O, XX nci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n otuzlu y\u0131llar\u0131 ortas\u0131nda olu\u015fan s\u0131cak politik atmosferin yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filer aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ulusal meselelerle fazla ilgilendi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle burjuva milliyet\u00e7isi olarak su\u00e7lan\u0131p 1930 da tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Korku nedir bilmeyen, herkesten farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rebilen Seferbiy&#8217;den ho\u015flanmayanlar vard\u0131. E\u011fitimli, bilgili Seferbiy&#8217;i y\u00f6netmek kolay olmuyordu. Ard\u0131ndan devlet bask\u0131lar\u0131 d\u00f6nemi geldi. Bu bilim insanlar\u0131 Seferbiy&#8217;in emeklerinin zayi olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyet sisteminin ilk kuruldu\u011fu y\u0131llarda S\u0130YUGH Seferbiy ilk \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizden biriydi ama o salt bir \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak kalmad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda pedagog, ayd\u0131n ve devlet g\u00f6revlisi olarak da kendini g\u00f6sterdi. \u00c7e\u015fitli hizmet birimlerinde ayn\u0131 anda birka\u00e7 g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlenerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 1921 den itibaren Adige \u00fclke y\u00fcr\u00fctme kurulunda e\u011fitimden birinci derecede sorumlu k\u0131\u015fiydi. 1928-29 y\u0131llar\u0131nda M\u0131yekuape \u00d6\u011fretmen Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcyd\u00fc. O ekim devrimi \u00f6ncesinde halk\u0131m\u0131zla ilgili tan\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 yaz\u0131lar yazan en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kalemimizdir. Da\u011fl\u0131lar i\u00e7in zorunlu Rus okullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 uygun bulmuyor, anadillerinde e\u011fitim veren okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyordu.&#8221; Anadilde e\u011fitimin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 okullarda etno\u011frafya, tarih, yerel co\u011frafya ile ilgili bilgilerin \u00e7ocuklara verilemeyece\u011fi gibi bu t\u00fcr okullardaki tek amac\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce Rusla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Hristiyanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu okullara \u00e7ocuklar bilgisiz girip, bilgisiz \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorlar&#8221;-diyordu. (2-48)<\/p>\n<p>Seferbiy halk\u0131n e\u011fitimi ile ilgili sorunlar \u00fczerine yazarken biryandan da sahip oldu\u011fu profesyonel pedagoji bilimini esas alarak Rus\u00e7a ve anadilde ders kitaplar\u0131, yard\u0131mc\u0131 edebiyat ders kitaplar\u0131, alfabe gibi konular \u00fczerinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in kurslar d\u00fczenliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Seferbiy en az edebiyat kadar halk\u0131n tarihinin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi konusu \u00fczerinde de duruyordu.&#8221; Ulusal felaketten \u00f6nce \u00c7ar II nci Aleksand\u0131r&#8217;\u0131n Abadzehlere geli\u015fi, Tli\u015fe \u015eutsejiko Tseyko&#8221; adl\u0131 1914\u2019te kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 makale bu t\u00fcr bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Onun yaz\u0131lar\u0131ndan yararlanarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc daha iyi anlayabilir, gelece\u011fimizi daha dikkatli kurgulayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcz\u00fcnt\u00fcyle belirtmek gerekirse bu tarihsel olaydan tarihimizin daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in bu g\u00fcnde yeterince yararlan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.
