Bu kurallara yaz\u0131l\u0131 olsun veya olmas\u0131n o toplumun bireyleri taraf\u0131ndan uyulur ki bunlar \u00f6rf, adet, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerdir. Kuzey Kafkasya halklar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, bu temel unsur, Xabze&#8217;dir.<\/p>\n<p>Bizim i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in de mutluluk yuvas\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, Xabze k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmayan kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ve geleneklerini canl\u0131 tutmak i\u00e7in, yaz\u0131l\u0131 kurallar haline getirmek zorunda oldu\u011fumuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyim.\u00a0 Xabze\u2019yi inceledi\u011fimizde g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir ki,<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkeslikte hi\u00e7bir \u015fey tesad\u00fcflere b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biz kimiz? Nereden geldik ve nereye gidiyoruz t\u00fcr\u00fc sorular, felsefi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Kanada\u2019n\u0131n Vernon \u015fehrinde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olan Rahmetli \u00dcstat Murat Ya\u011fan, geleneksel Xabze k\u00fclt\u00fcr de\u011ferlerini Sufizm de\u011ferleriyle sentezleyip Kanadal\u0131 ve Amerikal\u0131lardan olu\u015fan m\u00fcritlerine haftal\u0131k dersler halinde vermekteydi. \u00c7erkesli\u011fin \u00f6\u011fretilerine, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme (L\u2019aque) (1) \u015fekline ve gizli kalm\u0131\u015f s\u0131rlar\u0131na vak\u0131f olabilmek i\u00e7in Kafkasya\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilen \u0130ngiliz as\u0131ll\u0131 antik zaman gezginleri, \u00c7erkeslerin aras\u0131nda faaliyetlerde bulunmu\u015flar, \u00c7erkeslerin ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerini incelemi\u015fler ve d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc Anderson yasalar\u0131n\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.\u00a0 (2)<\/p>\n<p>Bence yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmayan Xabze kurallar\u0131m\u0131z bundan b\u00f6yle yaz\u0131l\u0131 Xabze kurallar\u0131 haline getirilip, derneklerimizin b\u00fcnyesinde a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan kurslarda gen\u00e7lerimize pratik bir \u00fcsl\u00fbp ile \u00f6\u011fretmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni nesil gen\u00e7ler, Xabze\u2019nin baz\u0131 inceliklerini de aram\u0131zda ya\u015fayarak, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan ve i\u015fitecekleri s\u00f6zlerden bulup \u00e7\u0131karacaklard\u0131r. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphe yok ki gen\u00e7lerin bundan b\u00f6yle bu kurallar\u0131, ilkeleri, \u00f6rf ve gelenekleri do\u011fru \u00f6\u011frenilebilmeleri ancak derneklerimizde sistemli k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmalar\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Yaz\u0131l\u0131 Olmayan Kurallar\u2019\u2019\u0131n bu g\u00fcne kadar ni\u00e7in yaz\u0131l\u0131 hale getirilmedi\u011fi konusundaki \u015fahsi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ise \u015fudur; gelenek, g\u00f6renek, \u00f6rf ve adetlerimizin yaz\u0131l\u0131 kurallar haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek kal\u0131pla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenmi\u015f ve zaman i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan yeni nesil kurallar dikkate al\u0131narak, Xabze\u2019nin de\u011fi\u015fip geli\u015fmesine imk\u00e2n verilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu \u015fekilde Xabze\u2019nin canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcncelli\u011fini muhafaza etmesi sa\u011flan\u0131p dinamik \u00c7erkesli\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmak istenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>De\u011ferli arkada\u015flar, takdir edersiniz ki, mahiyetini yukar\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u2018\u2019Yaz\u0131l\u0131 Olmayan Kurallar\u2019\u2019\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nleri ile bu k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda sizlere aktarmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. O sebeple, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda sadece davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla ilgili konulardan bahsedece\u011fim.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015flar\u0131 ne olursa olsun, dernek ba\u015fkanlar\u0131m\u0131z bizim en \u00fcst thamadelerimizdir.