Arsa zengini \u00dcrd\u00fcn \u00c7erkeslerini hi\u00e7 duymam\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n dernek\u00e7isi Say\u0131n Bal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u201cBir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00c7erkes daha ilk g\u00fcnden d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yolunu tuttu. Aylar s\u00fcren bir yolculukla Rusya s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na geldiler ancak ne yapt\u0131larsa da hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015famad\u0131lar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7arp\u0131tma. Say\u0131n Bal, y\u0131llarca \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlanan \u201cBa\u015fbakanl\u0131k Ar\u015fivi Osmanl\u0131 Belgelerinde Kafkas G\u00f6\u00e7leri\u201d kitaplar\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle bir g\u00f6z atsayd\u0131, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc engelleme konusunda \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusyas\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6recekti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Normal yollarla d\u00f6nemeyeceklerini anlayan \u00c7erkesler Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n deste\u011fi ile \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lacak bir sava\u015f\u0131 kazanmak suretiyle vatanlar\u0131na, topraklar\u0131na kavu\u015fabileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar ve t\u00fcm g\u00fc\u00e7lerini Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimini bu konuda ikna etmeye y\u00f6nlendirdiler.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7: \u00c7erkeslerin anavatana D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc engelleyen Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7erkeslerin hat\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusyas\u0131\u2019na sava\u015f a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmek. Nitekim sava\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatan \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusyas\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. \u0130nternette bu sava\u015fa ili\u015fkin istemedi\u011finiz kadar bilgi bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Payla\u015f\u0131mlardan birinde \u00f6rne\u011fin \u201cRusya, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019ne yap\u0131lan tekliflerin reddedilmesi ve Balkanlar\u2019da gerekli reformlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019ne sava\u015f ilan etti\u011fini bir muht\u0131rayla Avrupa devletlerine de bildirdi.\u201d denmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1877-1878 Osmanl\u0131 Rus Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na (93 Harbi) B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu \u00c7erkeslerden olu\u015fan ordu G\u00fcrcistan \u00fczerinden Rusya\u2019ya girdi. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar alan ordu Abhazya\u2019y\u0131 ald\u0131 ancak sonraki g\u00fcnlerde \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ele ge\u00e7iren \u00c7arl\u0131k Ordusu Osmanl\u0131 ordusunu yenilgiye u\u011fratt\u0131. Vatana kavu\u015fma hayali Abhazlar\u0131n daha kapsaml\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc\u2026&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7arp\u0131tma ve eksik bilgi: Bu sava\u015fta \u00c7erkesler Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 de\u011fil, Osmanl\u0131 \u00c7erkesleri Kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re, sava\u015f su\u00e7lar\u0131 nedeniyle a) kimse idam edilmeyecektir. b) Genel af ilan edilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Durum budur ve T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmetince \u00f6zel olarak s\u00fcrg\u00fcn cezas\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 durumu yoktur.\u201d32<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1970\u2019lerin ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren derneklerin bir araya gelmesine ili\u015fkin bir dizi toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>5-6 Kas\u0131m 1977\u2019de Ankara\u2019da bu konuda karar al\u0131nmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir toplant\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O y\u0131llarda derneklerin birle\u015ftirilmesinin konu\u015fuldu\u011fu do\u011fru olmakla birlikte as\u0131l tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn m\u00fc kal\u0131\u015f\u0131n m\u0131 daha do\u011fru oldu\u011fu idi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devrimle t\u00fcm haklar\u0131m\u0131za kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fe de gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131nda olanlar, toplumda bu konunun tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve de galip gelen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmemiz gerekti\u011fini, nihai ama\u00e7ta birle\u015femedi\u011fimiz s\u00fcrece hi\u00e7bir konuda