Hareketin \u00e7ekirdek kadrosundan \u015eeyma K\u00fcne\u015fko, Janset B\u00fc\u015fra \u015eahin ve Serap G\u00fcne\u015f sorular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yan\u0131tlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7erkes toplumunda cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fine itiraz \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ne kadar yayg\u0131n? Siz nas\u0131l bu hareketi ba\u015flatmaya karar verdiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-63425 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sivilsayfalar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/almasti-cerkes.jpg\" alt=\"almasti-cerkes\" width=\"249\" height=\"256\" \/>Almast\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131ndaki itirazlar ve talepler do\u011frultusunda daha \u00f6nce bir giri\u015fim olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131, biz de bu alanda bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu uzun s\u00fcredir fark ediyorduk. Nitekim asl\u0131nda bu talepler ve ele\u015ftiriler \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok da ses \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmadan konu\u015fuluyordu. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendilerini rahat\u00e7a ifade edip rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirecekleri bir alana ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorduk. B\u00f6ylece Almast\u0131 olu\u015fumuna karar verdik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Almast\u0131 \u00c7erkes Kad\u0131n Hareketi <\/strong><strong>kimlerden olu\u015fuyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diasporan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden ve farkl\u0131 ailelerden bir araya gelen bir toplulu\u011fuz. \u00c7ekirdek kadromuzda \u015eeyma K\u00fcne\u015fko, Janset B\u00fc\u015fra \u015eahin ve Serap G\u00fcne\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda di\u011fer kad\u0131nlar isimlerini vermek istemiyorlar. Toplumsal bask\u0131n\u0131n getirece\u011fi lin\u00e7 giri\u015fimlerinden \u00e7ekiniyorlar. Ki bu \u00e7ekince ne yaz\u0131k ki do\u011fruland\u0131. \u0130simlerimiz \u00fczerinden \u00e7e\u015fitli tezviratlar \u00fcretilmeye bile ba\u015fland\u0131. \u00d6te taraftan yeni kat\u0131l\u0131mlarla da geni\u015fliyoruz. Hem bir tan\u0131\u015fma toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapaca\u011f\u0131z hem de ayn\u0131 dertlerde ortakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ki\u015filerde yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemde olu\u015fumun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olacaklar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ok yenisiniz; \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131z \u015fu ana dek nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok taze bir olu\u015fum olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yo\u011fun bir tepki ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131k. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ayn\u0131 talebi ta\u015f\u0131yan pek \u00e7ok kad\u0131ndan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler ald\u0131k. Taleplerimizin \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ne kadar yayg\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Tepkilerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olumlu oldu ve \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlardan destekleyici d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler ald\u0131k. Ancak olumsuz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler ve ele\u015ftiriler de oldu. Bunlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 maalesef anlatmak istedi\u011fimiz temel problemi es ge\u00e7ip ba\u015fka \u015feylere odaklanan ele\u015ftirilerdi.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Erkek G\u00f6z\u00fcyle Tan\u0131mlanan ve Nesnele\u015fen Kad\u0131n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-63426 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sivilsayfalar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Cerkes-kadin-imaji.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sivilsayfalar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Cerkes-kadin-imaji.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.sivilsayfalar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Cerkes-kadin-imaji-160x160.jpg 160w\" alt=\"\u00c7erkes kad\u0131n imaj\u0131\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" \/>\u201cKu\u011fu gibi s\u00fcz\u00fclmeyen \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n sesini y\u00fckseltmek\u201d ile \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zne-akt\u00f6r olma m\u00fccadelesini ifade ediyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evet. \u00c7erkes kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir imgesi vard\u0131; g\u00fczellik, incelik, beyaz ten siyah sa\u00e7 kombinasyonu, s\u00fcz\u00fclerek ilerleme, narinlik gibi niteliklerle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir imgedir bu. \u00c7erkes olmayan toplumlarda da bu imge yayg\u0131nd\u0131r ve \u00c7erkes toplumu taraf\u0131ndan da kabullenilmi\u015ftir. Esas\u0131nda oryantalist bir imgedir, biraz kendi kimli\u011fini farkl\u0131 yaz\u0131nlardan \u00f6\u011frenen \u00c7erkes tedrisat\u0131 da bu i\u00e7sel oryantalizmi benimsedi. Biz bu imgeyi kabul etmedi\u011fimizi ifade ediyoruz. Kad\u0131n\u0131 pasifle\u015ftirmeye destek veren bir yakla\u015f\u0131m oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc erkek g\u00f6z\u00fcyle tan\u0131mlanan bu kurulu\u015fta kad\u0131n izlenen, erkek izleyen rol\u00fcndedir. Bu noktada kad\u0131n nesnele\u015fmi\u015ftir; \u00f6zne de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n hane i\u00e7indeki rol\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmiyor; ev i\u00e7inde hizmet eden, misafire hizmet eden, sesini \u00e7\u0131karmamas\u0131 gereken, \u00e7ocu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fctmesi gereken yine \u201canne\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirilen kad\u0131n oluyor<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00c7erkes toplumunda, asilimilasyon s\u00fcrecinin ve kentle\u015fmenin kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkilerinde bir de\u011fi\u015fime neden oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir mi? \u015eehir hayat\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan-e\u011fitimli bir \u00c7erkes kad\u0131n hala \u201chizmet eden kad\u0131n\u201d