Do\u011fal \u015fartlar\u0131n etkisi ve a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 ciltler s\u00fcrebilecek nedenlerle toplum bug\u00fcn asimilasyon \u00e7izgisi s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda durmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcn var olan bu milletin, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde gerekli reformlarla \u201cMill\u00ee \u015euur\u201da ula\u015farak sa\u011flam temellere oturtulmas\u0131 ve yar\u0131n l\u00e2y\u0131k oldu\u011fu tarihi yeri alabilmesi isteniliyorsa -ki aksini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek \u201c\u00c7erkes\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131m reddetmek olur- fikir ve eylem y\u00f6n\u00fcnden faaliyetlerin yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer toplumu, a. Ayd\u0131n Kitle, b. Gen\u00e7lik, c. \u015eehirli ve Kasabal\u0131, d. K\u00f6yl\u00fc Tabaka olarak katmanlara ay\u0131r\u0131p basit bir inceleme yap\u0131l\u0131rsa, ac\u0131 olmakla beraber tedavisi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn sosyal sorunlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r :<\/p>\n<p><b>a) Ayd\u0131n Kitle<\/b><br \/>\nAnavatanda ve muhacerette irtibats\u0131z, da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k bir durumda bulunan toplumun \u201ckendi topraklar\u0131nda, kendi kendini y\u00f6neten bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u201d idealinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli sosyal, ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel teorilerin sa\u011flam temellere oturtularak topluma maledilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu g\u00f6rev b\u00fct\u00fcn milletlerde ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n omuzlar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Say\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7ok az olan belli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 tenkit d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tutarsak, yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011ferlendirmeler ve baz\u0131 pe\u015fin h\u00fck\u00fcmlerle maalesef ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z bu konuda kendilerine d\u00fc\u015fen vazifeyi tam olarak yerine getirmemekte ve yeti\u015ftikleri ortamla ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 kopar\u0131p, var olan mill\u00ee hislerle \u201csalon milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi\u201d den \u00f6teye gidememektedirier.<\/p>\n<p><b>b) Gen\u00e7lik<\/b><br \/>\n\u015eekillenmeye ba\u015flayan i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcsel duygular, hakikaten takdire l\u00e2y\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve gayretlerle k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezlerinde aktif rol oynayan gen\u00e7lik, konunun ciddiyetini tam olarak kavram\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Fakat hen\u00fcz sa\u011flam temellere oturtulup, tarifi tam belirlenmemi\u015f mefhumlar\u0131n etkisiyle rand\u0131man kaybetmekte ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tepkiler faaliyetlerinde moral y\u00f6nden k\u00f6stekleyici rol oynamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>c) \u015eehirli ve Kasabal\u0131 Kitle<br \/>\n<\/b>Yeti\u015fti\u011fi ailesel ortam nedeniyle, \u015fuuralt\u0131nda iradesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131 te\u015fekk\u00fcl eden \u201cMilli\u201d hisler, \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal pozisyonlar\u0131n veya i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u015fartlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi endi\u015fesiyle \u00abdogmatik\u00bb bir hayata zorlanmakta \u201cMill\u00ee \u015fuur\u201d daima ikinci pl\u00e2nda kalmaktad\u0131r. Milli y\u00f6nden a\u011f\u0131r kayba u\u011frayan kitle de bu gurup olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>d) K\u00f6yl\u00fc Tabaka<br \/>\n<\/b>Do\u011fal milli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn nesillere en geni\u015f \u015fekilde aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6y, sadece e\u011fitim eksikli\u011fi ve madd\u00ee \u015fartlar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden zayiata u\u011framakta, temelde var olan sa\u011f duyu ayd\u0131n-k\u00f6yl\u00fc ili\u015fkisinin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden devrin ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygun bi\u00e7imde \u015fekillenememektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu basit analiz sonucu akla gelebilecek ilkel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bellidir: Evvelemirde halka mill\u00ee \u00f6zelliklerini hat\u0131rlatabilmek i\u00e7in geni\u015f bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr u\u011fra\u015fma girmeli ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayan teorik konular ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131zca ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZaman\u0131 gelmedi\u201d, \u201cs\u00f6ylenemez\u201d, \u201cyap\u0131lamaz\u201d v.s. gibi birtak\u0131m varsay\u0131m ve endi\u015felerle yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenlere