Berlin’de 1986 Ocak’\u0131nda yap\u0131lan geleneksel \u00c7erkes halk danslar\u0131 g\u00f6sterisinden bir ka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6ncesinden \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7 bir olay halkas\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015fti. \u00c7erkes halk danslar\u0131 g\u00f6sterisi nedeniyle Berliner Zeitung’la (BLZ ) bir konu\u015fma yap\u0131l\u0131r ve t\u00fcm Berlinliler bu g\u00f6steriye davet edilir.<\/p>\n

Berlin’in \u0130ngiltere taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edilen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00f6revli olan y\u00fcksek r\u00fctbeli bir subay Berlin Tiyatro Salonu “An der Urania” m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcne telefon ederek \u015fu hat\u0131rlatmay\u0131 yapar: “Berlin i\u015fgal kuvvetleri yasas\u0131na g\u00f6re, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6sterilerde kesici ve \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc aletlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r. \u00c7erkeslerin de milli k\u0131yafetleriyle beraber ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 kamalar\u0131n\u0131 kullanacaklarsa, bunun tehlikeli oldu\u011funu ve tedbir al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini” s\u00f6yler. Ayr\u0131ca gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ister.<\/p>\n

Bu ihbar \u00fczerine tiyatro m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc emniyet g\u00f6revlilerine durumu bildirir. Emniyet g\u00f6revlileri de dernek y\u00f6netim kuruluna m\u00fcracaat ederek, kendilerine verilen ihbar\u0131n do\u011fru olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorarlar. Dernek y\u00f6netim kurulundan g\u00f6revliler emniyete giderek bu korku ve tela\u015flar\u0131na gereksiz oldu\u011funu ve \u015fimdiye kadar herhangi bir \u00c7erkes toplant\u0131s\u0131nda bu t\u00fcr bir olay\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ge\u00e7en sene yine ayn\u0131 salonda 900 ki\u015fiyi a\u015fk\u0131n seyirciye g\u00f6steride bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve hi\u00e7 bir olay \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirler. Ayr\u0131ca Berlin Senatosu’ndan da taktir edildiklerini ve bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan dolay\u0131 m\u00fckafatland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerler. Emniyet g\u00f6revilileri de bu s\u00f6zler ve ger\u00e7ekler \u00fczerine g\u00f6sterilerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir sak\u0131nca g\u00f6rmediklerini bildirirler.<\/p>\n

Berlin’deki \u0130ngiliz garnizonu ve subay\u0131 \u00c7erkeslerle so\u011fuk bir \u015faka m\u0131 yapmak istedi\u011fi ya da ger\u00e7ekten ge\u00e7mi\u015ften kalma bir kuyruk ac\u0131s\u0131 m\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilemiyoruz.<\/p>\n

Alman as\u0131ll\u0131 \u0130ngiliz hizmetinde Osmanl\u0131 devletinde Jandarma Organizasyonu’nu kurduktan sonra tarihi \u00c7erkesya’ya d\u00fczenli ordu kurmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilen St\u00fccker ‘\u2019T\u00fcrkiye ve \u00c7erkesya’dan \u0130nsan Manzaralar\u0131” adl\u0131 yap\u0131t\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle yazmaktad\u0131r. \u2018\u2019Osmanl\u0131 devletinde sivil halk\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc silah ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r. \u00c7erkesler dinleri gere\u011fi kamalar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 gerekti\u011finden yasaklar ge\u00e7ersizdir .<\/p>\n

Ancak ortada ger\u00e7ek ve do\u011fru olan bir \u015fey var: Bu g\u00fcne kadar \u00c7erkeslerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 her \u00fclkede, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, e\u011flence, folklor g\u00f6sterisi vs. gibi sosyal faaliyetlerde asla kavga yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, olan ufak tefek anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n bir ya\u015fl\u0131 thamadenin “haynape<\/b>” ya da \u2018\u2019yemuk<\/b>\u2019\u2019 demesiyle yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
