\u011f\u0131&#8217;na de\u011fin yay\u0131lan \u00c7erkesya&#8217;n\u0131n Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 boydan boya ele ge\u00e7iren Ruslar, bir yandan, daha y\u00fckseklerde bulunan yama\u00e7 alanlar\u0131 tar\u0131yor, \u00c7erkes k\u00f6ylerini bir bir ate\u015fe veriyor, bir yandan da Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015f olan halk\u0131, a\u015fama a\u015fama T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6nderiyorlard\u0131. Bu arada s\u00fcrg\u00fcn karar\u0131na uymayan ve da\u011fl\u0131k alanlarda bar\u0131nan Ah\u00e7ipsov, Aibga ve Pshu topluluklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 bir harekat\u0131n haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zkonusu \u00fc\u00e7 topluluk, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor olan Aibga k\u00f6y\u00fcnde bir y\u0131\u011f\u0131nak yap\u0131p direnme karar\u0131 ald\u0131lar ama harekata kat\u0131lan Rus birliklerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcz \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131 umudu yitirildi, di\u011fer k\u00f6ylerden gelen sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar Aibga&#8217;dan ayr\u0131l\u0131p kendi k\u00f6ylerine d\u00f6nd\u00fcler, oralardan da T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek \u00fczere Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda topland\u0131lar. Aibga k\u00f6y\u00fc, \u00fcst\u00fcn Rus birlikleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda direndi ama Rus ilerleyi\u015fini durduramad\u0131, Aibga k\u00f6y\u00fc Rus birliklerinin eline ge\u00e7ti ve yak\u0131ld\u0131. Aibgal\u0131lar, temsilcilerini g\u00f6nderip 12 May\u0131s 1864&#8217;te boyun e\u011fdiklerini Ruslara bildirdiler. Aibgal\u0131lar da, di\u011fer \u00c7erkesler gibi k\u0131y\u0131ya inip T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye g\u00f6\u00e7 ettiler.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rt de\u011fi\u015fik y\u00f6nden harekata kat\u0131lan Rus birlikleri, daha \u00f6ncesinden kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, 21 May\u0131s 1864&#8217;te, g\u00f6reve yeni atanm\u0131\u015f olan Kafkasya Ordusu Ba\u015fkomutan\u0131 Veliaht Prens Mihail Nikolayevi\u00e7 ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Abhazca Kbaada Yaylas\u0131&#8217;nda (Krasnaya Polyana) topland\u0131lar. Burada b\u00fcy\u00fck bir dini ve askeri t\u00f6ren d\u00fczenlendi. Bir konu\u015fma yapan Veliaht Prens (Grand\u00fck), Kafkas Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kendi ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131yla tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ama da\u011flarda saklanan \u00c7erkes kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla g\u00fc\u00e7lenen Hak&#8217;u\u00e7 toplulu\u011fu, 1864 sonras\u0131nda, 1865 y\u0131l\u0131 sonlar\u0131na de\u011fin, dahas\u0131 yer yer 1870&#8217;li y\u0131llara, yani t\u00fckenene de\u011fin direni\u015fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, yerel halk yurdundan etnik temizlik yoluyla ve b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, ama Hak&#8217;u\u00e7 direni\u015fi nedeniyle Ruslar\u0131n b\u00f6lgeye g\u00fcven i\u00e7inde yerle\u015fmeleri 1880&#8217;li y\u0131llara de\u011fin gecikmi\u015f de oldu.\u201d (5)<\/p>\n<p>Tamara V. Bilindi\u011fi gibi s\u00f6z konusu konfederasyonda merkezi y\u00f6netim \u00c7erkes Parlamentosu olan Meclise (Xase) aitti ve bu meclis bucak ve nahiyelerden se\u00e7ilen temsilcilerden olu\u015fuyordu. (&#8230;) Da\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131n ak\u0131lalmaz cesurlu\u011funa ra\u011fmen say\u0131 ve donan\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcn olan Rus ordusu Adigeleri yendi ve Wub\u0131hlarla Sadzlar\u0131n topraklar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fgal etti. (&#8230;) Kuzey Kafkasya dan zorla s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f Sadz g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin evlatlar\u0131 bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde oturmaktad\u0131r. Kendi tarihi vatanlar\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015f Kuzey Abazalar\u0131 ise halen genelde Kara\u00e7ay-\u00c7erkesya Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nde oturmaktad\u0131rlar ve toplam n\u00fcfuslar\u0131 30 bin ki\u015fidir. Muhtemelen 1822 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Milli Misak Meclisi b\u00f6lgenin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f feodal karakterinin ve yerel idari gelene\u011fin temelleri \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselen bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme idi. \u201c\u00c7erkesya\u201d ad\u0131yla tan\u0131mlanan bu devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 12 Eyalet\u2019ten olu\u015fuyordu. Bu eyaletler \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\n1) Shapsugh-Natho\u00e7,<br \/>\n2) Abzegh,<br \/>\n3) Kemirguey,<br \/>\n4) Barakay,<br \/>\n5) Bjedugh<br \/>\n6) Kabardey-Besleney,<br \/>\n7) Hatukuay,<br \/>\n8) Maho\u015f,<br \/>\n9) Ba\u015filbey<br \/>\n10) Teberda (Kara\u00e7ay-Malkar),<br \/>\n11) Abhazya,<br \/>\n12) Wub\u0131hya.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn eyaletlerin \u00f6zel ve yerel birer y\u00f6netimleri ve bu y\u00f6netimleri idare etmek i\u00e7in birer meclisleri vard\u0131.\u201c (6)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes Meclisi&#8217;nin \u00f6nderlerine ili\u015fkin bilgiyi de <i>adigeonline.tr.gg\/-<br \/>\nOe-nderler.htm<\/i> sayfas\u0131ndan alabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak David Urquhar taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan bayra\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n meclisi olu\u015fturan eyaletleri, yani Adige, Wub\u0131h ve Abaza halk\u0131n\u0131 temsil etti\u011fini vurgulamakta yarar var.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yak\u0131n d\u00f6nem tarihimiz g\u00f6stermektedir ki, \u00c7erkesya&#8217;n\u0131n otokton halklar\u0131 Adige, Wub\u0131h ve Abaza halklar\u0131d\u0131r.
