E\u011fer bir sonraki genel se\u00e7imlerde, yeniden koalisyonlar d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flar ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir parlamento \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015famaz ise anayasan\u0131n baz\u0131 maddelerinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi s\u00f6z konusu bile olamaz.<\/p>\n<p>Referandum sonucunda evet \u00e7\u0131karsa, \u00c7erkesler bu g\u00fcne kadar hayal bile edemedikleri k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklara kavu\u015facaklar. Tekrar ediyorum, verilecek olan evet oylar\u0131n\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidara de\u011fil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in verece\u011fimizi bilmeliyiz. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidar hakk\u0131ndaki karar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 genel se\u00e7imlerde verebiliriz. Ama sonucu ba\u015fkalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ne olursa olsun biz bu anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine evet deme noktas\u0131nday\u0131z.
