\nKurulan ilk dernek, \u201c\u00c7erkes \u0130ttihad ve Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u201d<\/strong> dir. (1908)
\n1018 ve sonras\u0131nda \u201c\u015eimali Kafkas Cemiyeti\u201d<\/strong> ve \u201c\u00c7erkes Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u201d<\/strong> kurulur.
\nFakat Lozan <\/strong>Antla\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra dernek faaliyetleri durdurulur.
\nSonraki d\u00f6nemde bir\u00e7ok kez dernek kurma faaliyetleri denenmesine ra\u011fmen, 1946 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olunamaz.
\n1946 sonras\u0131, \u00c7erkes derneklerinin aktif faaliyetlerde bulunduklar\u0131 d\u00f6nemdir.
\n1950\u2019lerde \u201cKafkas Derne\u011fi\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 alacak olan \u201cDost Eli Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Derne\u011fi\u201d<\/strong> kurulur.
\n1980 <\/strong>y\u0131l\u0131nda dernekler yine kapat\u0131ld\u0131.
\n1993\u2019te \u201cKaf-Der\u201d<\/strong> ve \u201cBirle\u015fik Kafkasya Konseyi\u201d<\/strong>, 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda da \u201cKafkas Vakf\u0131\u201d <\/strong>faaliyete ge\u00e7er.
\nBu zorlu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, her \u015feye ra\u011fmen dernek ve vak\u0131flar\u0131m\u0131zdaki co\u015fku ve \u00e7aba<\/strong> alk\u0131\u015fa de\u011fer.

\nBu ba\u011flamda derneklerimiz gerek kitap ve di\u011fer dok\u00fcmanlar<\/strong> gerekse ya\u015fayan kaynaklar<\/strong> noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir bilgi merkeziydi.
\nG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde internet ve sosyal medyan\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> ile derneklerimiz \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7ler noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli oranda i\u015flevini yitirdi.
\nHayat\u0131n \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlere akmas\u0131, ekonomik \u015fartlar, i\u015fsizlik, yeni d\u00fcnya d\u00fczeni<\/strong>\u2026 elbette bir o kadar etkili olumsuz fakt\u00f6rler.
\nYani mevcut k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dernek yap\u0131s\u0131yla devasa sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel sorunlar<\/strong> \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemiyor.
\nO halde \u00e7ok net bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. \u00d6rg\u00fctsel yap\u0131m\u0131z de\u011fi\u015fmeli,<\/strong> dernek anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z yenilenmeli!
\nDerneklerimizdeki sohbet odalar\u0131, okey masalar\u0131<\/strong> kadar i\u015flek, canl\u0131, proje masalar\u0131, beyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 odalar\u0131, gen\u00e7lik bulu\u015fma ortamlar\u0131<\/strong> olmal\u0131.
\nGen\u00e7lerin de\u011fi\u015fiyle, derneklerimizin hantal ve \u00e7a\u011fa uymayan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmeli.
\nBu anlamda gen\u00e7lerin, istatistiklere yans\u0131yan sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re, \u201ctemel misyonu, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc korumak<\/strong> olan derneklerimizin, haklar\u0131 savunmak\u201d<\/strong>, e\u011fitim ve ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne destek olmak gibi sorumluluklar \u00fcstlenmesi de gerekmektedir.
\nYani gen\u00e7ler, hayatta do\u011fum, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve bir o kadar a\u011f\u0131r seyreden s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde de derneklerimizden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bekliyor.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Evet, dernekler devlet de\u011fil, imkanlar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131.
\n\u0130\u015fte sorun da tam burada.
\nDernek yaps\u0131n, dernek \u00e7\u00f6zs\u00fcn<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131.
\nElbette ekonomik g\u00fcc\u00fc olan, ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ufuklara sahip y\u00f6neticilerle \u015fartlar\u0131 zorlayan derneklerimiz vard\u0131r. Ancak \u00e7o\u011funluk ayakta kalma m\u00fccadelesi veren, aidat geliriyle bo\u011fu\u015fan<\/strong> derneklerimiz.