birlikte olamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 savunuyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Biz D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcler olarak toplumumuzun bu ayr\u0131m\u0131 yapacak bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyinde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 birlikte topluma bunlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrtecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gere\u011fini savunuyorduk. Ankara \u00f6ncesi Antalya\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dernekler aras\u0131 toplant\u0131da t\u00fcm s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerini bug\u00fcn gibi an\u0131msad\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u015fu c\u00fcmleleri tam \u00fc\u00e7 Kez yinelemek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArkada\u015flar derneklerimiz toplumumuzun temsilcisi de\u011fil. Y\u00f6netim Kurullar\u0131m\u0131z derneklerimizin temsilcisi de\u011fil. Buradaki delegeler de dernek y\u00f6netimlerinin temsilcisi de\u011fil. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u015fu ya da bu konuda alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z karar toplumumuzu etkilemez.\u201d Ancak \u00e7ok \u0131srar edilince Ankara toplant\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00fcndeme almak ko\u015fulu ile o g\u00fcn tart\u0131\u015fma ve bir karar\u0131 engelleyebilmi\u015ftik. Biz yine Ankara toplant\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6ncesi bir hamle daha yapt\u0131k ve yine Ankara\u2019da g\u00fcndem belirleme toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131k. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f-Kal\u0131\u015f tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n erken oldu\u011funu gereksiz oldu\u011funu savunduk ancak bir oy ile kaybettik. Tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ls\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde olan kazananlar bizim D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc savunamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini de fark edince \u00e7aresiz peki dedik.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen Ankara toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tek g\u00fcndem maddesi bu idi. \u00c7ok ciddi bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131ld\u0131. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ad\u0131na g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerimizi Say\u0131n \u015eamil Jane anlatt\u0131, savundu. Ertesi g\u00fcn de Kal\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar tezlerini savunacaklard\u0131. Ancak ak\u015fam\u0131nda Tsey Mahmut \u00d6zden\u2019in katledilmesi ile tart\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lamad\u0131 ve ortak bir karar al\u0131namad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1984 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren tekrar a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flayan dernekler 70\u2019lerdeki hareketlili\u011fin uza\u011f\u0131nda\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eksik. Ben 80 darbesinde \u0130skenderun Derne\u011fimizin Ba\u015fkan\u0131 idim. Dernekler masas\u0131 m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc dernekten arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 kayb\u0131m\u0131z Kenen Bozkurt\u2019un yak\u0131n dostu idi. Bize derne\u011fimizin sorunsuz olarak faaliyetlerine ba\u015flayabilece\u011fi bilgisini verdi. Kararnameye g\u00f6re dernekler ikiye ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bir dilek\u00e7e ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flayabilecek olanlar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in mahkeme karar\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen dernekler. \u015eansa bak\u0131n ki atanm\u0131\u015f \u0130skenderun kaymakam\u0131 da hastamd\u0131. Hemen randevu alm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve bir dilek\u00e7e ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Daha sonra bir\u00e7ok derne\u011fimizin 1984\u2019ten \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisine de ula\u015ft\u0131m. \u00dcz\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr ki bunlar\u0131 not etmedim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEkim 1989\u2019da Ankara\u2019da uluslararas\u0131 bir organizasyon olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u201cS\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn 125 Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 Anma\u201d etkinliklerinin diaspora tarihinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yeri vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden gelen delegeler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce insan\u0131n emek verdi\u011fi etkinlik D\u00fcnya \u00c7erkes Birli\u011finin temelini olu\u015fturdu. Bu etkinlikte toplumumuz ile ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n konu\u015fulmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli konu, diasporan\u0131n anavatan ile bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131yd\u0131. Toplant\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinin ana temas\u0131 da bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce olu\u015fturmu\u015ftu.