Bu r\u00f6portaj-haberin ne kadar\u0131n\u0131n r\u00f6portaj\u0131 veren Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli\u2019nin s\u00f6ylediklerini, ne kadar\u0131n\u0131n da r\u00f6portaj\u0131 alan ve haberi haz\u0131rlayanlar\u0131n yorumunu yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemiyorum. Ancak bu r\u00f6portaj-haber, bir\u00e7ok bak\u0131mdan say\u0131s\u0131z yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da okuyucuyu yanl\u0131\u015f bilgilendiriyor. Bunun da \u00f6tesinde konuya taraf olanlar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bu sebeple, r\u00f6portaj\u0131 verenin mi yoksa r\u00f6portaj\u0131 alan ve haberi haz\u0131rlayanlar\u0131n m\u0131 kusurlu davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir anlam ve \u00f6nemi yok art\u0131k. Ku\u015fkusuz Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli\u2019nin 1 Nisan 2008 tarihinde Radikal Gazetesi\u2019nde yay\u0131nlanan ve \u0130smail Saymaz\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cCumapoba \u0130rden, Nena\u00e7kuni Dimencelen\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 r\u00f6portaj-haberde s\u00f6yledikleri ve Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin internette yay\u0131mlanan resm\u00ee sitesinde as\u0131l\u0131 baz\u0131 yaz\u0131lar da G\u00fcnl\u00fck Gazetesi\u2019nde yay\u0131mlanan bu r\u00f6portaj-habere ili\u015fkin ele\u015ftirilerime katk\u0131 sunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fta hemen s\u00f6yleyeyim: \u201cNananenas oslopu minon\u201d Lazca d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir ifade de\u011fildir. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp Lazca s\u00f6ylemenin klasik bir tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Aynen \u201cDidi Lazuri Nenapuna\u201d ifadesinde oldu\u011fu gibi!\u00a0 \u201c\u2026K\u00fcrtlerden sonra\u2026 Lazlar da\u2026\u201d ifadesi Lazlar\u0131, Lazcay\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan bir ifade. K\u00fcrtler olmadan, Lazlar kendilerini ifade edemezler mi? Tahminlerine g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k \u201c3 milyon ki\u015fi Lazcay\u0131 konu\u015fuyor\u201dmu\u015f ve \u201cbu say\u0131 i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fil\u201dmi\u015f! Say\u0131n\u0131n ne \u00f6nemi var?! \u0130stersen 100 ki\u015filik bir k\u00f6yde ya\u015fa. \u00d6nemli olan dilini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fatma m\u00fccadelesi vermen. Hem kim say\u0131m yapm\u0131\u015f ki?! Kim kimin ne kadar oldu\u011funu nas\u0131l bilebilir? S\u0131k s\u0131k Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin Lazcay\u0131 korumak ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kuruldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen bir ki\u015finin \u201cLazca k\u00f6ye \u00f6zg\u00fc bir dil. Geleneksel yap\u0131ya \u00f6zg\u00fc bir dil. Modern toplum dillerine nazaran geriye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f.\u201d diyerek Lazcay\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsemesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?!\u00a0 B\u00f6ylesi bir ifade anadillerini \u00f6\u011frenmek a\u015fk\u0131yla yan\u0131p tutu\u015fan Laz gen\u00e7lerinin dillerini ara\u015ft\u0131rma, sahiplenme, \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015ftirme \u015fevklerini k\u0131rmaz m\u0131? Onlar\u0131 \u201cne u\u011fra\u015fal\u0131m, zaten k\u0131yt\u0131r\u0131k bir dilimiz varm\u0131\u015f\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine sevk etmez mi? Heyecanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmez mi? T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki konumuz b\u00fct\u00fcn dillerin k\u00f6ye ve k\u00f6y \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerine \u00f6zg\u00fc oldu\u011funu ve Lazcay\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar ta\u015f\u0131yan\u0131n da bu oldu\u011funu kavramak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok bilgili olmaya gerek yok. Zu\u011fa\u015fi Berepe\u2019yi de bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenen k\u00f6y dilinin var etti\u011fini ve besledi\u011fini bilmiyor musunuz? Lazcay\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyenlerin a\u011fz\u0131yla konu\u015fmak burjuva resm\u00ee tarih anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve resm\u00ee ideolojisinin yan\u0131nda saf tutmaktan ba\u015fka nedir ki?!