(Gramsci, 1971) Bir tanesi profesyonel entelekt\u00fceller, di\u011feri ise organik entelekt\u00fcellerdir. Profesyonel entelekt\u00fceller bizim kalem efendisi olarak tan\u0131mlayabilece\u011fimiz, siyasal iktidar ile dirsek temas\u0131nda bulunan, bir anlamda siyasal iktidar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tan ve temsil eden \u201cmemur\u201d diyebilece\u011fimiz entelekt\u00fcellerdir. Organik entelekt\u00fceller ise, \u00f6zellikle az\u0131nl\u0131klar diyebilece\u011fimiz, kad\u0131nlar, \u00e7ocuklar, gen\u00e7ler, etnik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, dinsel az\u0131nl\u0131klar gibi kendilerini kamusal alanda ifade edemeyen gruplar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ve taleplerini kamusal alana ta\u015f\u0131yan entelekt\u00fcellerdir. Bu entelekt\u00fcellerin s\u00f6z konusu gruplarla organik ba\u011flar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u201c Bu al\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 ben de benimsedim ancak, Say\u0131n Kaya\u2019n\u0131n \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmesini \u00e7ok s\u0131\u011f buluyorum:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7erkeslerin, K\u00fcrtlerin ve Alevilerin son y\u0131llardaki k\u00fcreselle\u015fme, modernle\u015fme ve kentle\u015fme s\u00fcreleriyle birlikte kendi organik entelekt\u00fcellerini yeti\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kaf-Der\u2019in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi yay\u0131nlar, Nart dergisi ve \u0130stanbul\u2019daki \u00c7ivi yaz\u0131lar\u0131, Nart Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 ve benzeri yay\u0131nlar ile birlikte son yirmi y\u0131lda bu alanda inan\u0131lmaz bir zenginli\u011fin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Evet, bu ne s\u0131\u011fl\u0131k, bu ne denli bilgi yoksunlu\u011fu, anlamak g\u00fc\u00e7. Oysa ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir de\u011ferlendirme, son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle Kaf-Kur\u2019dan Kaf-Der\u2019e ge\u00e7ildikten sonra organik entelekt\u00fcellerin de\u011fil, profesyonel entelekt\u00fcellerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, dahas\u0131, \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr ki \u00e7ok say\u0131da organik entelekt\u00fcelimizin de profesyonel entelekt\u00fcele d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyacakt\u0131r. Say\u0131lar\u0131 daha da \u00e7ok artanlar ise adlar\u0131 kendilerinde sakl\u0131 \u201csanal entelekt\u00fceller\u201d ve sevgili Rag\u0131p Mete\u2019nin deyimi ile \u201ctatl\u0131 su \u00c7erkesleridir\u201d. Bunlara \u201cd\u00f6nemsel \u00c7erkesleri\u201d de eklememek kendilerine haks\u0131zl\u0131k olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Say\u0131n Kaya, \u00c7erkeslerle olan dostlu\u011funun etkisinde kalm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131 ki, konu \u00c7erkesler olunca bilimsel kimli\u011finden uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi bilgilerle yetinmi\u015f ve olan\u0131n tam tersi bir \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mda bulunmu\u015ftur. \u00dcz\u00fclmemek elde de\u011fil. Say\u0131n yazar, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bir \u201cd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck\u201d oyunu sanacak kadar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ruhundan uzak, izin verildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde T\u00fcrkiye mozayi\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131, yok oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye temel, gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen zaman diliminde g\u00f6reve s\u00fcr\u00fclen g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc demokrat, yol g\u00f6sterildi\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp dur dendi\u011finde z\u0131nk diye duran ve g\u00fcya olmazsa olmaz g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri m\u00fccadelde cepheye gitmeyi g\u00f6ze alamayan ayd\u0131n\u0131ms\u0131lar\u0131, \u201corganik entelekt\u00fcel\u201d payesi ile \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa bilindi\u011fi gibi organik entelekt\u00fcellerin alamet-i farikas\u0131 (ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi) halktan yana, d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bedel \u00f6demeyi g\u00f6ze almalar\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131kl\u0131kla bedel de \u00f6demeleridir.
