Amac\u0131m; bu \u201culuslararas\u0131 anadili g\u00fcn\u00fc\u201dn\u00fcn kayna\u011f\u0131 ve ka\u00e7 y\u0131ldan beri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de kutland\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin kronolojik bilgi vermek de\u011fil. T\u00fcrkiye anadilleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a zengin bir \u00fclke. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, y\u0131llardan beri bu anadillerimizin kurumsal olarak geli\u015fmeleri engellendi\u011fi, bu anadillerimizde yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, okullarda anadili dersleri bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hatta baz\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde de anadillerimizin konu\u015fulmalar\u0131 bile yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6lme noktas\u0131na gelindi. Vub\u0131h\u00e7a\u2019y\u0131, bu dili konu\u015fan son Vub\u0131h (rahmetli) Tevfik Esen\u00e7\u2019i hat\u0131rlayal\u0131m. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda anadillerimize kar\u015f\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00f6ylerimizin ad\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu zalimane uygulamalar\u0131n mimarlar\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn bu gayri insani ve onur k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 s\u00f6z\u00fcm ona T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e i\u00e7in uygulamaya koydular. Ancak onlar; yaln\u0131zca Ub\u0131h\u00e7a, Lazca, Abazaca, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Pontus\u00e7a, Hem\u015fince, S\u00fcryanice, Zazaca, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e gibi anadillerimize ve bu anadilleri konu\u015fan farkl\u0131 k\u00f6kenlerde insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisinin resmi ideolojisi ve resmi tarih tezleriyle yok etmeye ve eritmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak b\u00fcy\u00fck zararlar vermekle kalmad\u0131lar, \u00f6zg\u00fcn Anadolu T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Anadolu T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi\u2019ne de a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131lar uygulad\u0131lar; deforme ettiler. Sonu\u00e7 olarak da; Anadolu\u2019da bug\u00fcn i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamayan karga\u015fan\u0131n da sebebi oldular. Ba\u015fta b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar bilinmelidir. Oysa hem kendi anadilini ve hem de T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi \u00e7ok iyi bilen, \u00fcreten, adilce payla\u015fan nesiller yeti\u015ftirilebilirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d Burjuva resmi ideoloji ve tarih tezlerinin nas\u0131l ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu daha iyi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fclkesi T\u00fcrkiyede Tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k art\u0131k \u00f6lmek \u00fczeredir. E\u011fitimde \u00e7ocu\u011fun anadili (Ub\u0131h\u00e7a, Lazca, Abazaca, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e, Zazaca, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Pontus\u00e7a, Hem\u015fince, S\u00fcryanice, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e) ile ortak anla\u015fma dilimiz T\u00fcrk\u00e7e aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 bir denge olu\u015fturulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bilimsel, \u00fcretime y\u00f6nelik bir e\u011fitim sistemi uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in her alanda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201carabesk\u201d yap\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fitimdeki yanl\u0131\u015f politika ve uygulamalar kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za bug\u00fcnk\u00fc insan manzaras\u0131 ve ili\u015fkileri ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sorumlu da \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle b\u00fct\u00fcn bu ekonomik, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n, haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n ve uygulamalar\u0131n sorumlusunun \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisi oldu\u011funu bilmeliyiz. E\u011fer bunu bilmezsek, onun arkas\u0131ndaki emperyalist- kapitalist sistemi de g\u00f6remeyiz. B\u00f6ylece de, anadillerimize kar\u015f\u0131 su\u00e7 i\u015fleyen \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisinin taa ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri emperyalist- kapitalist sistemden beslendi\u011fini g\u00f6remeyiz. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za Cemiyet-i Akvam (\u201cMilletler Cemiyeti\u201d) ve ard\u0131ndan da Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (\u201cBM\u201d) \u00e7\u0131kar. Bunlar, emperyalist- kapitalist sistemin menfaati i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmu\u015f kurumlard\u0131r. \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d bujuvazisinin taa ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri bu kurumlar\u0131n denetiminde oldu\u011funu bilenler i\u00e7in, UNESCO\u2019nun da anlam\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: UNESCO, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletlerin \u015feker y\u00fcz\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi, \u015fu UNESCO\u2019nun ilan etti\u011fi \u201cUluslararas\u0131 anadili g\u00fcn\u00fc\u201dne gelelim. Uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistem; \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisine anadillerimiz Ub\u0131h\u00e7a, Lazca, Abazaca, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Pontus\u00e7a, Hem\u015fince, Zazacay\u0131, S\u00fcryanice,K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi yoketmesi i\u00e7in alan a\u00e7t\u0131, destek oldu. \u015eimdi biz ayn\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistemin kurumu BM\u2019nin UNESCO\u2019sunun ilan etti\u011fi \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201dn\u00fc hi\u00e7 bunlar\u0131 sorgulamadan kutluyoruz. Bu ne yaman \u00e7eli\u015fki?! Uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistem, BM ve UNESCO mu yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k yap\u0131yor? Yoksa biz mi? Uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistemin ikiy\u00fczl\u00fc oldu\u011funa \u015f\u00fcphe yok. O \u201csopa-havu\u00e7 politikas\u0131\u201d g\u00fcd\u00fcyor. Ya yeri geldi\u011finde dillerinden emperyalizmi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyip, anti- emperyalizm \u015fampiyonlu\u011fu yap\u0131p da, her 21 \u015eubat\u2019ta zil-zurna \u201cUNESCOcu\u201d kesilenlere ne demeli?! Hele hele de refarans olarak UNESCO\u2019yu g\u00f6sterenlere ne diyece\u011fiz?!<\/p>\n<p>Bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z var: Anadillerimizin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc durumundan birinci derecede uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistem ve onlarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015f olan \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d burjuvazisi sorumludur. Bu noktadan haraketle \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201dn\u00fc anmak ve kutlamak, konunun bu \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6zlerden ka\u00e7\u0131rmak; bilmiyorsak, kendi oturdu\u011fumuz dal\u0131 kesmektir; biliyor da umursam\u0131zyorsak, uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistemin fedayili\u011fine soyunmaya haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z anlam\u0131na gelir. Ki bu hi\u00e7 de d\u00fcr\u00fcst bir tav\u0131r olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Burada dikkatleri bir noktaya \u00e7ekmek istiyorum: Uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistem doksan y\u0131l \u00f6nce anadillerimizi (Ub\u0131h\u00e7a, Lazca, Abazaca, \u00c7erkes\u00e7e, Zazaza, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Pontus\u00e7a, Hem\u015fince,K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, S\u00fcryanice) yok etmesi i\u00e7in destek oldu, \u015fimdi ise UNESCO\u2019su arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla dillerimize \u201csahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d! Sizce bu \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeye de\u011fer bir nokta de\u011fil mi?!<\/p>\n<p>Bizim UNESCO\u2019ya ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z yok. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc UNESCO, arkas\u0131ndaki Uluslararas\u0131 emperyalist- kapitalist sistem gibi iki y\u00fczl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Canh\u0131ra\u015f bir \u015fekilde UNESCO\u2019yu referans olarak alanlara sesleniyorum: Siz hi\u00e7 UNESCO T\u00fcrkiye Milli Komisyonu\u2019nun internetteki sitesini g\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcz m\u00fc?