\u00a0 Daha ya\u015fl\u0131 olan ki\u015filer thamadenin sa\u011f yan\u0131na oturabilirler. Thamadenin sol yan\u0131na ise bir \u00f6nceki dernek ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n oturmas\u0131 en do\u011fru oland\u0131r. Gerek geleneklerimiz gerekse idari d\u00fczenimiz bak\u0131m\u0131ndan son s\u00f6z\u00fcn sahibi olanlar, g\u00f6revde olan dernek ba\u015fkanlar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Der nek ba\u015fkan\u0131 olmak demek, en \u00fcst otoritenin sahibi olmak demektir. Bu egemenlik bi\u00e7iminde thamade egemenli\u011fini yaz\u0131l\u0131 hukuka de\u011fil, \u00f6rf ve adetlere dayand\u0131r\u0131r. Dernek \u00fcyeleri de al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f geleneklerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmadan, ba\u015fkana itaat ederler. Gerek Xabze \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda gerek d\u0131\u015f \u00e2lemde thamadeye kar\u015f\u0131 hitaplar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu otoriteyi zedeleyecek mahiyette olmamas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Felsefesi, derinli\u011fi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel bir altyap\u0131s\u0131 olan Xabze, Ad\u0131\u011fa\u011fe ve Apsuvara, \u00f6teden beri uygulanan kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f davran\u0131\u015flara ayk\u0131r\u0131 olmamak kayd\u0131 ile demokratik bir \u015fekilde derneklerimizde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ne var ki, derneklerimizde ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 dini ve siyasi tart\u0131\u015fmalardan uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Di\u011fer taraftan \u00c7erkes geleneklerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 konulara girilirse, thamade diledi\u011fi anda konu\u015fmay\u0131 kesebilir. Kesilen konuya tekrar d\u00f6n\u00fclmez ve kendisiyle m\u00fcnaka\u015faya girilmez.<\/p>\n<p>Thamade taraf\u0131ndan verilen g\u00f6rev, \u00fcst\u00fcn bir g\u00f6rev bilinciyle yerine getirilir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te t\u00fcm arkada\u015flar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k y\u00fcreklilikle thamadeye destek olmalar\u0131 geleneklerimizin gere\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstatlar\u0131m\u0131z davran\u0131\u015flara dair olan konularda \u00f6zetle \u015f\u00f6yle derler: Toplant\u0131larda thamadeden izin almadan \u00f6zel konu\u015fmalar yapmay\u0131n\u0131z, m\u00fcnasebetsiz veya uygunsuz herhangi bir \u015feyden bahsetmeyiniz, thamadeye hitaben konu\u015fan herhangi bir ki\u015finin s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc kesmeyiniz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7erkesler iyiye, do\u011fruya ve g\u00fczele ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in der nek olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bizim i\u00e7in kutsal say\u0131lan mek\u00e2nlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu mek\u00e2nlarda ki hal, hareket ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00c7erkesli\u011fin kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemelidir. K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ciddiyetine uygun, d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015flerimizdeki temizlik ta\u015f\u0131yan k\u0131yafetimiz, as\u0131rlard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen uygulamalara dayanmakta ve \u00f6zenli bir tercihi yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle k\u0131yafet sadece d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemeli, bununla beraber yukar\u0131da belirtti\u011fimiz genel kurallara \u00f6zenle uyulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131yafetimizin \u00fczerinde birbirimizi tan\u0131mak i\u00e7in \u00c7erkeslik simgeleri ta\u015f\u0131yanlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, di\u011fer ba\u015fka dernek, kul\u00fcp ve benzeri kurum ve kurulu\u015flara ait rozetlerin tak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ho\u015f kar\u015f\u0131lanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek isterim.<\/p>\n<p>Dernek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki konu\u015fma esnas\u0131nda aya\u011fa kalkan bir ki\u015fi, konu\u015fma bitinceye kadar thamade oturarak devam et demeden duru\u015funu muhafaza etmelidir. Toplant\u0131larda ortam\u0131n kutsiyetine uygun olmayacak bir \u015fekilde konu\u015fmak veya davranmak, bir \u015feyler at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak, \u00e7ok \u00f6zel durumlar\u0131n haricinde ak\u0131ll\u0131 ile oyun oynamak, internette s\u00f6rf yapmak, e-posta takibi yapmak asla uygun kar\u015f\u0131lanmaz. Keza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma esnas\u0131nda arkada\u015flar\u0131n aralar\u0131nda konu\u015fmalar\u0131 da ho\u015f de\u011fildir. Bir konuda fikrimizi beyan ettikten sonra, mecbur kalmad\u0131k\u00e7a ayni konuda s\u00f6z talebinde bulunmamal\u0131y\u0131z. Sofraya thamade oturmadan hi\u00e7 kimse oturamaz, yeme\u011fe ba\u015flayamaz. Thamadenin yeme\u011fi a\u00e7mas\u0131 ile yeme\u011fe ba\u015flan\u0131r.
