En son olarak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin\u00a0 Sovyetler Birli\u011fiyle olan\u00a0 kuzey s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131,\u00a0\u201cSo\u011fuk Sava\u015f\u00a0D\u00f6nemi\u201dnde NATO ve VAR\u015eOVA paktlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturmakla kalm\u0131yor, bir yar\u0131s\u0131\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de di\u011fer bir yar\u0131s\u0131\u00a0 Sovyetler Birli\u011finde kalan Sarp(i) k\u00f6y\u00fcnde ya\u015fayan Lazlar\u0131\u00a0 da ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlar, yeni s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu insan\u00ee, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, dilsel, ekonomik vb. ac\u0131 ve di\u011fer olumsuzluklara katlanmakla, y\u00f6reden toplu g\u00f6\u00e7ler ya\u015famakla\u00a0 kalmam\u0131\u015f, bir de ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyalarda kendilerine y\u00f6nelik\u00a0 resm\u00ee\u00a0 ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezlerinin uzun s\u00fcreli beyin y\u0131kamalar\u0131na maruz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ge\u00e7mi\u015fe y\u00f6nelik olarak ak\u0131llar bulan\u0131k olsa bile, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Lazlar da toplumsal m\u00fccadelede \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131. \u0130lk akla geliveren;\u00a0 Rusya\u2019da \u00c7arl\u0131k otokrasisine\u00a0 kar\u015f\u0131 Bol\u015fevikleri destekmi\u015f ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Ekim Devrimine de kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. 14 Temmuz 1919&#8217;da TKF\u2019nin kurucu komitesini Mustafa Suphi, Maksut Ek\u015fi, Ali R\u0131za Keskin, Mustafa B\u00f6rkl\u00fcce, Murat Sar\u0131 ve Kadir Erzurumlu ile birlikte olu\u015fturan Osman Top\u00e7uo\u011flu, Rize\/ Pazar k\u00f6kenli Laz bir Bol\u015fevik\u2019ti. Osman Top\u00e7uo\u011flu, yolda\u015flar\u0131 ile birlikte Anadolu ve \u0130stanbul\u2019u kar\u0131\u015f kar\u0131\u015f dola\u015fm\u0131\u015f, buralarda\u00a0 faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyalist gruplar, sendikalar ve \u00f6nc\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7ilerle ba\u011flant\u0131 kurmu\u015f, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n sonucunda, 10 Eyl\u00fcl 1920\u2019de yetmi\u015fbe\u015f delegenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve sosyalist gruplar\u0131n da bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 1. Kongreyle, \u201cKom\u00fcnist Enternasyonal\u201d taraf\u0131ndan da tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olarak ve \u201ckendi K\u0131z\u0131l Ordususuyla\u201d TKF kurulmu\u015ftu. Bu hareketin K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019da yay\u0131nlanan \u201cYeni D\u00fcnya\u201d adl\u0131 yay\u0131n organ\u0131 ise, Laz kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan Anadolu\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlar\u0131n, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kay\u0131klarla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 denizcilik faaliyetleri, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. B\u00fcy\u00fck miktarda silah ve m\u00fchimmat,\u00a0 Batumi&#8217;den Samsun&#8217;a Laz takalar\u0131yla getirildi.\u00a0 Sovyetler Birli\u011fi \u00d6nderli\u011fi, Anadolu\u2019da emperyalistlere k\u00f6r\u00fc k\u00f6r\u00fcne boyun e\u011fecek bir y\u00f6netim ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n hakim olmas\u0131 ihtimalinden \u00e7ok fazla tedirginlik duyuyordu. Bu sebeple de, Ankara ile dostluk ili\u015fkilerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecek her olay, olgu ve s\u00fcrece s\u0131cak bakt\u0131; destekledi. Ankara\u2019y\u0131 \u0130ngiliz Emperyalizmin saf\u0131na yakla\u015ft\u0131rabilecek her olay, olgu ve s\u00fcrece ise, kayna\u011f\u0131 ne olursa olsun, g\u00fcc\u00fc yetti\u011fince engel olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131; g\u00fcney s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak istiyordu. O d\u00f6nemde, Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019de Lazlar aras\u0131nda da ciddi bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan TKF\u2019nin de ayn\u0131 \u00e7izgide hareket etti\u011fini ak\u0131ldan uzak tutmamak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi \u00f6nderli\u011finin T\u00fcrkiye ile dostane ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirmek istemesi, Ankara y\u00f6netimine y\u00f6nelik politikalar\u0131na yans\u0131makla kalmam\u0131\u015f, TKF\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik politikalar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. TKF\u2019nin tarihi, Lazlar\u0131n yak\u0131n tarihlerine ili\u015fkin bir\u00e7ok bilinmezi de i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. TKF \u00f6nderli\u011finin katledilmesinden sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan\u00a0 \u201csisli bir alan\u201d i\u00e7inde hem TKF\u00a0 ve\u00a0 hem de Lazlar\u0131n TKF i\u00e7indeki yerleri unutturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 TKF, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve yerel yeralt\u0131 kadrolar\u0131 da i\u015fte b\u00f6ylece evrilmi\u015f ve ebedi bir \u201cuykuya dalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130skender T\u2019sita\u015fi, Xasan Helimi\u015fi ve parti disiplini i\u00e7inde illegalite \u015fartlar\u0131nda Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019de Lazlar aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer Kom\u00fcnist Laz kadrolar\u0131n\u00a0 TKF i\u00e7indeki yeri neydi?