Ben yaz\u0131n\u0131n, K\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6n\u00fclden isteyen ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn yolu federasyonsa bunu da rahatl\u0131kla tart\u0131\u015fabilecek bir anlay\u0131\u015fla yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile bu yaz\u0131da belirtece\u011fim hususlar\u0131n ancak bir dost ele\u015ftirisi olarak yorumlanmas\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir moment olan federasyon \u00f6nerisinin do\u011fru zemine oturtulup tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131n atlanmamas\u0131 temennimdir.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131dan c\u0131mb\u0131zlamak istedi\u011fim ve siyaset felsefesinde \u00f6nemli yer tutan bir kavram var. Ba\u011flam\u0131ndan kopard\u0131\u011f\u0131m d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir ancak yine de yazar\u0131n zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n hangi kaynaklardan beslendi\u011fi konusunda bizlere fikir sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm i\u00e7in bu riski g\u00f6ze alaca\u011f\u0131m. Yazar K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u2019nin yasal alandaki en ba\u015fat temsilcisi olan BDP\u2019yi ve \u2018\u00f6zerklik talebinin yerinden y\u00f6netim ilkelerine ba\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131\u2019 ele\u015ftirirken ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 rasyonalite kavram\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor. \u2018Ge\u00e7erken de\u011finelim\u2019 bi\u00e7iminde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan bu ele\u015ftirinin k\u00f6klerinin daha geni\u015f bir zemine oturtuldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz elbette. Bu zeminin tarihsel muhtevas\u0131 ise \u2018yabanc\u0131la\u015fmam\u0131\u015f\u2019 bir siyasalla\u015fma talebine sahip olan yerelci \/ anarko gelene\u011fin, Tan\u0131l Bora taraf\u0131ndan \u2018itiraz\u0131m yok\u2019 d\u00fczeyinde savunulmas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Rudolf Rocker\u2019\u0131n serbest \u015fehirler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 olarak tarifledi\u011fi d\u00f6nemin ve daha eskisinde antik Yunan demokrasisinin bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131, \u00f6zerklik ve \u2018\u00f6zy\u00f6netim\u2019 i\u00e7eriklerinden dolay\u0131 savunulan birer olgu olmas\u0131, t\u00fcm bu d\u00f6nemlerin bir tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmekle beraber Tan\u0131l Bora\u2019n\u0131n Rudolf Rocker arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi bu tarihi \u2018\u00f6zerkliklerin\u2019 yaz\u0131da \u00f6nemlice bir \u00f6zelli\u011finin atland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn ileri demokrasisi say\u0131lacak Avrupa demokrasisinin, bahsi ge\u00e7en \u00f6zerk \u015fehirler d\u00f6neminde temellerinin at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Avrupa demokrasisinin Habermas\u2019\u0131n ara\u00e7sal ak\u0131l- ileti\u015fimsel ak\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ziyade Carl Shmitt\u2019in biz-onlar ayr\u0131m\u0131ndan temel itkisini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekteyim. Bu noktada Avrupa demokrasisinin geli\u015fiminde kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndakine \u2018tahamm\u00fcl etme\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n hakim oldu\u011fu, ve dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u2018ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131yorlar\u2019 gibi ele\u015ftirilerin, olaylara sanki ileti\u015fimsel yakla\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fcesine ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, desteksiz kalaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatindeyim. Bu noktalardan dolay\u0131 K\u00fcrt sorununa ele al\u0131rken, \u2018ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131yorlar\u2019 ele\u015ftirisini do\u011fru ya da yanl\u0131\u015f bulmaktan ziyade ge\u00e7ersiz buldu\u011fumu belirtmek isterim.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa demokrasisi \u00fczerinden konuyu biraz a\u00e7maya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m. \u0130rili ufakl\u0131, kendi i\u00e7erisinde siyasal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck olu\u015fturan yerellerin, Orta\u00e7a\u011f boyunca s\u00fcrekli olarak husumet halinde bulunduklar\u0131 Avrupa, Standestaat d\u00f6neminde dahi s\u00fcrmekte olan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonland\u0131rabilmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u2018ileri\u2019 bir demokrasi geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir diyebiliriz. Bu uzla\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fclleri, feodal ve vassallar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00f6rneklerinde de g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi \u00fczere birbirini tan\u0131ma ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak