Ho\u015f\u00e7akal der gibi Moskova&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir tur att\u0131ktan sonra bir kur\u015fun h\u0131z\u0131yla rotas\u0131na y\u00f6neldi ve bulutlara dald\u0131. Bir iki dakika i\u00e7erisinde y\u0131rt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kuma\u015flara benzeyen bulutlar alt\u0131m\u0131zda, \u00e7ok a\u015fa\u011f\u0131larda kald\u0131. Yumu\u015fak bir el hareketi ile y\u0131\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bulut k\u00fcmelerine yukar\u0131dan bak\u0131yorduk. Yar\u0131m saat sonra bulutlar kayboldu. \u015eimdi alt\u0131m\u0131zda uzanan u\u00e7suz bucaks\u0131z topraklarda, k\u00f6yler, kentler maket gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. \u0130\u015fte Harkov \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7iyoruz. Ya\u015fam\u0131n vatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten fabrika ve yakla\u015f\u0131p uzakla\u015fan tren katarlar\u0131n\u0131n dumanlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. K\u0131rlar ba\u015fka bir alem, yukar\u0131dan bak\u0131\u015f bamba\u015fka bir g\u00fczellikte. S\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck tarlalar, \u00e7iftlikler, koruluklar par\u00e7a par\u00e7a yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde. Hava alan\u0131nda bizi &#8221;Radar&#8221; firmas\u0131n\u0131n yetkilileri kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Otob\u00fcs\u00fcn penceresinden bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, bir grup erke\u011fin \u00e7ok dikkatli bize bakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Bunlar hakk\u0131nda akl\u0131ma gelen ihtimallerin sonradan do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha sonra anlataca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Hava alan\u0131 ile Ankara aras\u0131nda 28 kilometre mesafe var. Yolun ge\u00e7ti\u011fi yerleri ilgi ile izlerken \u00e7ok k\u0131sa zamanda otele ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f\u0131z. Bu otel de \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7ti. Ayn\u0131 yap\u0131da iki ayr\u0131 kap\u0131dan i\u015fleyen iki otel var. Biz &#8221;Yeni&#8221; otele yerle\u015ftik. (Di\u011feri Cihan Palas.) Otellerin ikisi de birer karde\u015fe aittir. Otellerin kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok yak\u0131n birbirine, bir m\u00fc\u015fteri g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde her iki otelin adamlar\u0131 kendi otellerine gelmeleri i\u00e7in dil d\u00f6k\u00fcyorlar. Ticari rekabetin sonucu bu davran\u0131\u015flar. Bu benim ilgimi \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6yle yeme\u011finden sonra Ankara kentini tan\u0131mak i\u00e7in otob\u00fcsle yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Bize anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re kentin kuruldu\u011fu yer 5.000 y\u0131ldan beri yerle\u015fme merkezidir. Ancak Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn liderli\u011finde Sultanl\u0131k&#8217;\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p ba\u015fkent olmas\u0131ndan sonra kent g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cumhuriyet&#8217;in temellerinin at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 1922 y\u0131llar\u0131na rastl\u0131yor bu tarih&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Askeri ve sivil devlet daireleri \u00e7o\u011funlukla Atat\u00fcrk Bulvar\u0131 ve ona yak\u0131n \u00e7evrelerde kurulmu\u015f. Parlamento binas\u0131 ve benzeri b\u00fcy\u00fck yap\u0131lar bu caddeye yak\u0131n. Dr. Re\u015fit Caddesi\u2019nden yoku\u015fu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p geriye bak\u0131nca Ankara derli toplu, g\u00fczel bir kent g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcnde. \u00c7ankaya tepelerinde Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn oturdu\u011fu saray bulunuyor. \u015eimdi m\u00fcze olarak d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f, ayn\u0131 bah\u00e7e i\u00e7inde \u015fimdiki ba\u015fkanl\u0131k saray\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra otob\u00fcsle Ankara caddelerini dola\u015ft\u0131k. Gezimiz bitip otele d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde hava alan\u0131nda bizi dikkatle izleyen gruba rastlad\u0131k. Bende daha \u00e7ok soru sormaya gerek g\u00f6rmeden sa\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bekleyen \u015fi\u015fmanca biri ile konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. O da bizim y\u00f6relerdendi. Daha sonra kentin merkezinde y\u00fckselen kaleyi gezdik. Bu hisar\u0131n eski Ankara&#8217;n\u0131n savunulmas\u0131nda belli ki de\u011feri pek b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fc. Ankara halk\u0131n\u0131n yazl\u0131k dinlenme yeri olan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck baraj g\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fc de gezdik. Ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz en ilgin\u00e7 yap\u0131t Atat\u00fcrk Mozolesi (An\u0131t Kabir) idi. Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra 93 \u00fclkenin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir mimari yar\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve bu yar\u0131\u015fma sonucu bir \u0130ngiliz, bir Frans\u0131z bir de T\u00fcrk ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmi\u015f. Yar\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 kazanan T\u00fcrk proje \u00fczerine 1944-1955 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda tamamlanm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara&#8217;da bir\u00e7ok \u00c7erkes&#8217;e rastlad\u0131k. Kafkasyal\u0131lar i\u00e7in yay\u0131nlanan &#8221;Kafkasya&#8221; dergisi varm\u0131\u015f. Biz bu derginin y\u00f6netim yerini ziyaret ettik. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bulu\u015fup konu\u015ftu\u011fu, tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 derne\u011fi de g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Orada bir\u00e7ok \u00c7erkes k\u0131z ve delikanl\u0131s\u0131 ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu gen\u00e7lerin tek amac\u0131 Anayurtlar\u0131 ile \u00f6z k\u00fclt\u00fcrleriyle daha s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fki kurabilmek ve bir g\u00fcn anayurduna d\u00f6nebilmektir. Kendi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131, kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr evinde&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bizi oraya g\u00f6t\u00fcren Kafkas Dergisi&#8217;nin redakt\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130zzet Aydemir ak\u0131ll\u0131, temkinli, \u00c7erkes k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne inanm\u0131\u015f bir insan. \u00c7\u0131kartt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dergi \u00fclkenin yasalar\u0131na ters d\u00fc\u015fmeyecek bi\u00e7imde, politika \u00fcst\u00fc, salt \u00c7erkes K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc i\u015fleyen bir yay\u0131n organ\u0131d\u0131r. Ankara&#8217;da bulundu\u011fumuz g\u00fcnlerde gurup halinde foto\u011fraf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dergiye bas\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00c7erkes geleneklerine uyan konukseverlik \u00f6rne\u011fi olmu\u015ftur. K\u0131saca bu dergi \u015fimdilik T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fc, kula\u011f\u0131, sesi, tek yay\u0131n organ\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda &#8221;Kam\u00e7\u0131&#8221; ad\u0131nda bir gazeteleri daha var, ne yaz\u0131k ki \u015fimdilik bir s\u00fcre \u00e7\u0131kamayacakm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Gazete ve dergiden s\u00f6z a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015fken halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan kesiminin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel durumuna da de\u011finelim birka\u00e7 s\u00f6zle.<\/p>\n<p>Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kendi anadili ile okuma yazma hakk\u0131 yok bu \u00fclkede. Bir zamanlar sokakta anadilleri ile konu\u015fmaktan \u00e7ekindikleri bile olmu\u015f. Ana dille okuma yazma konusu \u00fczerine Apsuwa k\u0131z\u0131 Mahinur Ceylan&#8217;\u0131n s\u00f6zleri \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7tir; &#8221;Ben Apsuwa (Abhaz) dili ile okuma-yazma \u00f6\u011frendim. Yaz tatilinde k\u00f6ye gitti\u011fimde yan\u0131mda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m Apsuwaca kitaplardan s\u00f6z a\u00e7t\u0131m. Dedem bana inanmad\u0131 bile; &#8221;Apsuwaca kitap olabilece\u011fine inanmam sen koskoca ya\u015fl\u0131 dedeni aldat\u0131yorsun&#8221; dedi.&#8221; Mahinur&#8217;un anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re; Apsuwaca kitaplar\u0131 okumaya ba\u015flay\u0131nca, koca ihtiyar g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ak\u0131tarak \u00e7ocuk gibi a\u011flam\u0131\u015f. Bu s\u00f6zler halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki k\u00fclt\u00fcrel durumunu yans\u0131tmak i\u00e7in yeterlidir san\u0131r\u0131m. Bu nedenledir ki, kime rastlasan kitap, gazete istemektedir bizden. Anadille k\u00fclt\u00fcr yaratmak \u015f\u00f6yle dursun; \u00e7o\u011fu \u00c7erkes aile, yasal zorlamalarla T\u00fcrk\u00e7e soyadlar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f. \u015eimdilerde yava\u015f yava\u015f herkes kendi soy ismi ile de\u011fi\u015ftiriyormu\u015f bu isimleri.<\/p>\n<p><b> 27 Eyl\u00fcl<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ankara&#8217;dan Pamukkale&#8217;ye gitmemiz gerekliydi. Erkenden yemek yiyip otelden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k.
