\u00c7e\u015fitli illerdeki derneklerimizin birle\u015ftirilmesi zaman, zaman oldu\u011fu gibi son g\u00fcnlerin de dernek \u00e7evrelerinin en \u00e7ok s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen konusu. Ger\u00e7ekten konuya e\u011filen, toplumun giderek benli\u011finden uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kendisine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren, bundan ac\u0131 duyan her \u00c7erkes’in \u00f6zlemi de budur. Ancak bizce \u00f6zlenen, beklenen, derneklerimizin bi\u00e7imsel olarak birle\u015fmelerinden \u00f6te, ortak ilkeler do\u011frultusunda, ortak amaca y\u00f6nelik verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bulunmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Birle\u015fmeyi savunanlar san\u0131r\u0131m yukarda, s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 umudundad\u0131rlar. Biz ise derneklerimizin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecekleri birle\u015fme bi\u00e7imsel olarak kalmak zorundad\u0131r, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndeyiz.<\/p>\n

Dernekleri kendilerini olu\u015fturan ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filerden soyutlamadan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rmek daha olanakl\u0131d\u0131r. Bildi\u011fimiz gibi demeklerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerinin, kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00fcyelerinin, \u00f6nemlisi dernekler kurulurken \u00fcye olmas\u0131 beklenenlerin konuya ilgi derecelerine, bulunabildikleri fedakarl\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Derneklerin birle\u015fmesinden olu\u015facak kurumun ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 da elbetteki onu olu\u015fturan derneklerin ortak amaca y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Derneklerimiz aras\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bilinen Ankara’daki Kuzey Kafkasya K\u00fclt\u00fcr derne\u011fi’nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n gereken d\u00fczeyden epeyce uzak oldu\u011fu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde birle\u015fmek, tekrarlayal\u0131m bi\u00e7imsel olmaktan \u00f6teye gidemeyecek o da bir yarar getirmeyecektir.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken organik birle\u015fmeyi sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7abalarda bulunmakt\u0131r. Bu da toplumun benli\u011finden uzakla\u015fma,kendisine yabanc\u0131la\u015fma s\u00fcrecini durduracak tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131, ortak amaca y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile olabilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda sa\u011flanacak ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131nda \u00fcyelerimiz artacakt\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 genel kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za daha \u00e7ok \u00fcyemiz kat\u0131lacak, toplumun gelece\u011fine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar alabildi\u011fine tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu d\u00fczeye eri\u015fildi\u011finde birle\u015fmek gerekli ve yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