big\u00e2ne kalmak, gelecek nesilleri bug\u00fcnden yok kabul etmek olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Teker teker evrensel de\u011fer ve kabiliyette olan ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, \u00f6zbenli\u011fimizi ilgilendiren konulara cesaretle e\u011filerek \u201cMill\u00ee \u0130deal\u201d in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinde, tarihi yerimizi alabilece\u011fimiz mutlu sonuca ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda kendilerine d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revi yapacaklar\u0131na millet\u00e7e inan\u0131yor ve bunu bekliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><b>ANILAR<br \/>\n<\/b>Kam\u00e7\u0131<\/p>\n<p>20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fine be\u015f y\u0131l var&#8230;. Gen\u00e7li\u011fi mill\u00ee inan\u00e7 ve bilince sahip milletler, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en kudretli uluslar\u0131 olma hakk\u0131m alm\u0131\u015flar, tersine; gen\u00e7li\u011fi ulusal bilin\u00e7ten yoksun, inan\u00e7s\u0131z ve \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcz toplumlar dejenere olmu\u015f, sonunda y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p tarih sahnesinden \u00e7ekilmi\u015fler veya di\u011fer uluslar\u0131n hakimiyetine girerek ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes milletinin \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7li\u011finin kaderi, di\u011fer milletlerin gen\u00e7li\u011fiyle k\u0131yaslanamayacak bi\u00e7imde de\u011fi\u015fik bir durum g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn \u00c7erkes Milleti&#8217;nin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu anavatan d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, muhacir hayat\u0131 ya\u015famakta olup, hasbelkader i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 toplumlar\u0131n bir bak\u0131ma lejyonu durumundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu milletler hi\u00e7bir zaman \u00c7erkesleri ayr\u0131 bir millet olarak tan\u0131mak istememi\u015f ve onlar\u0131n en do\u011fal haklar\u0131 olan \u201cK\u00fclt\u00fcr Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d m dahi teslim etmemi\u015flerdir. Hatta \u00f6yle zamanlar olmu\u015ftur ki, mill\u00ee benliklerinin korunmas\u0131 gere\u011fini \u00e7ok k\u0131s\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak savunan baz\u0131 milliyetperverler, \u00e7e\u015fitli ithamlarla damgalanarak g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz hale getirilmi\u015f ve susturulmu\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flarla toplumlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek yap\u0131lar\u0131 y\u0131llarca kamufle edilmi\u015f, hi\u00e7 de\u011filse k\u00fcllendirilerek \u201cMill\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d \u00fcn geli\u015fmesi \u00f6nlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu anlay\u0131\u015f ve i\u015fleyi\u015f i\u00e7inde \u00c7erkes Milleti, Milli K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kendi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, bazen ko\u015fullar icab\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa a\u00e7\u0131lma istidat ve cesaretini g\u00f6stererek, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc daha geni\u015f alanda i\u015fleyebilmek i\u00e7in sahalar aram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat k\u0131s\u0131tlanan bu sahalara giremeyerek dar bir \u00e7emberde, yabanc\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda adeta asimilasyona u\u011frat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes gencinin \u201cMill\u00ee K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na kadar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 aile k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden ibarettir. Hele bu aile cahil ebeveynlerden kurulu ise buna \u201cMill\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d demek de abes olur; ne yaz\u0131k ki n\u00fcfusumuzun kabaca % 70&#8217;i bu ve buna benzer ailelerden meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta t\u00fcrl\u00fc sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelen \u00c7erke\u015f gencinin okul hayat\u0131 problemlerle dolu olup bu hal, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumlar\u0131n kaderleriyle ili\u015fkilidir.<\/p>\n<p>Tahsil boyunca \u201c\u00c7erkes\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ancak birka\u00e7 defa, onu da \u201chain\u201d v.s. gibi onur k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve ters manalarla duyan \u00c7erkes gencinin, b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinin de ilgisizli\u011fi sonucu, \u015fuurlu olarak mill\u00ee bilince varmas\u0131 mucize olur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131saca \u00e7izmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu ters ya\u015fant\u0131da, yarad\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 itibariyle aktif miza\u00e7l\u0131 olan \u00c7erke\u015f Genci bir tak\u0131m yan tesirlerle herhangi bir e\u011filimin hizmetine girmekte ve bn cephede hakikaten basan g\u00f6stermektedir.