<\/p>\n<p>CHP&#8217;nin tek parti diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 1930\u2019larda g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye y\u00f6nelik nafaka ekonomisi ili\u015fkilerinin h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu Lazcan\u0131n da konu\u015fuldu\u011fu y\u00f6relerde ulusal sanayinin kapitalist \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerini ve kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiremedi\u011fini, yerel \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerini tasfiye edemedi\u011fini ve bu sebeple de Lazcay\u0131 do\u011fal bir yok olu\u015f s\u00fcrecine s\u00fcr\u00fckleyemedi\u011fini siz bilmiyor musunuz? \u0130ki dillili\u011fi destekleyecek ve geli\u015ftirecek politikalar yerine, Lazcan\u0131n burjuva resm\u00ee ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezleri ile ortadan kald\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 okumad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131? Bu ba\u011flamda\u00a0 asimilasyon politikalar\u0131ndan, uygulanm\u0131\u015f bask\u0131lardan, olu\u015fturulan korku havas\u0131ndan haberiniz yok mu?! CHP&#8217;nin tek parti diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Lazcay\u0131 k\u00f6ye ve eve hapsetme ve sonra da yok etme politikas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemezlikten gelerek Lazcay\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyen ifadeleri aktarmak yak\u0131\u015f\u0131ks\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(Lazcan\u0131n) Yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerinin hen\u00fcz 19. as\u0131rdan \u00f6teye gidemedi\u011fi\u201d de yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Nereden biliniyor? H\u0131ristiyan bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe de sahip bir Lazcan\u0131n ar\u015fivine ili\u015fkin bu kadar kesin konu\u015fma hakk\u0131n\u0131 size kim veriyor? Bu konulara neden giriyor? E\u011fer sorulmu\u015fsa bile, bu t\u00fcr durumlarda, \u201cbenim bildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla\u201d, \u201c\u015fimdi bilinenler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda\u201d gibi \u00f6n a\u00e7\u0131klama yapma ihtiyac\u0131 neden hissedilmiyor?! B\u0131rakal\u0131m b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131! Acaba Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi, kitapl\u0131\u011f\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r? Bu k\u00fct\u00fcphane veya kitapl\u0131kta son on be\u015f y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Lazlar ve Lazcaya ili\u015fkin yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f kitap, s\u00f6zl\u00fck ve dergilerden acaba ka\u00e7\u0131 bulunuyor?! \u201cLazcan\u0131n yok olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in sadece bir televizyon kanal\u0131n\u0131n veya \u00fcniversitelerde bir k\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcn yeterli olmayaca\u011f\u0131na\u201d da dikkat \u00e7ekilmi\u015f ve \u201canadilde e\u011fitim ve anadilde yay\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi gerekti\u011fi\u201d s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n hangi yeti\u015fmi\u015f eleman ile yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na ise hi\u00e7 de\u011finilmemi\u015f; b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l yap\u0131labilece\u011fine ili\u015fkin, \u00f6nce projeler geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fine ili\u015fkin hi\u00e7bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylenmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kendi \u00fcyelerine y\u00f6nelik uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir Lazca dil program\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r ki, derne\u011fin internetteki resm\u00ee sitesinde, \u201c\u2026TRT taraf\u0131ndan, Lazca yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi takdirde; TRT taraf\u0131ndan gelecek talep do\u011frultusunda, Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 TRT\u2019nin hizmetine sunmaya da haz\u0131rd\u0131r&#8230;\u201d denilmektedir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapan dernek y\u00f6netim kurulu, madem TRT\u2019nin taleplerine bile cevap verecek bir birikim ve donan\u0131ma sahip neden\u00a0 en az\u0131ndan internet \u00fczerinden bir radyo yay\u0131n\u0131 yapmamaktad\u0131r?!<\/p>\n<p>Dernek y\u00f6netim kurulunun ayn\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeler de dikkat \u00e7ekici: \u201cTRT, 7 Haziran 2004 tarihinde be\u015f farkl\u0131 dilde yay\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat yay\u0131na ba\u015flanan diller aras\u0131nda Lazcaya yer verilmemi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine 28.06.2004 tarihinde ve 13050 say\u0131 ile ve 25.05.2005 tarihinde 11522 say\u0131 ile Lazca yay\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde Derne\u011fimizin kurucu \u00fcyesi, ba\u015fkan\u0131, y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi olan \u00fcyelerimiz taraf\u0131ndan tekrar ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmu\u015ftur. Fakat ge\u00e7en d\u00f6rt y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde talebimize olumlu cevap al\u0131namam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d L\u00e2f TRT\u2019nin takip\u00e7isi olundu\u011funa getiriliyor. Bir \u015feyler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ima ediliyor. Hopa\u2019daki bir k\u00f6y\u00fcn sitesi olan www.lazcayayinistiyorum.azlaguyi.com vas\u0131tas\u0131yla toplanan binlerce imzan\u0131n \u201cLazlar da TV istiyor\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 13 Ocak 2009 g\u00fcnl\u00fc Milliyet Gazetesi\u2019nde Meri\u00e7 Tafolar taraf\u0131ndan haber yap\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi ad\u0131na TRT\u2019ye 16 Ocak 2009 tarihinde palas pand\u0131ras ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 ne anlama geliyor? Ortak bir proje haz\u0131rlad\u0131ktan sonra TRT\u2019ye ba\u015fvurulamaz m\u0131yd\u0131?! Bu acelecilik niye?! Ayr\u0131ca TRT\u2019ye ba\u015fvuru yapmak i\u00e7in dernek olmak da gerekmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Neden TRT beklendi?! Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli, \u201cYa\u015fam Radyo\u201dda uzunca bir zaman \u201cRadyo Cixa\u201d adl\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bir program haz\u0131rlay\u0131p sundu.\u00a0 TRT Lazca yay\u0131n yapmad\u0131, diye s\u0131zlan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na, \u201cRadyo Cixa\u201dda neden Lazca yay\u0131n haz\u0131rlan\u0131p sunulmad\u0131? Hem Esat Sar\u0131 ve \u0130smail Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u201c\u00c7evre Radyo\u201d deneyimi de \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilirdi.<\/p>\n<p>1 Nisan 2008 tarihli Radikal Gazetesi\u2019nde yay\u0131nlanan r\u00f6portaj-haberde \u015fu sat\u0131rlara da yer verilmi\u015f: \u201c\u2026Elbette \u00f6ncelik, dile verilecek. Be\u015fli, \u2018Dilimiz her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn kayboluyor. Annemizin konu\u015ftu\u011fu Lazcay\u0131 anlam\u0131yoruz. O\u011flum da beni anlam\u0131yor\u2019 diyor\u2026\u201d\u00a0 Bu s\u00f6zlerin \u00fczerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen, Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, b\u0131rak\u0131n somut bir uygulamay\u0131, ortaya cidd\u00ee bir proje sunabilmi\u015f midir?! Buna ra\u011fmen, yine derne\u011fin internetteki resm\u00ee sitesinde, \u201cLazca ve Lazlar \u00fczerine s\u00f6ylenecek ne kadar s\u00f6z varsa hepsini s\u00f6ylemek iddias\u0131yla kurulan Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2026\u201d ifadesinin de kullan\u0131labilmesi gariptir!<\/p>\n<p>Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli ile r\u00f6portaj yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra gerek Radikal Gazetesi\u2019nde ve gerekse de G\u00fcnl\u00fck Gazetesi\u2019nde yay\u0131mlanan r\u00f6portaj-haberlerde, Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli\u2019nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve de\u011ferlendirmelerinin, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Lazlar\u0131\u201dn\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve de\u011ferlendirmeleriymi\u015f gibi aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, r\u00f6portaj\u0131 verenin de\u011filse, r\u00f6portaj\u0131 al\u0131p r\u00f6portaj-haberleri haz\u0131rlayanlar\u0131n hatas\u0131d\u0131r. Memedali Bar\u0131\u015f Be\u015fli\u2019nin de\u011fil \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Lazlar\u0131\u201d, Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, dernek y\u00f6netim kurulu ad\u0131na bile konu\u015fabilece\u011fi \u015f\u00fcphelidir. Zira s\u00f6z konusu r\u00f6portaj-haberlere derne\u011fin resm\u00ee sitesinde yer verilmemi\u015ftir. Gazetecilerin sorular\u0131na yaz\u0131l\u0131 cevap verilmelidir. B\u00f6ylelikle \u201cyanl\u0131\u015f anlamalar\u201d aza indirgenmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019nin resm\u00ee sitesinde \u201cLazcan\u0131n tek adresi var: Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u201d \u015feklinde bir ifade g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde di\u011fer y\u00f6re ve k\u00f6y derneklerinin yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan daha ileri ne yapt\u0131, diye sormak gerekiyor. Lazca bir masa takvimi \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131?!\u00a0 Burjuvazi debdebesi ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckburjuvan\u0131n buna \u00f6zlemini yans\u0131tmaktan \u00f6teye gitmeyen bir davran\u0131\u015f sergilendi ve Bo\u011faz\u2019daki bir restoranda yemekli bir toplant\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi. Konusunda donan\u0131ml\u0131 Laz ayd\u0131nlar\u0131yla isti\u015fari bir toplant\u0131 m\u0131 d\u00fczenledi? Tabii sa\u011fda solda edilen, i\u00e7i doldurulmam\u0131\u015f bir s\u00fcr\u00fc bo\u015f l\u00e2f! Bunlar\u0131n Laz dilinin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131na\u00a0 ne gibi katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu ki?!