\u00a0 Xasan Helimi\u015fi, TKF\u2019den ayr\u0131, tek ba\u015f\u0131na romantik bir \u015fair mi?!\u00a0 <em>M\u00e7\u2019ita Murun3xi<\/em> adl\u0131 Lazca gazete, Lazlar aras\u0131nda ne gibi bir etkiye sahipti?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019dan Anadolu\u2019ya sil\u00e2h ve cephane ile personel\u00a0 ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda da Lazlar\u0131n kan ve teri vard\u0131r. Lazlar\u0131n\u00a0 Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na her cephede verdi\u011fi anlaml\u0131 destek, Arhaveli \u0130smail\u2019in \u015fahs\u0131nda Naz\u0131m Hikmet taraf\u0131ndan daha sonra destanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sovyetler Birli\u011fi Lazlar\u0131 da, Hitler Fa\u015fizmine kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fehitler verdiler.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f Kanununun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin oniki saati a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, tatil g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011fum izni haklar\u0131n\u0131n, ge\u00e7im endeksinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sendikan\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n an\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 1929 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u0130zmir\u2019de kurulu olan \u0130ngiliz-Amerikan ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 Glen Tobacco\u2019da \u201cSendika Kad\u0131nlar Komitesi\u201dni \u00f6rg\u00fctleyerek emek tarihinin en anlaml\u0131 sayfalar\u0131ndan birini yazan \u00f6nc\u00fc kad\u0131n emek\u00e7ilerden birisi olan Laz Safiye Top\u00e7uo\u011flu\u2019nu hat\u0131rlamamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Lazlar\u0131n\u0131n kendi tarihlerini, geleceklerini ve akrabalar\u0131 ve kom\u015fular\u0131yla ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ili\u015fkilerini sorgulayan makaleleri kaleme almaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131 \u00e7ok yenidir. Lazca \u00fczerine ve Lazca yazmalar\u0131 da yenidir. <em>Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi<\/em>\u2019nin ancak alt\u0131 say\u0131 s\u00fcrebilen yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na Kas\u0131m 1993\u2019de ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte; Lazlar entelekt\u00fcel anlamda da olsa, bir\u00e7ok alandaki kolektif bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131na ra\u011fmen, el yordam\u0131yla gelecekleriyle bug\u00fcnlerini\u00a0\u00a0 birle\u015ftirecek olan ge\u00e7mi\u015fleriyle yeniden k\u00f6pr\u00fcler olu\u015fturman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 arama ihtiyac\u0131 duymaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Emek m\u00fccadelesine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak ve destek sunacak makaleler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan yetersiz kalmas\u0131na ve di\u011fer eksikliklerine ra\u011fmen; <em>Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi<\/em>, Lazlar\u0131n entelekt\u00fcel d\u00fczeyde yeniden ciddiye al\u0131nmalar\u0131nda ve hesaba kat\u0131lmalar\u0131nda\u00a0 bir\u00e7ok \u00e7evre ve alanda etkili olmu\u015ftur. Zu\u011fa\u015fi Berepe, Birol Topalo\u011flu ve Kaz\u0131m Koyuncu\u2019nun tan\u0131n\u0131r hale gelmelerinde,\u00a0 <em>Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi\u2019<\/em>nin pay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011finin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u00a0 ve\u00a0 \u201cSo\u011fuk Sava\u015f\u201d\u0131n biti\u015fine kadar, bilen biliyordu ama \u201cLaz\u201d ad\u0131\u00a0 \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u201cKaradenizli\u201d yerine kullan\u0131ld\u0131. \u201cLazca\u201d ise, yine \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u201cT\u00fcrk\u00e7enin Do\u011fu Karadeniz \u015fivesi\u201d diye bilindi. Laz, en fazla komik f\u0131kralar\u0131n akt\u00f6r\u00fcyd\u00fc. Bir de halk aras\u0131nda Lazlar kim, diye soruldu\u011funda \u201cPontus Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d i\u015faret edildi bilmeden. <em>Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi<\/em>\u2019yle ba\u015flayan yeni d\u00f6nemde, Lazlar\u0131n Do\u011fu Karadeniz ve G\u00fcney Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n yerli halk\u0131\u00a0oldu\u011fu ve Lazcan\u0131n da Megrelceyle karde\u015f\u00a0dil oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Resm\u00ee\u00a0ideoloji ve tarih tezleri b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00a0 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131\u00a0olmu\u015ftu, ancak Lazca h\u00e2l\u00e2\u00a0ya\u015f\u0131yordu ve gelecek ku\u015faklara