TRT’de K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yay\u0131n kanal\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmetten biri; \u201cAna dil, ana s\u00fct\u00fc kadar hakt\u0131r\u201d dedi. Son g\u00fcnlerde bas\u0131n haberleri i\u00e7inde duydu\u011fum en g\u00fczel c\u00fcmleydi. Bence bir TV kanal\u0131ndan insan\u0131n ana dilinde konu\u015fulmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle g\u00f6rsel yay\u0131nlardan duymas\u0131 g\u00fczel bir \u015fey olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n

Farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler ve farkl\u0131 diller i\u00e7in bu t\u00fcr yay\u0131n kanal\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bir k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131 gibi oldu. Var olan bir dili g\u00f6rmezden gelmek elbette ki haks\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131. Ge\u00e7 de olsa mevcut bir dil yok say\u0131lamad\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131lan kanal\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi baz\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek ama\u00e7l\u0131 da olsa bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan di\u011fer dilleri de kapsayacak \u015fekilde daha geni\u015f tabana yay\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yine de geli\u015fmeleri insanlara bir tak\u0131m haklar\u0131n verilmesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n

\u00c7erkesler i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 haklar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde verilece\u011fini umut ediyorum<\/p>\n

Diller ait oldu\u011fu milletlerde kendi ana dili arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ya\u015fama imkan\u0131 bulur. Dil toplumlarda kendisi olarak ileriye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015fi o dili \u00e7ok iyi bilmese de kendini tan\u0131tan bir dilin olmas\u0131 sebebiyle aidiyet duygusu i\u00e7inde ana dili olarak sahiplenir.<\/p>\n

Bir toplumun kendine ait bir dilinin olmas\u0131 ona bir \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fck ve farkl\u0131l\u0131k kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k kendini, ya\u015fant\u0131 i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve farkl\u0131 alg\u0131lama olarak da g\u00f6sterir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrdeki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ve de\u011fi\u015fik alg\u0131lamalar ancak dil ile nesillere ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yaz\u0131n bir yak\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n bir konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle bir ifade ge\u00e7mi\u015fti: \u201cOfiste i\u015flerimde bana yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak bir eleman ar\u0131yorum\u201d demek istemi\u015f, bunu \u00c7erkesce olarak: \u201cJanu, gupsise yelu, jiageyelu, sigu\u0131my\u0131lur g\u0131ejenu\u201d \u015feklinde s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. Ben bu c\u00fcmlenin tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yukar\u0131da belirtti\u011fim c\u00fcmle oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyorum, bu c\u00fcmlenin anlam\u0131n\u0131 kendi anadilimde tam olarak buluyorum.<\/p>\n

Yine bizim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip \u201cThamede\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fka dille nas\u0131l i\u00e7ini doldurursunuz bilemiyorum. Lider deseniz olmaz, ba\u015fkan deseniz hi\u00e7 olmaz, toplumun ileri gelen otoritesi deseniz yine tam kar\u015f\u0131lamaz. Hi\u00e7bir toplumun dilinde b\u00f6yle bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k yoktur. B\u00f6yle bir kavram yok ki \u00f6yle bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olsun. Farkl\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fte burada kendi dilinde s\u00f6yledi\u011fin tek kelimeyle o toplumun mihenk ta\u015flar\u0131ndan birini anlatm\u0131\u015f oluyorsun.<\/p>\n

Aile i\u00e7i ve arkada\u015f sohbetlerinde anadilde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n konu\u015fman\u0131n verdi\u011fi tad\u0131 di\u011fer dillerde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n konu\u015fmalardan hi\u00e7birinde bulam\u0131yorsun. Uzun s\u00fcre insan\u0131n ana diliyle konu\u015famamas\u0131 onu mutsuz k\u0131lar, bir s\u00fcre sonra ki\u015fi ana dilini \u00f6zler ve ana dilinde konu\u015fmak i\u00e7in aray\u0131\u015flara girer. Nitekim ben de zaman zaman \u00f6yle hissediyorum. Neyse ki \u00e7evremde bu dili konu\u015fanlar hayli fazla. Onlar\u0131n k\u0131ymetini bilmem gerekiyor. Bazen ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm haberlerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, ana dilimizi konu\u015fanlardan biri daha gitti diye h\u00fcz\u00fcnlenirim.<\/p>\n

2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda gitti\u011fimiz Nal\u00e7ik\u2019te sabahlar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapt\u0131ktan sonra eve d\u00f6nerken yolumuzun \u00fcst\u00fcndeki marketlerden bir-iki al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yap\u0131yorduk. Nal\u00e7ik an\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131n i\u00e7inde al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda sat\u0131c\u0131larla ana dilimizde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konu\u015fmalar\u0131n verdi\u011fi keyif farkl\u0131 bir yer edindi. Sat\u0131c\u0131larla rahatl\u0131kla Kabardeyce konu\u015fmak inan\u0131lmaz geliyordu. F\u0131r\u0131nlardan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f taze ekmek, b\u00f6rek \u00e7e\u015fitleri hakk\u0131nda Kabardeyce: \u201cTatl\u0131 m\u0131, tuzlu mu istiyorsunuz\u201d diye sormalar\u0131 da bir ba\u015fka keyifli taraf\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Anadilimize en g\u00fczel ileti\u015fim arac\u0131m\u0131za sahip \u00e7\u0131kal\u0131m. Art\u0131k emsal te\u015fkil etti. Verilebilecek imkanlarda \u0131srarc\u0131 olmak gerekir. Kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z daha fazla ayr\u0131\u015fmadan birlik olup isteklerimizin ses getirdi\u011fi g\u00fcnlerin olaca\u011f\u0131na inanmak istiyorum<\/p>\n

Geldi\u011fimiz noktaya bak\u0131l\u0131rsa farkl\u0131 diller i\u00e7in anadilde TV kanallar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki siyasi bask\u0131lar geride kald\u0131.