<\/p>\n<p>Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, internetteki resm\u00ee sitesinde iki konuyu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yor ve bunlar\u0131 marifet say\u0131yor. \u0130lki, TRT\u2019ye Lazca yay\u0131n yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurunun haberleri. Di\u011feri ise UNESCO\u2019nun ilan etti\u011fi \u201c21 \u015eubat Anadil G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d ve UNESCO\u2019nun \u201cTehlike Alt\u0131ndaki Diller Atlas\u0131\u201d. TRT\u2019ye projesiz ve bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015fi ve kurumlar\u0131n da deste\u011fini almadan yang\u0131ndan mal ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131r misali dilek\u00e7e vermek trib\u00fcnlere oynamaktan \u00f6te bir anlama sahip de\u011fildir. Derne\u011fin resm\u00ee sitesinde, \u201c\u2026Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi UNESCO taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fcnya anadil g\u00fcn\u00fc ilan edilen 21 \u015eubat\u0131 Lazca konu\u015farak kutlad\u0131. Derne\u011fin Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019de bulunan merkezinde anadil g\u00fcn\u00fc dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir araya gelen Lazlar, toplant\u0131 s\u00fcresince sadece Lazca konu\u015ftu\u2026\u201d \u015feklinde bir ifadeye sanki \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015f yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi yer verilmesi de traji- komiktir. Zaten bir y\u0131ld\u0131r bunun yap\u0131l\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekiyordu! Bu ne yaman \u00e7eli\u015fkidir?!<\/p>\n<p>16.01.2009 tarihinde Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu ad\u0131yla yap\u0131lan \u201cBas\u0131na ve Kamuoyuna\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 duyuruda \u015fu ifadelere de yer veriliyor: \u201c\u2026\u00dclkemizde konu\u015fulan dillere e\u015fit ve adil davranmas\u0131 gereken TRT\u2019nin, bu g\u00fcne kadar Lazca yay\u0131n yapmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde de somut bir ad\u0131m atmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil etmektedir\u2026 TRT\u2019nin bu tutumu, A\u0130HS&#8217;nin 14. maddesinde d\u00fczenlenen ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yasa\u011f\u0131na da a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil edecektir\u2026\u201d Hemen sormak gerekiyor: TRT, Lazca yay\u0131n yapmak istese bile bu i\u015fi nas\u0131l ba\u015faracakt\u0131r? Lazca yay\u0131n talebi ile istenen, TRT\u2019nin g\u00f6stermelik Lazca birka\u00e7 \u015fark\u0131 yay\u0131nlamas\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r? S\u0131radan bir yurtta\u015f\u0131n, TRT\u2019den i\u00e7eri\u011fini kestiremedi\u011fi bir Lazca yay\u0131n beklentisinin olmas\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131labilir bir durumdur. Ayn\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cLaz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, Laz dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ait de\u011ferleri incelemek, korumak, bu dile ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre ait her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zenginli\u011fi insanlara tan\u0131tmak toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sosyal sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcreterek, ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimine katk\u0131da bulunmak gibi ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ilke edinerek kurulmu\u015ftur.\u201d denilmesine ra\u011fmen, derne\u011fin hi\u00e7bir proje bile \u00fcretmeksizin TRT\u2019den b\u00f6yle bir beklenti i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131, derne\u011fin ad\u0131nda bulunan \u201cLaz\u201d ve \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d kelimeleri ile hi\u00e7 ba\u011fda\u015fmamaktad\u0131r. A\u0130HS\u2019nin g\u00fcndeme getirilmesi ise, ayn\u0131 UNESCO\u2019nun referans al\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir talihsizliktir. Burada s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fim r\u00f6portaj-haberler ve derne\u011fin internetteki resm\u00ee sitesinde yay\u0131mlanan yaz\u0131lar bir noktaya i\u015faret ediyor: \u0130lkesizlik, bir duru\u015fa sahip olmamak ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvan\u0131n a\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc tatmin olamayan egosu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada neler yap\u0131labilir? \u00d6ncelikle Laz K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00f6zele\u015ftirisini bas\u0131n arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile duyurmal\u0131d\u0131r. Dernek y\u00f6netim kurulu bir an \u00f6nce toplanmal\u0131 ve bir de\u011ferlendirme yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hemen ard\u0131ndan da bug\u00fcne kadar Laz dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015fama ve geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015f ki\u015fi ve kurulu\u015flara ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeden tek tek ve adlar\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ki\u015fi ve kurumlar\u0131n deste\u011fi ile derne\u011fin somut ilkeleri tespit edilmeli ve dernek net bir duru\u015fa kavu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.
