GHUNEKHO Savs\u0131r \u00d6zbay<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00c7erkeslerin s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderili\u015finin 125 y\u0131l anma toplant\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in GHUNEKHO K. \u00d6zbay\u2019\u0131n, Karam\u00fcrsel Kafkas Derne\u011fi i\u00e7in kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve XHINTA Basri Evci\u2019nin sunumu i\u00e7in yaz\u0131lan yaz\u0131y\u0131 bir kez daha sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n De\u011ferli konuklar,<\/p>\n \u00c7erkes toplumunun muhacerete at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n 125.ci y\u0131l\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yap\u0131lan anma toplant\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131lanlara ve b\u00f6yle bir organizasyonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Ankara Kuzey Kafkas Derne\u011fi y\u00f6neticilerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr eder, hepinize Karam\u00fcrsel’den dostluk dolu, muhaceret kokan \u00c7erkes selamlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sunar\u0131m.<\/p>\n \u00c7erkes toplumunun muhacerete at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 125.ci y\u0131l\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ilk kez d\u00fczenlenen anma toplant\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok sevindirici ve anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Bu g\u00fcn ge\u00e7mi\u015fte atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7ekti\u011fi ac\u0131lar, kalplerimizi s\u0131zlat\u0131rken, \u00c7erkes gen\u00e7li\u011finin var olma m\u00fccadelesi de o kadar sevindiricidir. Bu var olma duygusu ulusal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc peki\u015ftirirken, siyasi platformda da yerini almaktad\u0131r. \u00c7erkeslerin bu siyasi platform i\u00e7inde bulunmalar\u0131, kendi sistemleri dahilinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fik sistemlerin en g\u00fczel \u00f6rneklerini, \u00c7erkes sistemi denilen, \u00c7erkes adetlerinde bulabiliriz. O halde ba\u015fka sistemlerle de\u011fil de, \u00c7erkesizim i\u00e7inden ulusal bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckle, anavatan\u0131m\u0131z \u00c7erkeseyle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmek zorunday\u0131z. Aksi taktirde yok olmaya mahkumuz.<\/p>\n \u00c7erkes toplumu muhacerette \u00e7ok varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Yaln\u0131z halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kaybetmedi\u011fi, kaybedemedikleri ve haf\u0131zalar\u0131ndan silemedikleri ana vatanlar\u0131 kuzey Kafkasya’d\u0131r. Kuzey Kafkasya’n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da \u00c7erkeslerle \u00f6zde\u015ftir. \u015eayet halk\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toprakta hi\u00e7 bir i\u015fe yaramaz. Toprak ve \u0130nsan birbirini tamamlayan iki ana unsurdur. Kafkasya ve \u00c7erkessk’te b\u00f6yledir.<\/p>\n Muhaceretteki \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n anavatan\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi ulusal bir sorundur. Bu sorun \u00c7erkeslerin sorunu oldu\u011fu gibi, i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 devletlerinde sorunudur. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00c7erkesler olarak kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak zorunday\u0131z. Karam\u00fcrsel Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi olarak bu konuda yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u015funlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n 1)\u00a0<\/b>\u00c7erkesler bulunduklar\u0131 \u00fclkelerde \u00c7erkes komitelerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve bu \u00c7erkes komitelerinin d\u00f6rt ana komiteden olu\u015fmas\u0131.<\/p>\n 2)<\/b>\u00a0Olu\u015fmas\u0131 gereken d\u00f6rt ana komite ise, Olu\u015facak, alt, b\u00f6lge ve \u00fclke komiteleri her y\u0131l toplant\u0131 yapmak ve al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131 bir \u00fcst komiteye bildirmek zorundad\u0131r. Ulusal komite ise her be\u015f y\u0131lda bir toplan\u0131p,ge\u00e7en y\u0131llar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesini yapmak ve gelecek i\u00e7in kararlar almak zorundad\u0131r. Bu komitenin \u00fcyeleri de her toplanma d\u00f6neminde se\u00e7imlerle tespit edilmelidir.<\/p>\n De\u011ferli konuklar,<\/p>\n \u00c7erkes halk\u0131n\u0131n var olabilmesi i\u00e7in, ulusal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7in bu komitelerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 zorunludur. Aksi taktirde al\u0131na ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen kararlar yerinde kal\u0131r.