sorunlar ya\u015faman\u0131n kimseye faydas\u0131 olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etme olgunlu\u011funa dayanmaktad\u0131r. Yani Avrupa demokrasisi \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma halinde ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nemi bir anlamda yorulmas\u0131 sebebi ile, kimi yerel iktidar odaklar\u0131n\u0131n yok edilemeyeceklerini kabul ederek a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu elbette do\u011frusal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fildir, merkezi denemelerden sonra dahi bug\u00fcn bahsi ge\u00e7en yerel odaklar \u0130spanya\u2019da, \u0130ngiltere\u2019de, \u0130talya\u2019da v.b oldu\u011fu \u00fczere kendilerini var etmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>Buradan hareketle Avrupa demokrasisinin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc krizi (mesela \u0130slami \u00f6gelerle ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar) denilebilir ki Avrupal\u0131lar\u0131n evrensel bir uzla\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc varm\u0131\u015fcas\u0131na hareket etmesinden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Halbuki var olan bir evrensel olgu s\u00f6z konusuysa o da evrensel \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu anlamda Avrupa demokrasisinin teorik savunusunu olu\u015fturma derdi ile hareket etti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm Habermas\u2019\u0131n ileti\u015fimsel eylem kuram\u0131 temel hatalar bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Tan\u0131l Bora\u2019n\u0131n Habermas\u2019\u0131n uzun uzun a\u00e7\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7sal- faydac\u0131 kavram\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi K\u00fcrt hareketi ise ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 olmaktan ziyade \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bir taraf\u0131 olarak yerel \u00f6zerkli\u011fini, dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile yok edilemez oldu\u011funun art\u0131k anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fchler\u2019in organon modelini yetersizlikle ele\u015ftiren Habermas, kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hareket eden rasyonel birey yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n terk edilip yerine ancak kat\u0131l\u0131mla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek, uzla\u015f\u0131 hedefli eylem kavram\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015ftirilmesini istemektedir ancak \u2018evrensel ge\u00e7erlilik iddialar\u0131\u2019 \u00fczerine temellendirdi\u011fi bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n B\u00fchler\u2019in tarifledi\u011fi dil modelini ne derece a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da ondan hangi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 belirgin de\u011fildir<span lang=\"en-us\">\u00a0<\/span>(ii). Yani insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n evrensel olarak asl\u0131nda uzla\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fck hareket etmesi gerekti\u011fi \u00f6nermesi iddia d\u00fczeyinde kalmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 oldu\u011fu farz edilen K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin hangi temel saiklerle ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yerinden y\u00f6netim ilkesi, taraflar\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle K\u00fcrtlerin haf\u0131zalar\u0131 yokmu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na uzla\u015fma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ele al\u0131nabilecek bir konu de\u011fildir. E\u011fer ki yerinden y\u00f6netim ilkesinin ele al\u0131n\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131ndan ziyade \u00f6zerklik talebine odaklan\u0131l\u0131rsa \u2018yerinden y\u00f6netim ilkesine faydac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131yorlar\u2019 ele\u015ftirisi yerine ortaya at\u0131lan herhangi bir ilkenin \u2018iyi ya da k\u00f6t\u00fc ama yine de\u2019 bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda yatan temel neden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yani K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin ve T.C devletinin sava\u015f\u0131 sonland\u0131rmas\u0131 taraflar\u0131n ilkelere ara\u00e7sal-faydac\u0131 yakla\u015fmak yerine ileti\u015fimsel yakla\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde sa\u011flanabilecek bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. T\u0131pk\u0131 hukuk felsefesi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi \u2018uzla\u015f\u0131 aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir m\u00fczakere\u2019 ya da \u2018ileti\u015fimsel olarak hareket eden taraflar\u2019 gibi tasar\u0131mlar, Rawls\u2019\u0131n \u2018cehalet pe\u00e7esi\u2019 kurmacas\u0131 kadar hipotetiktir. Ne K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ne T.C, ilkelere t\u00fcm ge\u00e7mi\u015f yokmu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na