Fakat 10 Mart 1932\u2019den ba\u015flamak \u00fczerek \u201cg\u00fcnl\u00fck\u201d olarak yay\u0131nlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Amac\u0131; G\u00fcrc\u00fcceyi \u201chi\u00e7 bilmeyen\u201d veya \u00e7ok az bilen Megrel k\u00f6yl\u00fclerine \u201cyeni ideolojiyi\u201d tan\u0131tmak ve sosyal geli\u015fmeler hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermekti. Tiraj\u0131, 1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda 15.000\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131. Zviad Gamsakhurdia\u2019ya [9] g\u00f6re; tiraj ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta 17.000 kadard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Qazaqi\u015fi Gazeti\u2019nin sayfalar\u0131nda yer alan Megrelce ile ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini (kendi terc\u00fcmemle) aktaracak ve analiz edece\u011fim. Tart\u0131\u015fma, toplumsal planlama (Megrelce yaz\u0131 dilinin kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili haz\u0131rl\u0131k) ve k\u00fclliyat planlamas\u0131 (terimlerin ve kelimelerin bulunmas\u0131, dile Rus\u00e7a ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcceden ge\u00e7mi\u015f kelimelerle nas\u0131l yer de\u011fi\u015ftirilece\u011fiyle) ile ilgilidir. 21 Eyl\u00fcl 1930 tarihli \u201cBaz\u0131 Yolda\u015flar\u0131n Dikkatine\u201d [10] ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 makalede takma isimli birisi ,(Mojgire) \u015funlar\u0131 yaz\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMegrelce gazete yay\u0131m\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak kamuoyu b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc: Bir k\u0131sm\u0131 gazeteyi \u201cd\u00fc\u015fmanca\u201d duygularla kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Di\u011fer k\u0131sm\u0131 ise co\u015fkuyla. Gazete, esas olarak din adamlar\u0131, asiller, kulaklar ve \u201cayd\u0131nlar\u201d taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015fmanca duygularla kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Megrelcenin dil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ettiler. Onlara g\u00f6re; Megrelce bir dilse, Kakhet\u00e7e, \u0130meret\u00e7e ve Guryaca da ayr\u0131 birer dildi o durumda. Ama Megrelce bilim taraf\u0131ndan (Marr, Tsagareli, Kip\u015fidze ve di\u011ferleri) varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ispatlanm\u0131\u015f bir dildir. Mademki \u00a0Megrel k\u00f6yl\u00fcs\u00fc, \u201c<em>daha iyi bir dili<\/em>\u201d (italik benim) bilmiyor, Megrelce kullan\u0131lmad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Burada Megrelcenin vas\u0131ta bir dil, gerekli, ama \u201cikinci derece bir dil olarak\u201d de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Makale, 26 Eyl\u00fcl 1930\u2019da da devam ediyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParti ve devletin, Megrelcenin k\u00f6yl\u00fclerle ilgili olarak kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na karar verdi\u011fi do\u011frudur fakat ne yaz\u0131k ki, baz\u0131 ki\u015filer i\u00e7in \u201cbu\u201d sadece k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde kal\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu son sorun, \u0130\u015f\u00e7i (Mu\u015fa) ad\u0131yla yazan ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan da, 26 Mart 1931 tarih ve \u201cDevletin karar verdi\u011fi Megrelce kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 baz\u0131 k\u00f6ylerin nas\u0131l uygulamaya koydu\u011fu\u201d[11] ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 makalede tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaz\u0131 k\u00f6yler, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin karar\u0131na uymuyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Gali B\u00f6lgesindeki Otobaia K\u00f6y\u00fcnde ve Zugdidi\u2019de (yetkililer) k\u00f6yl\u00fclerden resm\u00ee belgeleri G\u00fcrc\u00fcce olarak istiyorlar ve Megrelce yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f belgeleri kabul etmiyorlar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Megrelcenin uygulamaya konulmas\u0131yla ilgili sorunlar, \u201ceski \u00f6\u011fretmen\u201d, Kolia (Nikoloz) Bukia taraf\u0131ndan da, 11 Temmuz 1932 tarih ve \u201c\u0130lk E\u011fitim Dili \u00dczerine\u201d [12] ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 makalede tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSovyetler Birli\u011fi Kom\u00fcnit Partisi (Bol\u015fevikler) Merkez Komitesinin 5 Eyl\u00fcl ve 31 Ekim 1932 tarihli kararlar\u0131 tamamen do\u011fruland\u0131 ve gerekliydi. Bu kararlara g\u00f6re; ulusal az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n dilleri \u00fcretimde ve ilkokul \u00f6\u011fretiminde kullan\u0131lacak. Ders kitaplar\u0131 haz\u0131rlanana kadar, di\u011fer dillerdeki ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n metotlar\u0131ndan faydalanmal\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sadece sorunlar tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz. Megrelcenin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli etkileri \u00fczerinde de durulur. G\u00fcrc\u00fccedeki gibi bir benzetmedir.<\/p>\n<p>Qazaqi\u015fi Gazeti\u2019de daha \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131klanan bir ba\u015fka g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u201ctakma\u201d adla yazan bir ba\u015fka ki\u015fiye ait; \u015f\u00f6yle yaz\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMegrelceye yerle\u015fmi\u015f olan yabanc\u0131 kelimeler dilde kalmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin;\u00a0 \u201cpancara\u201d, \u201cako\u015fka\u201d ve sasinta (pencere). \u201cSasinta\u201d kelimesi Megrelcedir ama kullan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in; en b\u00fcy\u00fck tedbire ve uyan\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z, \u015fevkle deste\u011fe ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, bu ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 d\u00f6neminde, \u201cbu saf sular\u0131\u201d bulan\u0131k yapmamak i\u00e7in. Fikir de\u011fi\u015fimine sevk etmek amac\u0131yla, Qazaqi\u015fi Gazeti\u2019de bu sorunlar \u00fczerine \u201ck\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u201d bir tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatmak gereklidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum, Megrelce yaz\u0131 dilinin standartla\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilecek cidd\u00ee bir dil tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaz\u0131 nedenlerden dolay\u0131\u201d, Qazaqi\u015fi Gazeti\u2019nin yay\u0131m\u0131 1933\u2019de durduruldu ve Megrelce\u2019nin yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir dil olmas\u0131 konusunda bundan sonra herhangi bir giri\u015fim olmad\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ilk defa 11. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Leonti Mroveli ve daha sonra da \u201cZgurtuli (c\u0131v\u0131ldama, heyecanlanma)\u201d kelimesini, haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kartuli Leksikoni\u2019de (1685- 1713) \u201cMegrult mrudi laparaki, gina \u00e7xikvta da ka\u00e7ka\u00e7ta laparaki\u201d (Megrelerin bozulmu\u015f konu\u015fma \u015fekilleri veya kargalar\u0131n ve saksa\u011fanlar\u0131n konu\u015fma \u015fekli) olarak niteleyen Sulkhan- Saba Orbeliani taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Megrelce h\u00e2l\u00e2 hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda y\u00fczbinlerce insan taraf\u0131ndan konu\u015fuluyor olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu dilde hi\u00e7bir \u201ckitap\u201d, gazete ve radyo programlar\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Halk\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu Megrelce ve G\u00fcrc\u00fcce bilen, iki dil konu\u015fan (bilingual) insanlard\u0131r. Megrelce- G\u00fcrc\u00fcce s\u00f6zl\u00fck yoktur.
