KITIJ Cemil Bi\u00e7er<\/strong><\/p>\n Victor Hugo, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l Frans\u0131z Edebiyat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015f akt\u00f6rlerinden; romantik ger\u00e7ek\u00e7ili\u011fin en \u00f6nemli yazarlar\u0131ndan, romanc\u0131, oyun yazar\u0131 ve nitelikli bir \u015fair.<\/p>\n \u201cBir \u0130dam Mahkumunun Son G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d adl\u0131 roman\u0131nda, canl\u0131, parlak bir anlat\u0131ma sahip bir yazar olan Hugo, toplumsal bir adaletsizli\u011fi, yarg\u0131lama sistemindeki d\u00fczensiz yap\u0131y\u0131, bir idam mahkumunun g\u00f6z\u00fcnden anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n \u00d6l\u00fcme en yak\u0131n oldu\u011fum anlar\u0131, bu kitapta buldum. Uzun zamand\u0131r okumak istedi\u011fim bir kitap oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00f6ns\u00f6z dahil 4 saatte bitirdim. Ancak size tavsiyem sindirerek, karakteri kendinizde hissedece\u011finiz ruh halinde okuman\u0131z.<\/p>\n Kitab\u0131 okurken akl\u0131mdan ge\u00e7en yegane d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, \u00fclkemizdeki bir\u00e7ok sap\u0131k\u00e7a olay\u0131n da idamla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek oldu. Me\u015fhur bir atas\u00f6z\u00fc der ki: \u201c\u0130ti \u00f6ld\u00fcrme, korkut!\u201d Ayn\u0131 bu hesapta i\u015fleniyor kitab\u0131m\u0131z. Alt\u0131 hafta boyunca sadece yar\u0131m saniye s\u00fcrecek bir \u015fey i\u00e7in, i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e kendini t\u00fcketmek daha \u00e7ok koyuyor zanl\u0131ya…<\/p>\n Cezan\u0131n amac\u0131, \u00a0su\u00e7u i\u015fleyen kimseyi bir daha su\u00e7 i\u015flememesi i\u00e7in \u0131slah etmektir.<\/p>\n Ceza verilirken \u00f6\u00e7 alma duygusuyla hareket etmek, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f hukuk d\u00fczeninin kabul edebilece\u011fi bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Bir su\u00e7lu i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck ceza vicdan cezas\u0131d\u0131r, idam cezas\u0131 getirerek onu vicdan\u0131 ile ba\u015f ba\u015fa b\u0131rakarak en b\u00fcy\u00fck cezay\u0131 vermek yerine onu bu \u00e7ileden kurtarmak ona yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en b\u00fcy\u00fck iyilik olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n Vicdan\u0131 olsa bu i\u015fi yapar m\u0131 diye sorabilirsiniz. Fakat, vicdan\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan de\u011fil vicdan\u0131n \u00fczerinin \u00f6rt\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden su\u00e7 i\u015flenir.<\/p>\n Cezan\u0131n amac\u0131 bu \u00f6rt\u00fcy\u00fc kald\u0131rmak ve ki\u015fiyi vicdan\u0131 ile ba\u015f ba\u015fa b\u0131rakmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nde; vezirler, sadrazamlar, devlet adamlar\u0131 umumiyetle bo\u011fdurtulurdu.<\/p>\n Osmanl\u0131 Hanedan\u0131 mukaddes say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan hanedan mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n asla kan\u0131 ak\u0131t\u0131lmaz, mutlaka bo\u011fularak idam edilirdi.<\/p>\n Yeni\u00e7eriler cellat sat\u0131r\u0131yla, s\u0131radan \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n da ba\u015flar\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la vurulurdu.
