Bu anlamda Federasyon, \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fayan Kafkas topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda dostluk ve bar\u0131\u015f k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturacaklar\u0131na, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik i\u015fbirli\u011finin geli\u015fti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, bu dostluk ili\u015fkisinin g\u00fc\u00e7lenece\u011fine inan\u0131r.
