Her y\u0131l sonunda oturup biraz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcm, bu y\u0131l neler ya\u015fad\u0131m, neler ya\u015fad\u0131k diye. Bazen de ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131 unutmamak i\u00e7in k\u0131sa notlar al\u0131r\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7enlerde notlar\u0131m\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken 2004 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fc yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir yaz\u0131 ili\u015fti g\u00f6z\u00fcme. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda beni en \u00e7ok etkileyen olaylar\u0131 s\u0131ralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bunlardan biri de ana dilde yap\u0131lan yay\u0131nlar idi.<\/p>\n

Avrupa Birli\u011fi yolunda \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yasalardan biriydi ana dilde yay\u0131n.<\/p>\n

TBMM\u2019den 3 A\u011fustos 2002 tarihinde kabul edilerek 9 A\u011fustos 2002 tarih ve 24841 say\u0131l\u0131 resmi gazetede yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 4771 say\u0131l\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli kanunlarda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kanunun (3.uyum paketi) T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famlar\u0131nda geleneksel olarak kulland\u0131klar\u0131 farkl\u0131 dil ve leh\u00e7elerde yay\u0131na ili\u015fkin 8. maddeyi i\u00e7eren bir yasa ile kendi dilimizde yay\u0131n yapma ve kurs a\u00e7abilme izni alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n

Kafkas Dernekleri Federasyonu\u2019nun bir dizi giri\u015fimleri sonucunda da 10 Haziran 2004 tarihinden itibaren TRT3 kanal\u0131nda her Per\u015fembe 10:30-11:00 saatleri aras\u0131nda \u201cK\u00fclt\u00fcrel Zenginli\u011fimiz\u201d ad\u0131 ile kendi dilimizde yay\u0131nlar\u0131 izlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131k.<\/p>\n

Kimileri hi\u00e7 be\u011fenmese de, \u201cbu da yay\u0131n m\u0131 can\u0131m, olsa da olur olmasa da\u201d deseler de ilk izledi\u011fimde nas\u0131l heyecanland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 anlatamam. Bir devlet televizyonunda kendi dilimde haber dinliyor, belgesel izliyor, \u015fark\u0131lara e\u015flik ediyordum.<\/p>\n

Ocak ay\u0131 sonuna yay\u0131n yapmaya ba\u015flayacak bu yay\u0131nlarda, radyolar haftada 5 saat, televizyonlar ise haftada 4 saat yay\u0131n yapabilecekler.<\/p>\n