her \u015feyi silerek ve de m\u00fczakere \u00f6ncesinde herhangi bir karar almadan, kendi ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeden yakla\u015famazlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sadece ya\u015fanan uzun kirli sava\u015f de\u011fil tarihin tamam\u0131 bunu engellemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu engellemenin nas\u0131l bir engelleme oldu\u011fu Mouffe\u2019nin Wittgenstein \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u2013bana kal\u0131rsa bir yerden sonra t\u0131kand\u0131\u011f\u0131- \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda rahatl\u0131kla okunabilmektedir. K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi ve T.C birbirleri i\u00e7in Shimitt\u2019ci anlam\u0131yla \u2018onlar\u2019 pozisyonundad\u0131r. Bu \u2018Onlar\u2019 pozisyonu \u00e7okca tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere \u2018Biz\u2019 olu\u015fumunun tetikleyicisidir. Yani yukar\u0131ya d\u00f6necek olursak olas\u0131 bir demokrasinin temel dinami\u011fi uzla\u015fma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki safiyane gruplar\/bireyler de\u011fil aksine kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131klar\u0131 ile birbirini var eden \u2018biz\u2019 ve \u2018onlard\u0131r\u2019. Bu noktada Mouffe\u2019nin P. Anderson\u2019dan aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere siyaset sahnesinin uzla\u015fmalar i\u00e7in mi yoksa \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in mi bir zemin oldu\u011fu sorunsal\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmaya en genel \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi olu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r.<span lang=\"en-us\">\u00a0<\/span>(iii) K\u00fcrt sorunu konusunda bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u2018biz\u2019 ve \u2018onlar\u0131\u2019 yani K\u00fcrtler ve T.C elitleri, ancak bu soruya verilecek yan\u0131ttan hareket edilerek do\u011fru analiz edilebilir. \u2018Biz ve \u2018onlar\u2019 siyaset alan\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmezden evvel olu\u015fan ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleri, kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelen \u2018biz\u2019 ve \u2018onlar\u0131n\u2019 nesnel zeminidir. Son kertede farkl\u0131 eyleme \u015fekillerine dayanan Wittgensteinc\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerinin<span lang=\"en-us\">\u00a0<\/span>(iv) etkile\u015fimindeki sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131zl\u0131k sebebi ile K\u00fcrt meselesinde son otuz senede bu iki farkl\u0131 \u00f6bek maalesef Mouffe\u2019nin me\u015fru has\u0131ml\u0131k olarak ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kategoriyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve antogonizma, ad\u0131yla s\u00f6yleyecek olursak gerilla sava\u015f\u0131 bi\u00e7imine b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada bar\u0131\u015f, tekrar vurgulamak istedi\u011fim \u00fczere yerellik ilkesine olan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n ele\u015ftirilmesinden \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 ele al\u0131\u015flar\u0131 gerektirmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc farkl\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleri s\u00f6z konusuysa ve bu ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleri birbirleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u2018biz\u2019 ve \u2018onlar\u2019 boyutundaysa ve y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 bir silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadele evresindelerse, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7e\u015fitli ilkelere yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yermek de\u011fil taraflara yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmektir. Ancak taraflar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek bir tarifi yol yordam tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan s\u0131yr\u0131lmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dcst\u00fc \u00d6rt\u00fcl\u00fc Kab\u00fbl:<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nOtuz senedir s\u00fcren sava\u015f ve sava\u015f\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131, ne K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini ne de T.C yi mutlak bir zafere ta\u015f\u0131makta. Burada alt\u0131 \u00e7izilmesi gereken husus bu sava\u015f\u0131n kendisinin, ola\u011fan \u00fcst\u00fc hal uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n ya da DTP\u2019nin var olu\u015funun zaten de facto olarak K\u00fcrt\u2019lerin yo\u011fun olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin farkl\u0131 bir iktidar oda\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funun \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kab\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc simgelemesidir. Halihaz\u0131rda sava\u015f\u0131n etkisini ya\u015famayan