Bu, uzun s\u00fcredir \u00f6nerip takip\u00e7isi oldu\u011fum ve nihayet olabilmesine emek verdi\u011fim \u00f6nemli bir toplant\u0131yd\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinden, Kafkasya\u2019dan ve Avrupa\u2019dan elli ayd\u0131n ve kanaat \u00f6nderi biraraya gelerek \u2018ne olacak halimiz\u2019 \u00fczerine k\u0131yas\u0131ya kafa patlatt\u0131k. Bilimsel-entelekt\u00fcel d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek bir toplant\u0131 oldu. Toplumumuz i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan konular ele aland\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli fikri a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar sa\u011fland\u0131. Sevindim, gururland\u0131m, umutland\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n detaylar\u0131na ve sonu\u00e7 bildirisine Kaf-Fed\u2019in web sitesinden ula\u015fabilirsiniz. Yine de birka\u00e7 s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyip, sonu\u00e7 bildirisinden \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli buldu\u011fum birka\u00e7 paragraf\u0131 payla\u015fmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131y\u0131 y\u00f6neten Prof. Dr. Ayhan Kaya ve Do\u00e7. Dr. Mitat \u00c7elikpala hem konu\u015fmalar\u0131yla ufkumuzu geni\u015fletip bilgimizi art\u0131rd\u0131lar, hem toplant\u0131 y\u00f6netme ustal\u0131klar\u0131yla farkl\u0131 bir deneyim ya\u015fatt\u0131lar. Elbette toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan herkes d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve \u00f6nermeleriyle b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 verdi. Yine de, di\u011ferlerin beni affetmesini dileyerek, toplant\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131 ba\u015fta Prof. Dr. Sevda Alanku\u015f ve Prof. Dr. Erol Taymaz olmak \u00fczere akademisyenlerimiz oldu\u011funu belirtmek istiyorum. Kendisini, 2000\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz Demokratik \u00c7erkes Platformu\u2019na kat\u0131lmas\u0131 vesilesiyle tan\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bu yaz\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdi ve bug\u00fcn s\u0131k\u00e7a ifade etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimlikten siyasal kimli\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015fin\u2019 gere\u011fine olan inanc\u0131m\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p>Sevinerek belirtmeliyim ki, kimli\u011fimizi siyasalla\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z konusu ortak ak\u0131l toplant\u0131s\u0131na da damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu ve sonu\u00e7 bildirisine \u015f\u00f6yle yans\u0131d\u0131;<em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDiasporada mevcut haklar\u0131 kullanmak ve haklar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadeleyi y\u00fckseltmek ve demokratik m\u00fccadele enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak gerekmektedir. Bu bak\u0131mdan, bug\u00fcne kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dernek\u00e7ilik\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015farak \u2018siyasal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe\u2019 ula\u015fmak ortak hedeftir. Gelecek hedefi, talebi, umudu olmayan hi\u00e7bir toplum ya\u015fayamaz. Cumhuriyetlerimizin siyasi-idari yetki alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeleri, ekonomik yeterliliklerini geli\u015ftirmeleri ve i\u00e7inde-yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunduklar\u0131 Rusya Federasyonu ile siyasi-diplomatik ili\u015fki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini iyi y\u00f6netmelerine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.
