10 mart 1995 tarihinde kabul edilen anayasa, tarihsel ve hukuki ba\u011flamda cumhuriyetimiz i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir olay oldu. Rusya federasyonu b\u00f6lgelerinden birisi olan Ad\u0131geyin geli\u015fimi yolunu bu belge ayd\u0131nlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Cumhuriyetimizin stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc peki\u015ftiren bu anayasa ile cumhuriyetimiz devlet sisteminin yap\u0131lanmas\u0131-geli\u015fmesinde, ekonomi ve sosyal alanlarda daha ileri gitmesinde, farkl\u0131 etnisite ve dinlere mensup halk\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131ndaki anala\u015f\u0131n\u0131n peki\u015ftirilmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck faydalar sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ad\u0131geyin bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda Anayasam\u0131z yat\u0131yor. Anayasa cumhuriyetimizin imar\u0131nda ve halk\u0131n ya\u015fam standart\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesinde g\u00fczel olanaklar sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Anaysam\u0131z\u0131da belirtilen konular\u0131 eksiksiz yerine getirirsek, yeni ba\u015far\u0131lar kazan\u0131r, b\u00fcy\u00fck projeler, sorumluluklar\u0131n alt\u0131ndan kalkaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za \u015f\u00fcphe duymuyoruz.<\/p>\n