vatanda\u015flar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 varsayarsak, zaten kimse memlekette tek bir iktidar merkezi oldu\u011funu ekonomik, politik, sosyal vb. aktivitelerinde kabul etmemektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenen \u015fark\u0131lar her ne kadar hepimiz karde\u015fiz, yok ayr\u0131m\u0131z gayr\u0131m\u0131z dese de karde\u015fler birbirlerinin iktidar alanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc olarak kabul etmektedirler. Bu durumun akla ilk gelen g\u00f6stergeleri DTP\u2019nin bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye partisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fememesi ya da K\u00fcrt sorununa duyarl\u0131 sosyalistlerin bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn de etkisiyle sosyalistler aras\u0131nda dahi ancak zay\u0131f bir damar\u0131 temsil etmesidir. MHP ve CHP\u2019nin K\u00fcrt iktidar alan\u0131nda tabela partisi d\u00fczeyinde bulunmas\u0131 zaten bilinen bir durumdur. Bu \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kabulleni\u015f kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n ger\u00e7ek bir kabulleni\u015fine d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taktirde sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc do\u011frultusunda yol al\u0131nabilir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan federasyon tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 derinle\u015ftirilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u00f6neri taraflar\u0131n birbirini ger\u00e7ekten kabul etmesi ihtimalini i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu aktar\u0131mlar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sormam\u0131z gereken soruyu de\u011fi\u015ftirmekte fayda g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum. Mesele \u2018federasyon tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 faydal\u0131 olur mu olmaz m\u0131?\u2019 sorusundan daha radikal bi\u00e7imde ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn sorusu \u2018federasyondan az\u0131 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 tatmin eder mi etmez mi?\u2019 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi ge\u00e7mi\u015ften beri var olagelen farkl\u0131 ya\u015fam formlar\u0131 me\u015fru has\u0131mlar olarak addedilemez bir noktadalar, binlerce cana mal olan sava\u015f ne yaz\u0131k ki iki taraf\u0131n da zihinsel d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n, di\u011fer taraf ile do\u011fal bir ili\u015fkiye girmesini mevcut \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda engellemekte. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile T\u00fcrklerin ve K\u00fcrtlerin tekrar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 br ili\u015fki kurabilmesinin yolu \u2013daha makul bir \u00f6neri ortaya at\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece- federasyon gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Diyalog \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemli elbette ve desteklenmesi gerekiyor fakat g\u00fcn gibi ortada olan taraflar\u0131n masaya sonu\u00e7 elde etmek i\u00e7in gidecek olmas\u0131. Yani \u2018ileti\u015fimsel\u2019 bir m\u00fczakere s\u00fcrecinin daha ba\u015flamadan bitecek olmas\u0131. Ancak sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in diyalogun i\u015faret edilmesinde yine de fayda var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T.C\u2019yi temsilen masaya gidecek olan h\u00fck\u00fcmetin sadece masaya oturuyor olmas\u0131 dahi K\u00fcrt realitesinin, K\u00fcrt iktidar alan\u0131n\u0131n devlet taraf\u0131ndan resmen kabul\u00fc olacakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple devletin a\u00e7\u0131ktan bir diyaloga \u2018evet\u2019 demesinin K\u00fcrtler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tek muhtemel tatmin edici ad\u0131m olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi, en az\u0131ndan federasyona giden s\u00fcrecin ba\u015flamas\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak T\u00fcrkiyeli sosyalistlerin ya\u015fananlar\u0131 okumakta maalesef s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Sava\u015f\u0131n sona ermesi tabi ki hepimizin temennisi. Ancak arzu edilen diyalog zemini takdir edersiniz ki sihirli de\u011fnek de\u011fil. Sol cenahta ve demokrat \u00e7evrelerde s\u0131k s\u0131k dile gelen \u2018farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zla bir arada ya\u015famak\u2019 iste\u011finin i\u00e7inin doldurulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Diyalog \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m ama demokratik geli\u015fkinli\u011fimizin bir sonucu ya da T.C devletinin bir l\u00fctfu de\u011fil aksine bu sava\u015f\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez bir hal almas\u0131n\u0131n sonucu. \u0130\u015fte bu anlamda kavga etmekten yorulmu\u015f karde\u015flerin, birbirlerinin iktidar alan\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mas\u0131 yani ayn\u0131 evde ama farkl\u0131