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Eksik-Yanl\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Ben \u201culuslararas\u0131\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131n toplananlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 uluslardan oldu\u011fu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yapar korkusu ile \u201cdevletleraras\u0131 ulusal toplant\u0131\u201d diyorum. Etkinli\u011fin t\u0131rnak i\u00e7ine al\u0131nacak ad\u0131 da \u201c125. Y\u0131l K\u00fclt\u00fcr Haftas\u0131\u201d d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yeri gelmi\u015fken S\u00fcrg\u00fcn konusunda olaylar\u0131n geli\u015fimini bilmeyenlerin, D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ruhunu kavramam\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n \u00e7ok s\u0131k dile getirdikleri, o y\u0131llarda korktu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m demedi\u011fimiz yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fczelteyim. Ger\u00e7ekte biraz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclse T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, bir ba\u015fka \u00fclkeyi hedef alan ve \u00e7ok ta \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olmayan bir sesle, S\u00fcrg\u00fcn ya da Soyk\u0131r\u0131m demenin korkulacak bir \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinirdi. Y\u0131l K\u00fclt\u00fcr Haftas\u0131\u201d denmemiz D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ilkesi gere\u011fi idi. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn d\u00fcn de bug\u00fcn de ge\u00e7erli olan, gelecekte de ge\u00e7erli olacak ilkesi, anavatan ile diaspora ili\u015fkilerinin geli\u015fimini engelleyecek s\u00f6ylem ve eylemlerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmakt\u0131. Bu g\u00fcn de bir\u00e7ok s\u00f6ylem ve eyleme kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nedeni bu temel ilkedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ancak ve ancak bu ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015fmesi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilecektir. Anavatan kesiminin destekleyemeyece\u011fi, ili\u015fkilerin kopmas\u0131 sonucunu verecek s\u00f6ylem ve eylemlerde bulunup d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ften yana g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek bir \u201criya\u201dd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu etkinlik karar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 23.11.1987\u2019de Sovyetler Birli\u011finde glasnost-perestroyka hen\u00fcz ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nas\u0131l geli\u015fece\u011fi konusu bilinmiyordu. Anavatan kesimi s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz kavramlar\u0131 dile getiremiyorlard\u0131. Sonradan devlet t\u00f6reni ile yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanan anma toplant\u0131lar\u0131 hen\u00fcz yap\u0131lm\u0131yordu. Toplant\u0131ya anavatandan kat\u0131l\u0131m olmayabilirdi. Oysa as\u0131l olan \u00c7erkesin bulundu\u011fu her \u00fclkeden, \u00f6zellikle anavatandan delegelerin kat\u0131lmas\u0131 idi.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim 125. Y\u0131l etkinlikleri s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden bu yana \u00c7erkes bulunan t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerin delegelerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk etkinlik oldu. Binler kat\u0131ld\u0131 toplant\u0131ya salonlar almad\u0131. Biz T\u00fcrkiye delegeleri Ad\u0131\u011fe ve Abaza\u2019y\u0131 hep tek bir halk olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck ve g\u00f6r\u00fcyorduk. Nitekim se\u00e7ti\u011fimiz heyette bir delegemiz (\u00d6zdemir \u00d6zbay) ve iki g\u00f6zlemcimiz (Sabahattin Dinar ve Muhittin \u00dcnal) Abaza idi.<\/p>\n<p>Abhazya Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ardz\u0131nba b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla davet edilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in Genel Kurul\u2019a kat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ama yine b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla Aydg\u0131lara temsilcisi Argun Yura\u2019y\u0131 g\u00f6ndermi\u015fti. \u00c7erkes\u2019ten biri bayan iki Abaza daha Argun Yura\u2019ya e\u015flik ediyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcn Ad\u0131\u011fe-Abaza \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olmas\u0131na itiraz ediliyordu. \u00c7ok uzun ve \u015fiddetli tart\u0131\u015fmalar oldu. Almanya delegeleri, Nal\u00e7ik\u2019ten Nihat Bidanuk ve \u015eenibe Yura\u2019n\u0131n destekleri ve Argun Yura\u2019n\u0131n \u201c\u00c7erkes s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bizi kapsar\u201d demesi bile yeterli olmuyordu. Abazalar\u0131n birlikteli\u011fi kabul edilmedi\u011finde \u00f6rg\u00fcte kat\u0131lmama kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerine D\u00c7B Ad\u0131\u011fe Abaza \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olarak do\u011fdu.