Kafkas Dernekleri Federasyonu\u2019muzun (KAFFED) 5. genel kurulu (3-4 Aral\u0131k, Ankara), her bak\u0131mdan \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7ti. Dinamik, \u00e7oksesli, tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 ve d\u00fczeyli bir genel kuruldu. Kazanan \u2018birlik\u2019 oldu. Kat\u0131lan ve katk\u0131 veren herkesi kutluyorum…<\/span><\/p>\n

Genel kurulun ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc isti\u015fare toplant\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi oldu; delege olsun-olmas\u0131n t\u00fcm kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara e\u015fit s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 verildi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131, hitabetler yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131, bildiriler u\u00e7u\u015ftu, herkes ete\u011findeki ta\u015flar\u0131 d\u00f6kt\u00fc. Federasyon ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 boyunca u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 pek\u00e7ok haks\u0131z ele\u015ftiriye ve ahlaks\u0131z karalamaya sab\u0131r g\u00f6steren Cihan Candemir, y\u00fcce g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00f6netti\u011fi bu isti\u015fare toplant\u0131s\u0131nda da g\u00f6sterdi; varolu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kendisini karalamak ve federasyonu y\u0131pratmak \u00fczerine kurmu\u015f olanlara da s\u00f6z verdi, ayn\u0131 sab\u0131rla dinledi, nezaketi elden b\u0131rakmayan bir \u00fcslup ve eksiksiz bir hitabetle cevaplad\u0131. Candemir, bu genel kurulda bilgi, tevazu, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve duygusall\u0131kla harmanlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 performans\u0131yla hepimizin g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc fethetti ve y\u00fcreklerimize insan s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekti. Te\u015fekk\u00fcrler ba\u015fkan…<\/p>\n

\u0130kinci g\u00fcnk\u00fc resmi genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131 da gayet iyiydi; iktidar partisinin deneyimli-etkin hatibi H\u00fcseyin \u00c7elik ile anamuhalefet partisinin y\u00fckselen y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 Emine \u00dclker Tarhan\u2019\u0131n konu\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7erikli, samimi ve umut vericiydi. \u0130ki ba\u015fkan aday\u0131m\u0131z (Vacit Kad\u0131o\u011flu ve Yal\u00e7\u0131n Karada\u015f) ile delegelerin konu\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131c\u0131 ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131yd\u0131; toplumumuzun kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya bulundu\u011fu pek \u00e7ok sorun g\u00fcndeme getirildi, daha iyi bir gelecek i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler savunuldu, \u00f6neriler sunuldu.<\/p>\n

Bu genel kurul, tam da genel kuruldan \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u2018\u00c7are birliktir, birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcmektir\u2019 <\/b>ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131zda belirtti\u011fimiz \u00fczere, federasyonun temel kurulu\u015f felsefesini ve bug\u00fcne dek s\u00fcrd\u00fcregeldi\u011fi \u2018birlik\u2019 \u00e7izgisini korumak bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok kritik bir \u00f6neme sahipti. Federasyonu olu\u015fturan pek\u00e7ok dernek ba\u015fkan\u0131, y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi ve delegesiyle birlikte 500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n kanaat \u00f6nderimizin imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da, son y\u0131llarda hem diyasporada hem de anavatanda, bizi bug\u00fcne kadar ayakta tutan birli\u011fimizin ve ancak bu sayede korudu\u011fumuz gelecek umudumuzun, Kafkasya \u00fczerinde hesab\u0131 olan b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerin a\u00e7\u0131k tehditi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu belirtilmi\u015f ve bu genel kurulun birli\u011fi korumak i\u00e7in hayati de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Yan\u0131lmad\u0131k. \u00d6zellikle Adige-Abaza birli\u011fini y\u0131kmaya y\u00f6nelik ABD-G\u00fcrcistan eksenli planl\u0131 giri\u015fimin ve siyasetin g\u00f6lgesini genel kurula ta\u015f\u0131mak isteyenler oldu; \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 ittifaklar e\u015fli\u011finde boy g\u00f6stermeye ve provokasyon yaparak dikkat \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7abalad\u0131lar. Ama genel kurul \u00f6yle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sa\u011fduyu ortaya koydu ki, bu ittifaklar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcme kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za bir fiske dahi vuramad\u0131. Aksine, federasyonun kurulu\u015fundan beri s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flam \u00e7izgisi daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirildi ve birlik bayra\u011f\u0131 daha da y\u00fckseltildi. Ba\u015fta Sakarya Kafkas Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Muharrem Saran (ki, bence genel kurulun y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131yd\u0131) olmak \u00fczere, birli\u011fin kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan t\u00fcm genel kurul kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kutluyor ve toplumumuz ad\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum…<\/p>\n

Vacit Kad\u0131o\u011flu ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6revi devralan yeni y\u00f6netim kurulumuz, \u00e7ok zor \u015fartlarda tarihi bir sorumluluk \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir. En \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revleri, federasyonun \u00f6rg\u00fctsel g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve etkinli\u011fini genel kurulda v\u00fccut bulan sa\u011fduyuya uygun bir \u00e7izgide y\u00fckseltmek ve toplumumuzu federasyon \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda daha da b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmektir. Art\u0131k anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, sadece Adigeler ve Abazalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil t\u00fcm karde\u015f Kuzey Kafkas halklar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7are, ayn\u0131 federasyon \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7leri birle\u015ftirmektir. Genel kurul, yeni ba\u015fkana ve y\u00f6netim kuruluna bu yolda \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermeleri i\u00e7in hem g\u00f6rev hem yetki vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu genel kurul, daha kurumsal bir isti\u015fare mekanizmas\u0131na olan ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da net olarak ortaya koymu\u015ftur. \u0130lk g\u00fcnk\u00fc toplant\u0131da da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, ana ekseni federasyon \u00e7izgisinde olmak \u00fczere, farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve \u00f6nermeleri de kapsayacak bir dan\u0131\u015fma meclisinin kurulmas\u0131 ve bunun siyaset \u00fcreten bir kurum olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, federasyona g\u00fc\u00e7 ve dinamizm kazand\u0131racakt\u0131r. Bu yolla federasyon hem daha fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve proje \u00fcreten bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015facak hem de kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki unsurlarla daha yap\u0131c\u0131-sinerjik bir i\u015fbirli\u011fine imkan yaratacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Federasyonumuzun yeni y\u00f6netimi, 2014\u2019e kadar s\u00fcrecek ve her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da keskinle\u015fecek olan \u00e7ok kritik bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te g\u00f6rev yapacak. Kolay olmayacak. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. G\u00fcveniyorum.
