B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Safranbolu-Bart\u0131n yolu \u015fantiye \u015fefi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. 1975\u2019den ba\u015flamak \u00fczere Karab\u00fck Demir \u00c7elik \u0130\u015fletmeleri b\u00fcnyesindeki \u0130n\u015faat ve Et\u00fcd- Pl\u00e2nlama M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinde 20 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1995\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurumun \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesiyle emekli oldu ve \u0130zmit\u2019e yerle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>So\u011fuk Sava\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131 sebebiyle hi\u00e7bir kurumsal deste\u011fe sahip olamayan Lazcan\u0131n g\u00fcnbeg\u00fcn yok olu\u015funu g\u00f6ren ve bu sebeple \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fclen Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131, Lazca yazma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 uzun y\u0131llar boyunca kendi ba\u015f\u0131na sessiz- sedas\u0131z y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>1993\u2019de, \u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin \u0130stanbul\u2019daki birka\u00e7 Laz Ayd\u0131n\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131\u2019y\u0131 \u00e7ok sevindirir. Hemen \u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dne bir mektup g\u00f6nderir.<\/p>\n<p>Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n o mektubu \u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin 1994\/4. say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131nlan\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe\u011ferli Ogni Ailesi, adresinizi ve derginizi ancak elime ge\u00e7irebildim. Tebrikler\u2026Tebrikler\u2026 Bravo. Benim 20- 25 y\u0131ld\u0131r r\u00fcyalar\u0131ma giren bir olay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiniz. Kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn yava\u015f yava\u015f yok olu\u015funu seyretmek ne ac\u0131. B\u00f6ylesi ulv\u00ee bir g\u00f6revin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmay\u0131 ne \u00e7ok arzu etmi\u015fimdir. \u0130nan\u0131n tahmin edemezsiniz. Tabi bu bir g\u00fc\u00e7 ve cesaret i\u015fidir. Demokrasinin gere\u011fi olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze kavu\u015fabilece\u011fimiz g\u00fcnleri beklerken ben de y\u0131llar y\u0131l\u0131 bo\u015f durmay\u0131p bir tak\u0131m deneme yaz\u0131lar\u0131mla Lazcay\u0131 ya\u015fatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii ki \u00f6nceleri bir tak\u0131m semboller kulland\u0131m. Daha sonra Tzita\u015fi \u0130skender\u2019in kitab\u0131ndan d\u00fczenledi\u011fim alfabeyi ve en son olarak da \u201cParpali\u2019 (adl\u0131 dergi)den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m kendi yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Say\u0131n Ogni Ailesi, \u201cOgni Dergisi\u201d bir \u00f6nc\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130lk etapta bir tak\u0131m eksi\u011fi olacakt\u0131r. Ancak her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha iyi ve daha g\u00fczele gidece\u011fine inanmaktay\u0131z. Sonsuz ba\u015far\u0131lar dilerim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin 5. say\u0131s\u0131nda Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Lazca bir \u015fiiri yer al\u0131r: \u201cFak\u0306fuk\u0306i\u015fi Foni\u201d. \u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin 6. say\u0131s\u0131na da uzunca bir \u015fiir g\u00f6nderir: \u201cOxori \u00c7kini\/ Evimiz\u201d. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc tan\u0131t\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olur ve dergiye aboneler de kaydeder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOgni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u201dnin yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte, Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn mesaisini daha bir canla- ba\u015fla Lazcan\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7abalar\u0131na verir. Say\u0131s\u0131z toplant\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r ve sonunda da bir vak\u0131f kurmaya karar verilir. Orhan Bayramin, Mecit \u00c7ak\u0131rusta, Vecdi Cihangir, \u0130brahim Pir, Sezai Baybo\u011fa ve Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131 vakf\u0131n m\u00fcte\u015febbis heyetini olu\u015fturur. B\u00f6ylece de 26 XII 1996\u2019da \u201cSima- Do\u011fu Karadenizliler Hizmet Vakf\u0131\u201d resmen \u0130zmit\u2019te kurulmu\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131, bir yay\u0131n organ\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131ls\u0131ml\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve do\u011frudan \u00f6rg\u00fctleyicili\u011fini \u00e7ok iyi bilenlerdendir. O sebeple de vakfa ait bir yay\u0131n organ\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 konusunda \u0131srarc\u0131 olur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flarlar. Ancak 1999 Marmara Depremi, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bir s\u00fcre akamete u\u011frat\u0131r. Arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n manev\u00ee ve madd\u00ee deste\u011fiyle vakf\u0131n yay\u0131n organ\u0131 \u201cSima\u201d 2000\u2019de yay\u0131nlanmaya ba\u015flar. Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131, \u201cSima\u201dn\u0131n sorumlu yaz\u0131 i\u015fleri m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenir ve bu g\u00f6revi y\u0131llarca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Lazcay\u0131 ya\u015fatman\u0131n Laz Ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ortak bir g\u00f6revi oldu\u011funu, bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n birlikte durmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00fcrekli olarak her platformda dile getirir. Bu konudaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri \u00f6zetle \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cY\u0131llard\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131k dile getirdi\u011fim halde herkesin uzaktan dinledi\u011fi esas konuyu tekrarlamak istiyorum. Biz her platformda Devlet, \u015funu- bunu yapmal\u0131 derken kendimiz haz\u0131r durumda m\u0131y\u0131z? \u015eunu iyi bilmeliyiz ki her kafadan \u00e7e\u015fitli seslerin y\u00fckseltildi\u011fi ve maalesef bir\u00e7o\u011funun sadece kendini \u00f6n pl\u00e2nda tutma gayreti g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bir platformda bir birlik tesis edip ilgili kurumlarla tek ses olarak muhatap olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z m\u00fcddet\u00e7e bizim bu sesleni\u015flerimiz sadece \u00e7atlak birer ses olarak yank\u0131lan\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131 biz organize olmu\u015f ve kendi dersini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f biri olmal\u0131y\u0131z ki ilgili kurumlar\u0131n isteklerine tek ses olarak cevap verebilmeliyiz. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde madd\u00ee- manev\u00ee menfaat sa\u011flamay\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman akl\u0131ndan bile ge\u00e7irmedi. Munir Y\u0131lmaz Avc\u0131, iyi bir e\u015f ve baba, iyi bir karde\u015f, samimi bir arkada\u015f ve her zaman Lazcan\u0131n bilge bir \u00f6\u011fretmeniydi.
