Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla &#8221;bug\u00fcn\u00fcn&#8221; ve &#8221;yar\u0131n\u0131n&#8221; sorunlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin neler yap\u0131labilir? Onlar \u00fczerinde durulmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; demiyor mu?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131lar, anayurda g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn de\u011fil, bulunulan \u00fclkelerde demokrasinin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlulu\u011funu yaz\u0131yorlard\u0131. Adigelerin t\u00fcm halklar gibi, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f hukuka ve \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Evrensel Bildirgesi&#8217;ne kendi ulusal \u00f6zelliklerini korumak hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye bu hakk\u0131, an\u0131lan bildirgeye, Avrupa Konseyi \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Komisyonu&#8217;ndaki imzas\u0131na ve 1975 Helsinki Zirvesi&#8217;ndeki taahh\u00fcd\u00fcne g\u00f6re, tan\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Suriye ve \u00dcrd\u00fcn i\u00e7in de durum b\u00f6yledir. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler, 1975 Bondung konferans\u0131 ve en son 1975 Lima&#8217;daki &#8221;Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00dclkeler&#8221; konferans metnine g\u00f6re, bu iki \u00fclke az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n hukukuna sayg\u0131y\u0131 kabul etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada, kabul edilenlerin i\u015flerli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusu edilebilir. \u0130\u015fte bunun i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele gereklidir. Burada s\u00f6ylenmek istenen nedir? \u00c7in ve Arnavutluk d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ayn\u0131 yap\u0131y\u0131 payla\u015facak \u00fclkeler var m\u0131d\u0131r? Bu sorular yan\u0131ts\u0131z kalmamal\u0131d\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Yam\u00e7\u0131&#8221;n\u0131n baz\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f e\u011filimlerine de k\u0131saca de\u011finmek isterim: &#8221;D\u00fcnya Halk Kurtulu\u015f Hareketleri&#8221;, &#8221;Muhaceretteki Adige Halk\u0131&#8221; (Yam\u00e7\u0131, s. 2), &#8221;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki Adige Ulusu&#8221; (s. 28), &#8221;Kendi Topraklar\u0131nda, Kendi Kaderini Tayin Eden Toplum&#8221; (s. 2, 8)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131m\u0131zda, &#8221;halk kurtulu\u015f hareketleri&#8221; yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: G\u00fcney Yemen, Vietnam, Kambo\u00e7ya, Laos, Ilne (Bissau), Mozambik, Angola, vs. bu yoldan kurtuldular. Angola&#8217;da MPLA, Endonezya istilac\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 Timor&#8217;da FRET\u0130L\u0130N, Fasl\u0131 ilhak\u00e7\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 Sahra&#8217;da POL\u0130SAR\u0130O, \u0130ran ve \u0130ngiliz Birliklerini kullanan Umman&#8217;daki Sultan Kabus y\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 DOFAR&#8217;l\u0131 yurtseverler kurtulu\u015f sava\u015flar\u0131 vermektedirler. Bu tabloya daha ba\u015fka \u00fclkeler yurtseverleri de eklenebilir. (Bask -ETA, Kuzey \u0130rlanda &#8211; \u0130RA, vb.) Filistin Kurtulu\u015f Hareketi ile K\u0131br\u0131s Halklar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n m\u00fccadeleleri de en \u00f6nemlilerindendir. T\u00fcm bu hareketler tekelle\u015fen, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmekte olan ve can \u00e7eki\u015fen kapitalizm demek olan emperyalizme, yani d\u00fcnya halklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcren ve bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutturan uluslararas\u0131 tekellerin egemenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 verilmektedir. Emperyalizm, en gerici, en s\u00f6ven, en ter\u00f6rist kapitalist unsurlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k diktas\u0131 olan fa\u015fizmi her yerde desteklemekte ve ayakta tutmaktad\u0131r. Emperyalist d\u00fcnyadaki \u00fclkelerin kiminde burjuva demokrasisi (ABD, \u0130ngiltere Fransa, Almanya, \u0130sve\u00e7, vs.), kiminde de fa\u015fizm ya da fa\u015fizan geri ter\u00f6rist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fckler (\u0130spanya, Brezilya, \u0130ran, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, vs.) vard\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye, arada yer al\u0131r, yani burjuva demokrasisini kurma m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7erisindedir. Bir yanda elli k\u00fcsur y\u0131ll\u0131k egemenli\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme pe\u015findeki sa\u011f ve \u015foven g\u00fc\u00e7ler (kapitalist unsurlar, toprak a\u011falar\u0131, \u00e7o\u011funca m\u00fcttefikleri teokratik \u00e7evreler, sivil-asker \u00fcst b\u00fcrokratik kesim), \u00f6te yanda da sol ve demokratik kesim (i\u015f\u00e7iler, ilerici, sosyalist ve demokrat ayd\u0131nlar, k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin uyanmakta ve demokratik hak talebinde bulunan yoksul kesimleri, etnik gruplar\u0131n ulusal bilin\u00e7li kesimleri, vb.) aras\u0131nda m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrmektedir. \u015eu g\u00fcn i\u00e7in ilerleyen demokratik kesimdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu tan\u0131mlamadan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi &#8221;Halk Kurtulu\u015f Hareketi&#8221;, ilerici, sol olmak, yani anti-emperyalist ve anti-fa\u015fist olmak zorundad\u0131r. Anti-emperyalist ve anti-fa\u015fist m\u00fccadeleyi en geni\u015f bir halk taban\u0131na oturtmak i\u00e7in geni\u015f bir yurtsever g\u00fc\u00e7ler birli\u011fi (halk cephesi) olu\u015fturulmaktad\u0131r. Bu birlik ya da halk cephesi her milliyetten ve s\u0131n\u0131ftan yurtseveri ittifak\u0131na al\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla anti-emperyalist m\u00fccadele verilmemektedir.<br \/>\nAnti-emperyalist m\u00fccadele, yaln\u0131zca i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 sosyalistlerinin g\u00fcndemindedir ve bu kesim \u015fimdilik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme safhas\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda anti-emperyalist olmayan bir hareket, her zaman i\u00e7in emperyalizmle i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7indedir demektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak fa\u015fist g\u00fc\u00e7lere kar\u015f\u0131 her \u00e7e\u015fitten demokratik hareket desteklenebilir. Bu deste\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 fa\u015fizmle m\u00fccadele belirler. Ger\u00e7ek anti-fa\u015fist m\u00fccadele i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 sosyalistlerinin \u00f6nderli\u011finde verilir. O halde, halk\u0131n ger\u00e7ek kurtulu\u015fu i\u00e7in i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 sosyalizmine asla d\u00fc\u015fman g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bakmamak, onunla \u0130ttifaktan ve onun kitle hareketlerinde ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekmesine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmamak gerekir.
