Megrelce ve Lazca birbirine yak\u0131n iki dil. Megrelce, Lazca, Svanca ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcce ile birlikte \u201cG\u00fcney Kafkasya Dil Ailesi\u201dni olu\u015fturuyor. Literat\u00fcrde bu dillere \u10e5\u10d0\u10e0\u10d7\u10d5\u10d4\u10da\u10e3\u10e0\u10d8 \u10dc\u10d4\u10dc\u10d0\u10e4\u10d4 \/ \u201cKartveluri nenape\u201d\/ Kartvelgillerin Dilleri\u201d de deniyor.<\/p>\n

Eskiden G\u00fcrc\u00fc resmi ideolojisinin s\u00f6ylemiyle; Megrelce, Lazca ve Svanca G\u00fcrc\u00fccenin yaln\u0131zca leh\u00e7eleri \/ diyalektleri say\u0131l\u0131yordu. B\u00f6yle olunca da G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Megrelce ve Lazca yay\u0131n yapmak b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck say\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu resmi ideolojinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki temsilcisi kimi \u201c\u00c7veneburi\u201d \/ \u201cG\u00fcrc\u00fc\u201d Ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 da kendi anadillerini ya\u015fatma m\u00fccadelesi vermek yerine, canh\u0131ra\u015f bir \u015fekilde G\u00fcrc\u00fc resmi ideolojisinin propagandistli\u011fine soyunmu\u015flard\u0131 ve \u201cLazca, G\u00fcrc\u00fccenin leh\u00e7esidir \/ diyalekti\u011fidir\u201d diyorlard\u0131 da ba\u015fka bir \u015fey demiyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da Megrelce, Lazca ve Svanca da art\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ve do\u011fru oldu\u011fu \u015fekilde dil say\u0131l\u0131yor. Gel g\u00f6r ki, Megrelce G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131nda de\u011fil. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde G\u00fcrcistan\u2019da tarihi olaylardan biri ya\u015fand\u0131 ve yeni d\u00f6nemde Megrelce bir dergi yay\u0131nland\u0131: \u201c\u10e1\u10e5\u10d0\u10dc\u10d8\u201d\/ \u201cSkani \/ \u201cSenin\/ki.\u201d<\/p>\n

K\u00fclt\u00fcr, bilim ve edebiyat dergisi. \u201cSkani\u201d neden yay\u0131nland\u0131?\u201dya gelince, bu t\u00fcr \u015feyleri son bug\u00fcnlerde \u00e7ok ki\u015fi sormu\u015ftu. Nas\u0131l diyeyim\u2026 d\u00fcnyada bir dil varsa, bu dil konu\u015fuluyorsa, dergisi ni\u00e7in olmas\u0131n? Bu konuya ili\u015fkin ilk fikir bu. \u0130kincisi de; Megrelce \u00f6len, yok olma noktas\u0131ndaki bir dil. \u0130nsan \u00f6l\u00fcrken ila\u00e7 vereceksin. Verece\u011fin ila\u00e7la, \u00f6len ki\u015fi bir g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iyile\u015fmez. Hi\u00e7 iyile\u015femeyenler de var tabi fakat sen yine de ilac\u0131n\u0131 vereceksin, her g\u00fcn yava\u015f yava\u015f. Bir yandan ila\u00e7 vereceksin, bir yandan da yar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcmidini vereceksin.
\nBen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum ki bu dergi de bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6yle bir i\u015fleve sahip. \u015eunu s\u00f6yleyebilirim ki bu \u00fcmittir; ila\u00e7 m\u0131, de\u011fil mi? Bunu bize gelecek g\u00fcnler g\u00f6sterecek.<\/p>\n

Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra dil problemlerine ili\u015fkin yaz\u0131yoruz. \u015eiirler, hikayeler, terc\u00fcme yaz\u0131lar da var. Bir Laz ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir de s\u00f6yle\u015fimiz var.<\/p>\n

\u2013 \u201cSkani\u201d, \u201cMegrel Dil Derne\u011fi\u201dnin yay\u0131n organ\u0131, \u00f6yle biliyorum. Biraz da bize bu dernekten bahsedin, l\u00fctfen!
\n\u2013 Derne\u011fi olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in uzun zamandan beri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorduk. Dernek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanda da bu sahada yine bir \u015feyler yap\u0131yorduk ancak b\u00f6yle k\u00fclt\u00fcrel i\u015fler i\u00e7in, dilsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in organize bir yap\u0131 gerekiyor.