m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkes toplumunun s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden sonraki pratikleri genel olarak kapal\u0131la\u015fma ve milliyet\u00e7ilik \u00fczerinden ilerlemi\u015ftir. Bu savunma mekanizmas\u0131 ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr tarih \u00fcst\u00fc bir yere yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve kutsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece sorgulanma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Elbette \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n getirdiklerine g\u00f6re baz\u0131 \u015feyler de\u011fi\u015fti ancak toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri etkisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. K\u00f6ydeki d\u00fczenin \u015fehirlere yans\u0131mas\u0131 da bu temelde farkl\u0131 oluyor. Hane i\u00e7indeki kad\u0131n\u0131n rol\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmiyor \u00f6rne\u011fin. Ev i\u00e7inde hizmet eden yine kad\u0131n oluyor. Misafire hizmet eden, sesini \u00e7\u0131karmamas\u0131 gereken, \u00e7ocu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fctmesi gereken yine \u201canne\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirilen kad\u0131n oluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye tarihinin \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00f6nemlerinde kendini feminist olarak tan\u0131mlayan ve kad\u0131n gruplar\u0131na dahil olan \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar var m\u0131yd\u0131? Siz ilk \u00c7erkes feminist kad\u0131n grubu musunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-63427 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sivilsayfalar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Cerkes-Teavun-Cemiyeti.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c7erkes Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\" width=\"334\" height=\"222\" \/>Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin modernle\u015fme amac\u0131yla \u00e7areler arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde feminist hareketler de y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve kad\u0131nlar daha \u00e7ok sesini duyurmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde gazete ve dergi \u00e7\u0131karan kad\u0131nlar da oldu, bunlardan ikisi de Hayriye Melek Hun\u00e7 ve Ulviye Mevlan idi. Hayriye Melek Hun\u00e7, 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan \u00c7erkes Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u2019nin kurucular\u0131 aras\u0131nda olan bir feministtir. 1918-1922 aras\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u00c7erkes Kad\u0131nlar\u00a0 \u0130ttihad ve Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u2019ni kurmu\u015ftur. \u00c7e\u015fitli dergilerde yaz\u0131lar\u0131 yay\u0131nland\u0131 ve Diyane dergisinin de ba\u015fyazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli isim de Ulviye Mevlan. Mevlan, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilk feminist dergisi Kad\u0131nlar D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartan ki\u015fidir. Ayr\u0131ca Osmanl\u0131 M\u00fcdafaa-\u0131 Hukuk-\u0131 Nisvan Cemiyeti\u2019ni de kurdu. 13 ya\u015f\u0131nda saraya gelin gitmi\u015f ve 20 ya\u015f\u0131nda dul kald\u0131ktan sonra kendisini feminist \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a ilerici ve sivri yaz\u0131lar\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015f bir kad\u0131n Ulviye Mevlan.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00c7erkes toplumu Xabze\u2019ye g\u00f6re ya\u015far. Xabze\u2019de ev i\u00e7inde hizmet eden her zaman kad\u0131n olur. Xabze, gittik\u00e7e daha da belirsizle\u015fen ve erkeklerin kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na giren bir \u015feye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cXabze\u201d olarak s\u0131kl\u0131kla vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kavram\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klar m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? Xabze\u2019nin \u00c7erkes toplumunda nas\u0131l nas\u0131l bir yeri var? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Xabze, \u00c7erkeslerin toplumsal ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen bir sistemler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmay\u0131p s\u00f6zl\u00fc kurallar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ilerler. Belirli kurallar\u0131 olmakla beraber, y\u00f6reden y\u00f6reye ufak de\u011fi\u015fiklikler g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. K\u0131saca \u00c7erkes toplumu Xabze\u2019ye g\u00f6re ya\u015far. Xabze\u2019de kad\u0131na de\u011fer verildi\u011fi ve el \u00fcst\u00fcnde tutuldu\u011fu s\u0131k s\u0131k tekrarlansa bile toplumsal d\u00fczen ve rol da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 bunu \u00e7ok yans\u0131tmaz. Ev i\u00e7inde hizmet eden her zaman kad\u0131n olur.<\/p>\n<p>Erkeklerin girdi\u011fi bir iddia nedeniyle kaybeden taraf gecenin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnde k\u0131z karde\u015fine, annesine veya evdeki bir kad\u0131na mant\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131rabilir mesela. Kad\u0131n bu iste\u011fi reddederse ay\u0131plan\u0131r. Veya ka\u015fenlik dedi\u011fimiz sistemi (ka\u015fenlik: bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck veya kal\u0131c\u0131 olabilen bir t\u00fcr g\u00f6n\u00fcl ili\u015fkisi) erkekli\u011finden g\u00fc\u00e7 alarak kendi lehine \u00e7evirebilen erkekler de var. K\u00f6y hayat\u0131nda ya\u015fanan kurallar\u0131n \u015fehirlere ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 zaten olanaks\u0131z, her \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fiyor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. Fakat bu kat\u0131 gelenekler de zaten \u00e7ok uzak de\u011fil, 20-30 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinde ya\u015fanan \u015feyler. Bu nedenle \u201cbunlar ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu bitti\u201d diyerek \u00fczerini \u00f6rtmek ne kadar do\u011fru?<\/p>\n<p>Biz bunlarla y\u00fczle\u015fmeyi \u00f6neriyoruz, \u00f6zele\u015ftiri verelim diyoruz. Kad\u0131n\u0131n o imgeyi h\u00e2l\u00e2 korumas\u0131 bekleniyor, ev i\u00e7indeki rol da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 yine \u00f6zel-kamusal alan ba\u011flam\u0131nda ayr\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Size ula\u015fmak isteyen \u00c7erkes kad\u0131nlar nas\u0131l ula\u015fabilir?
