Kuzey Kafkasya dillerinin hangi alfabeyi kullanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusu son zamanlarda tart\u0131\u015fmalara neden oluyor. Bu konuda en do\u011fru ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 karar\u0131 elbette anavatandaki hem\u015fehrilerimiz al\u0131r. Ancak bizde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi belirtelim.<\/p>\n

Kuzey Kafkasya’daki\u00a0 yay\u0131nlar\u0131n hepsi Kiril alfabesiyle yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Daha \u00f6nceleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm yay\u0131nlarda da ayn\u0131 alfabe kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yeni alfabeye ge\u00e7mek o kadar kolay g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Bir ba\u015fka s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 da Latin alfabesine ge\u00e7i\u015fte harflerin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konusudur. Biliyorsunuz, Latin alfabesindeki harfler farkl\u0131 okunuyor. \u0130ngilizce ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019den ilk 5 harfi \u00f6rnekleyelim.<\/p>\n

\u0130ngilizce: A=ey, B=bi, C=si, D=di, E=i<\/p>\n

\u015eu anda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki hem\u015fehrilerimiz dilimizdeki s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri, Latin alfabesini kullanarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7e okunu\u015funa g\u00f6re yaz\u0131yorlar. Bu ne kadar do\u011fru? \u00d6rnek verelim; SETENAY GUA\u015eE. Bu iki kelimeyi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e okunu\u015funa g\u00f6re b\u00f6yle yazabiliriz. Ancak bunu T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilmeyen ki\u015fi Setenay\u2019\u0131 SET\u0130NEY olarak okuyabilir, Gua\u015fe\u2019yi hi\u00e7 okuyamaz. E\u011fer onlar\u0131n okuyaca\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imde yazarsak o zaman SATANAY GUASHE yazmak gerekecek.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fka bir \u00f6rnek verelim: Ps\u0131 G\u0131zet (su getir). T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda (\u0131) harfi kullanman\u0131z gerekecek, ancak \u0131 harfi T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00f6zg\u00fc bir harf, ayr\u0131ca Ps\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki (s) ve (\u0131) harfi ne olacak? Yani \u015f\u00f6yle yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek PCE. G\u0131zet i\u00e7inde ayn\u0131 sorun var.<\/p>\n

Sonu\u00e7 olarak, Kiril alfabesini Latin alfabesine \u00e7evirmek \u00f6yle kolay bir i\u015f de\u011fildir. Hele Kuzey Kafkas dilleri gibi neredeyse 60\u2019a yak\u0131n sesin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir dilde neredeyse olanaks\u0131z. Hadi olanaks\u0131z demeyelim de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi zor diyelim.<\/p>\n

Uluslararas\u0131 ileti\u015fimde Latin alfabesi de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. E\u011fer b\u00f6yle bir yol denenecekse en az\u0131ndan harflerin \u0130ngilizce okunmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 daha do\u011fru bir yol olacakt\u0131r. \u015e, \u00c7, \u011e, \u0130, \u00d6, \u00dc gibi harfler kesinlikle kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun zorlu\u011funu T\u00fcrk\u00e7e klavyesi olmayanlar iyi bilir.<\/p>\n

Harf \u00fcretilmesinde; m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca \u00f6zel i\u015faretli harflerden de uzak durmak gerek. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her yeni imge bilgisayar teknolojisinden, bask\u0131 i\u015flemlerine kadar bir dizi ekonomik sorunlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131n\u0131za \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r. Ondan da \u00f6tesi Kiril\u2019i okuyam\u0131yorlar derken onlarca imgeli harfi de okuyamayacaklar. \u00c7o\u011fu insan \u00f6rne\u011fin Alman alfabesindeki (\u00e4) harfini ya da Frans\u0131z alfabesindeki (\u00e9) harfinin nas\u0131l okundu\u011funu bilmez. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019de kullan\u0131lan \u015f, \u00e7, \u00fc, \u0131, \u00f6 harflerini de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilmeyenler okuyam\u0131yor. Kendi dilimizde e\u011fer ille de Latin alfabesi kullan\u0131lacaksa o zaman harflerin \u0130ngilizce okunu\u015fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u015e harfi yerine SH harflerini kullanmak gibi.<\/p>\n

Konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz dildeki t\u00fcm seslerin Latin alfabesindeki harflere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi konusunda zaten dilbilimciler gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Burada \u00f6nemli olan, e\u011fer t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyayla ileti\u015fim nedeniyle Latin\u2019i se\u00e7mek istiyorsak, asla T\u00fcrk alfabesinin sesleri tercih edilmemelidir.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm bunlara kar\u015f\u0131n Kiril alfabesi do\u011fru tercih g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Sonu\u00e7 olarak geli\u015fmemizin \u00f6n\u00fcnde, harflerin bi\u00e7imi bir engel de\u011fil. Buna en g\u00fczel \u00f6rnek de Japonlar. Onlar\u0131n ki, Kiril alfabesi gibi de de\u011fil. Resimlerden olu\u015fan bir alfabe. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n gerek geleneklerini korumada gerek ekonomide \u015fu anda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen \u00fclkelerinden biri.<\/p>\n

Bu nedenle Kuzey Kafkas dillerinin Latin olmas\u0131 bir s\u0131\u00e7ramaya neden olmaz. Olsayd\u0131, Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra Latin alfabesini se\u00e7en cumhuriyetler \u015fimdi bulunduklar\u0131 yerde olmazlard\u0131. \u0130\u015fte buyurun Azerbaycan!<\/p>\n

As\u0131l e\u011filinmesi gereken konu alfabe de\u011fil. \u00dcretim. Bu konuda ne yap\u0131labilir, bunun \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fmak gerekir. Sizin hi\u00e7 endi\u015feniz olmas\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015f bir \u00fclke olursan\u0131z kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z alfabenin hi\u00e7 \u00f6nemi kalmaz. Siz bilgisayar teknolojisi yaratabilmeye bak\u0131n. Al\u0131c\u0131lar sizin dilinizi seve seve kendi dillerine \u00e7evirirler. Kuzey Kafkasya\u2019y\u0131 turizm cenneti yap\u0131n. Gelen misafirler \u201caaa\u2026Burada kiril alfabesi var d\u00f6nelim\u201d demezler.<\/p>\n