geli\u015ftirilerek aktar\u0131lmas\u0131\u00a0bir g\u00f6rev olarak bu halk\u0131n i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kan insanlar\u0131n ilgi ve deste\u011fini bekliyordu. <em>Ogni K\u00fclt\u00fcr Dergisi<\/em>\u2019nin yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131, y\u00f6reye ili\u015fkin resm\u00ee\u00a0 ideoloji ve tarih tezlerine ciddi bir meydan okumayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Resm\u00ee\u00a0 ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezleri, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin\u00a0 yerel dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131, geli\u015ftirilmesi ve kurumsal olarak gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemekle kalmad\u0131, bu dilsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilip ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7mi\u015fte edinilmi\u015f bilgi, tecr\u00fcbe ve m\u00fccadele birikiminin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 ve sahiplenilmemesi i\u00e7in kolektif bir haf\u0131za kayb\u0131na sebep oldu; korkular olu\u015fturdu. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu dilsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginlikler yok olma noktas\u0131na geldi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSa\u011f\u201d\u0131n her zaman resm\u00ee\u00a0 ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezlerini savundu\u011funu biliyoruz. \u201cSol\u201d ise, eskiden, somut \u00f6neri ve projeler yerine, \u201cMilliyetler Meselesi\u201dnin \u201cSovyet deneyiminde oldu\u011fu gibi, devrim ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenece\u011fini\u201d savunurdu. Sovyetler Birli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc ki, bu sorun orada da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclememi\u015f! Bunun da \u00f6tesinde\u00a0 \u201cSol\u201d da\u00a0 pratikte, t\u0131pk\u0131 \u201cSa\u011f\u201d gibi, CHP\u2019nin tek parti y\u00f6netiminin \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi resm\u00ee\u00a0 ideoloji ve tarih tezlerinin peki\u015ftirilmesinden \u00f6te bir davran\u0131\u015f sergileyemedi. \u00d6zetle; \u201cMilliyetler Meselesi\u201d sahipsiz ve emperyalist- kapitalizmin kullan\u0131m\u0131na olduk\u00e7a da a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, tehlikeli bir konudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMilliyetler Sorunu\u201dna, emperyalist-kapitalizme kar\u015f\u0131 farkl\u0131 halklar\u0131n birli\u011fi ve m\u00fccadelesine\u00a0 katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir anlay\u0131\u015fla bak\u0131l\u0131r, bu yolla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 aran\u0131rsa, bu sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yoluna girebilecektir. De\u011filse; bug\u00fcne kadar oldu\u011fu gibi, Abhazya \u00f6rne\u011finde de somut olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczere, konu\u00a0 emperyalist- kapitalizmin elinde \u00f6nemli bir enstr\u00fcman olarak halklar\u0131n bo\u011fazla\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada; ge\u00e7mi\u015fte dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yok say\u0131lan, emek m\u00fccadelesindeki yeri unutturulan, asimile edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise, emperyalist- kapitalizmine hizmet etti\u011fi a\u015fik\u00e2r\u00a0 \u00e7e\u015fitli resm\u00ee ideoloji ve resm\u00ee tarih tezleriyle bir yerlere eklemlendirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan Lazlar\u0131n durumuna ve onlar\u0131 bekleyen tehlikelere dikkat \u00e7ekmek istedim. Ancak; resm\u00ee ideoloji ve resm\u00ee\u00a0 tarih tezleri yaln\u0131zca Lazlara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamaktad\u0131r. Kafkasya ve Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019in G\u00fcrc\u00fcleri, Abhaz-Abazalar\u0131, Megrelleri, Svanlar\u0131,\u00a0 \u00c7erkesleri, Pontuslular\u0131, Hem\u015finlileri, \u00c7e\u00e7enleri, Ermenileri ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman veya H\u0131ristiyan b\u00fct\u00fcn halklar da ayn\u0131 tehlikelerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Unutmayal\u0131m; bu konu, \u00fclke ve b\u00f6lgemizin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenememi\u015f\u00a0 \u201cMilliyetler Sorunu\u201dnun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze yans\u0131mas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya, \u201cSo\u011fuk Sava\u015f Y\u0131llar\u0131\u201dn\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131 de\u011fildir. O d\u00f6nemin, \u00fczerinde uzla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f safla\u015fma ve yap\u0131lar\u0131 art\u0131k\u00a0 \u00e7at\u0131rdamaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fclke ve b\u00f6lgede her alan ve her anlamda k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim zor ve tehlikeli olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ufukta enerji, su kaynaklar\u0131 ve ham madde kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve aktarma yollar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelik yeni safla\u015fmalar, ittifaklar ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.