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak \u00f6rg\u00fct daha 2 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 doldurmadan, 7-8 Ekim1992&#8217;de hakl\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn nedenlerle D\u00fcnya Abhaz Abazin Kongresi kuruldu. Yeni \u00f6rg\u00fct kurulmu\u015f ama D\u00c7B&#8217;den de ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1993&#8217;teki kongrede D\u00c7B Genel Sekreterli\u011fe se\u00e7ildi\u011fim g\u00fcnden itiberen bu ili\u015fki \u015feklinin yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu hep dile getirdim. \u0130ki D\u00fcnya \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn Federasyon kurmalar\u0131n\u0131 savundum. Ancak kimselere anlatamad\u0131m. 2-4 Ekim 2009 tarihindeki VIII Genel Kurulda D\u00fcnya Abhaz &#8211; Abazin\u00a0 kongresi &#8220;ayr\u0131lsak da beraberiz&#8221; slogan\u0131 ile D\u00c7B&#8217;den ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Ben hala iki karde\u015f d\u00fcnya \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc Federasyon olu\u015fturup yak\u0131n ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131n\u0131n daha do\u011fru olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Kurucular, D\u00fcnya \u00c7erkes Birli\u011fini hi\u00e7bir zaman T\u00fcm Kuzey Kafkasya halklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc gibi g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftir. D\u00c7B\u2019nin bug\u00fcne kadarki belgelerinin hi\u00e7birinde \u00c7erkes, T\u00fcm Kuzey Kafkasya Halklar\u0131 anlam\u0131na kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00c7B karde\u015f halklar\u0131n hi\u00e7birini \u00d6rg\u00fcte kat\u0131lmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmam\u0131\u015f, halklar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri de D\u00c7B\u2019ye kat\u0131lmak iste\u011finde bulunmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu 1998 de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecinin resmi ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihi idi. Bu karde\u015flerimiz anavatana sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6nmemi\u015f, ancak i\u00e7 sava\u015f d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ilk d\u00f6nen 21 aile sava\u015ftan bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca yeni bir m\u00fcte\u015febbis heyet kurularak di\u011fer derneklerle temaslara devam edilmesi benimsendi.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7ta kurucu \u00fcyelerle 4 Nisan 1993 tarihinde Ankara\u2019da yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da ve 21 Dernek \u00e7evresinden 104 kurucu \u00fcyenin imzas\u0131yla KAF-DER\u2019in kurulu\u015f beyannamesi 5 Nisan 1993 tarihinde Ankara Valili\u011fi\u2019ne teslim edilerek, T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7erkeslerinin tek merkezli yegane \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn resmen kurulu\u015fu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve ge\u00e7ici y\u00f6netim se\u00e7ildi. Toplant\u0131 sonunda yay\u0131mlanan sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinde, &#8220;Dernekler aras\u0131 koordinasyonu sa\u011flayacak bir yap\u0131 modeli \u00f6ncelikle belirlenmeli ve gere\u011fi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; denilmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p>pe\u015f pe\u015fe yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131lardan sonra sekizinci toplant\u0131 10-11 Ekim 1992 tarihlerinde Ankara&#8217;da yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve merkezi Ankara&#8217;da olmak \u00fczere Kafkas Derne\u011fi&#8217;nin (Kaf-Der) kurulmas\u0131na karar verildi. Sonu\u00e7 olarak 4 Nisan 1993 tarihinde 104 kurucu ile Ankara&#8217;da yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da kurulu\u015f beyannamesi imzalanarak imzalanarak, 5 Nisan 1993 tarihinde Ankara Valili\u011fi&#8217;ne teslim edildi ve Kaf-Der resmen kuruldu. KAF-KUR&#8217;u yok sayarak kurucu \u00fcye olunamayaca\u011f\u0131 kendilerine\u00a0 defalarca anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa da nedense anlamazdan gelirler.<\/p>\n<p>Kitaptaki eksikleri tamamlamak, yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u00fczeltmek i\u00e7in kitap hacminde olmasa bile en az yar\u0131 hacminde ikinci bir kitap yazmak gerekecek inan\u0131n. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ayr\u0131nt\u0131lara tak\u0131lmay\u0131m diyorum ama Say\u0131n Bal&#8217;\u0131n yine g\u00f6rmezden geldi\u011fi bir olay var ki \u00e7ok ama \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.
