Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda diyalektik anlat\u0131mlarla son ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeleri tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye Kafkas Diasporas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bahsetmi\u015ftik.<\/p>\n

Diaspora toplumlar\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle de Kafkas diasporas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131ndan bir tanesi hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz bir olamamak, birlikte hareket edememektir.<\/p>\n

Her grupta, her \u00f6rg\u00fctte, her toplumda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler olmas\u0131 normaldir. Anormal olan farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 payla\u015fmamak, ortak bir payday\u0131 kabul etmemektir.<\/p>\n

Peki nedir bu ortak payda?<\/p>\n

Ortak payday\u0131 belirleyen en \u00f6nemli unsur bence \u00f6nceliklerdir. Ortak bir paydan\u0131n olmamas\u0131 da bu \u00f6nceliklerin bireylere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Toplumun geneline y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nceliklerden ziyade bireysel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan bireysel \u00f6nceliklerin bask\u0131n olmas\u0131 ortak payda aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da sekteye u\u011fratmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Buradan her ne olursa olsun tek bir ortak payda olaca\u011f\u0131 fikri de \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Toplumlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik konularda birden fazla \u00f6nceli\u011finin olmas\u0131, birden fazla ortak payday\u0131 da beraberinde getirir. Yani toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7oklu\u011fu, ayn\u0131 zaman diliminde bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in birden fazla ortak paydal\u0131 gruplar meydana getirir.<\/p>\n

Kafkas diasporas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst ortak paydas\u0131 ise \u201cKafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u201dd\u00fcr. Kafkas k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc temel al\u0131nmadan yap\u0131lan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc giri\u015fim ya da faaliyet beraberinde ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de getirecektir.<\/p>\n

Kafkas k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bug\u00fcn \u00f6zellikle diasporada yozla\u015fm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kendi karakteri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka karakterlere b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u015fikard\u0131r. Bunda su\u00e7 hi\u00e7bir toplumun de\u011fil, sadece Kafkas toplumunundur.<\/p>\n

Kurulu derneklerin daha do\u011frusu t\u00fcm Kafkas toplumunun bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 birbirine yak\u0131n faaliyetlere bakarsak bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn nas\u0131l bu g\u00fcne geldi\u011fi sorusuna yeterli bir cevap olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
